They guy got here and brought a helper, so I had to pay extra. They could not figure out what to do. I felt like I was helping them. The helper just turned the TV on in the kitchen while the other guy was fooling with the wires. I would never use them again. I had to pay a helper who did not do much and I did not even know they were sending two electricians. It was costly and took a long time.

They did exactly what they said they would do and did it well. In fact, the electrical inspector who came out was familiar with them, and said they always do good work - a nice affirmation.

Tony and his associate were friendly and knowledgeable. Tony had several great problem-solving solutions for lighting and other areas. They also cleaned up well. Also replaced a smoke detector they accidentally drilled into for free.

Prompt response and excellent service. Very competent.

Tony was professional, neat, new his job and was on time. I would use them again. The price reflects the $101.00 paid for the under counter light fixture. He came out twice. I did use the $10.00 coupon from Angie's List.

Electrician came on time. Very knowledgeable. Gave quick estimate and performed the work very quickly. Stated he would come back immediately if the circuits did not work. Very nice experience.

They came out soon after calling on an early morning appointment. Were quick, efficient, polite, and reasonably priced.

Overall experience was very good. They responded promptly from the first call, price was very reasonable, showed up when they said they would, and did a good job.

The workers were rather rushed due to their car trouble, limiting their time at our house, but they completed most of the job-- what they completed we are very happy with. They have committed to return and finish the work with no service fee.

The installers were friendly and courteous. They did a good job letting me know what they were doing. They ran into difficulty because of the age of the house and some unexpected situations. The bill matched the estimate even though the time it took to do the job was double what they expected. They took every situation in stride, and completed the job with a quality result. I would recommend them.

THE ELECTRICIAN, TONY, WAS VERY PROMPT AND FIXED EVERYTHING IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

A CALL FOR SERVICE RESULTED IN A NEXT MORNING APPOINTMENT. TONY WAS PROMPT AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS THAT PERTAINED TO THIS SITUATION. THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND IT HAS CERTAINLY BEEN A POSITIVE ONE.

HE WAS GOOD. USED A $10 COUPON FROM ANGIE'S LIST. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND WENT TO WORK QUICKLY. THERE WERE TWO GUYS THAT GOT THE JOB DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY. CAME IN A DAY OR TWO.

STAN WELLS WAS HERE VERY CLOSE TO AGREED TIME, VERY POLITE, DID NOT WASTE TIME WITH SMALL TALK, I FEEL WORK WAS REASONABLY PRICED AND WELL DONE. THIS IS NOT OUR ONLY EXPERIENCE WITH COOPER ELECTRIC, HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS A VERY NICE MAN WHO CONSIDERED VARIOUS OPTIONS FOR PUTTING IN LIGHTS ON A 100+ YEAR OLD HOME. IT WASN'T THE CLEANEST JOB IN THE WORLD, AND I WOUND UP WITH SOME TRICKY PLASTERING WORK TO DO IN MY LIVING ROOM.

EXCELLENT, PROMPT SERVICE. I CALLED WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND THE LAMP WAS REPAIRED BY MID THURSDAY MORNING.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A DAY EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONLY ONE MAN TO DO IT. THEY ONLY SENT ONE MAN BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A SMALL JOB, THAT TURNED OUT TO BE LARGER. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP BEFORE HE LEFT.

THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THIS EXPERIENCE.

ELECTRICIAN, STAN WELLS, CALLED AS REQUESTED TO INFORM ME HE WAS EN ROUTE. HE ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME, TOOK A MOMENT TO ASSESS THE WORK NEEDED, & GAVE ME AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE HOURLY RATE AT WHICH THE WORK WOULD BE PERFORMED. MR. WELLS WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE TESTED AND/OR REPLACED SEVERAL GFI OUTLETS (2 EXTERIOR AND 3 INTERIOR). HE ALSO FIXED/REPLACED 2 BASEMENT LIGHTS THAT WERE BROKEN, AND A KITCHEN LIGHT. HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HOW THE GFIS WORK. HE TOOK TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. I FOUND HIM TO BE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, & PERSONABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE HIM IN THE FUTURE FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL WORK. HE IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

COOPER ELECTRIC RETURNED OUR CALL THE SAME DAY. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT THE NEXT WEEK. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

INITIAL CALL THEY WOULD NOT SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE: HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THE 1 ESTIMATOR. DIDN'T GET A RETURN CALL IN 24 HOURS, SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN, AS HAVE HEARD OF THEIR GOOD SERVICES BY WORD OF MOUTH. AGAIN THE ESTIMATOR OUT AND ESTIMATED RETURN CALL WOULD COME EVEN PERHAPS THE NEXT DAY, AS THE ESTIMATOR WAS AGAIN, OUT ON ESTIMATES, AND APPARENTLY DOESN'T CHECK MESSAGES ALL DAY/NO OTHER WAY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. TOLD FRONT DESK TO FORGET IT. ENDED UP GETTING A RANDOM VOICEMAIL FROM THE ESTIMATOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS LATER. GUESS IF YOU ARE A GOOD, BUSY BUSINESS YOU ARE ABOVE TAKING IN NEW CUSTOMERS/WORK. THAT'S THE ARROGANT ATTITUDE THAT CAME ACROSS. THEY WERE VERY BUSY: WHO ISN'T.
