Description of Work: the job was to increase our incoming electric service and change the panel from fuses to circuit breakers. We also asked his opinion on what else needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and mad many suggestions which were very helpful.He ran 4 new circuits and fixed some existing problems and gave us suggestions for future projects.We are very pleased with the work and will definitely have him back.

Description of Work: They installed a motion activated flood light and repaired a fixture in the house. The electrician was very professional and personable. | |My only complaint is that the flood light needs some adjustments and those adjustments need to be tightened. However, this is being pretty nit-picky, as the installation of the overall housing looks great and is very sturdy.

Description of Work: Cooper Electric did work at my son's house and he was very impressed with the |promptness and professionalism of the individual who came. He had some repair work done to with a fuse that was causing major problems. It turned out to be a simply a lose fuse and they were quick about it. I know my son will have them back in the future for more work as he lives in an older home that needs updating for sure.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about Cooper electric. They were very prompt, did exactly what they said they would do for the cost. I feel so much safer in my home then I did before. My home was built in 2002 and I have always been concerned about an electrical fire. I don't want to give a price because it is based on the work that needs to be done.

Description of Work: Showed for estimate promptly and was very courteous and professional. Took pictures of work to be done saying he would coordinate with the city and get back to me. Never heard from him again. If he didn't want to do the work, he should have just said so.

Description of Work: The Cooper representative that I talked to on the phone was actual the president of the company. He helped me troubleshoot the source of a power outage resulting from a major power surge. We were able to identify that the problem was not the energy company's and he arranged to have a technician come after hours to replace 5 GFCI switches that were blown due to the lightning strike and ensure that all the rooms and appliances that could be brought bake to like were. The technician worked quickly and explained what he was doing as he went through the house looking for the source of the loss of power not restored by resetting the circuit breakers.
