Description of Work: They did a great job!. they were here when they said they would. The fixed the problem and, so far, I haven't had anyt recurrence.

Description of Work: I was having sewer backups. After another company tried and failed to clear the blockage, (and said I would have to replace the entire sewer line) CME came (no charge) to camera the line, which was loaded with roots. CME suggested jetting the line and putting in a liner, to avoid having to dig up the yard and driveway. They scheduled the job quickly, and got it done in one day. Only time will tell whether the liner lasts 50 years as advertised, but the crew was prompt, professional, and efficient, and they explained everything to me as they went along. They camera'd the line afterwards to show me the "new" sewer line. It looked pretty perfect in there.

Description of Work: We were having issues with our sewer line from the house to the city sewer system - slow drains, bubbling up from our basement floor drain. This was a "second opinion" provider inquiry since I was shocked at the pricing and "diagnosis" from another company that I had originally called to look at the issue. The owner of CME came out to take a look -- on a Saturday on very short notice. He listened carefully to me and the issue and used his equipment and expertise to figure out what the issue was and where the clogged issues where in the pipe system under our house and away from our house to the city sewer system. It took some time, but he finally figured out that the issues was NOT where the first plumbing company had said it was. Our city line actually ran down the side of our property (which is what I told the first company the water people and a past plumber had said) -- not out the front of our lot. The short story is that if we had spent the $11,000 that the first company had quoted, we would NOT have fixed the problem at all, and we would have been left with a dug-up front yard as well. CME cleaned out our drains that next week, then got us on the schedule to have the major work done -- with the only digging being in our basement where the pipe was that they needed access to -- there was not digging outside the house involved. We have had no further drain issues since then (6 months ago). I respected and valued the expertise and care that CME took explaining everything and really researching the issue. The owner and his team delivered on what they promised. Thanks to Angie's List for sharing CME with us.
