They did what they were contracted to do. They did it in the time frame they specified. I think their pricey, unless you have a coupon - that's the only thing I would warn people about.

Great experirence throughout! TJ was very efficient in his estimate and met with us to review it in detail. Same guy came to tear down and install. He was on-time, clean, and friendly.

Last spring, I contacted Closets By Design and another closet company to provide me with estimates to redo our master bedroom closet. The old wire racks/shelves in our old closet were beginning to fail and it was just a mess. I received estimates from both companies, and the other company was less expensive and I liked their initial design better, but their rating on Angie's List was not very good, I didn't have good chemistry with their sales rep, and there was no follow up from their sales person. On the other hand, TJ was great to work with. He was very personable and was persistent without being pushy. My husband and I decided to put off the project until this Fall. When I explained this to TJ, he was very gracious and would call periodically to follow up, but again was never pushy. My husband and I finally decided we could move forward with the project. TJ came back out and I asked him to change the plan to be more like the other plan I'd received. He did so and managed to catch/fix some problems that would have developed had we used the other plan without some changes. We scheduled the job, then had to reschedule it because I realized there was no way I'd have time to get the closet cleaned out and prepped in time for the install. The closet was installed today. My installer, Darren, was great. He arrived on time and was professional and personable. He consulted me with questions he had about placement of a valet rod. He was careful to place drop cloths around the area so as to not drag in dirt and leaves. He clearly has a lot of pride in his work. The closet looks great.

The work went well. They were there on time and took care of things. We're enjoying our new closets now.

When my wife and I purchased our home one the first things she noticed was she would like to upgrade the closets from the coated wire to the modular closet systems like we installed in our previous home. So after consulting the list, we contacted Closets by Design to get an estimate, figuring for 8 closets we would have to pay somewhere between 8-10 thousand dollars. T.J. the designer spent time with us on our design and price negotiation which was much less then we expected. The installation team led by Eric Vogt included Anthony Rodriguez, Darren Wade and later John Centers and David Waller. These gentlemen did an amazing job installing our closets including protecting our carpets by laying out drop cloths and taking the time to explain to me how the closets were anchored into the wall studs and how to adjust the fixed shelves (if down the road we wanted to do that). My wife and I couldn't be happier with our closets and I couldn't be happier with the quality and the installation.

Fabulous from start to finish. Denise Molen is an excellent sales consultant, and knows the product well. The installation process went smoothly, and our finished product is superior.

The office staff, designer and builders were extremely friendly and professional. Their work was excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others. They were friendly, took time to personalize the office to meet our needs and fit our space. Quality materials and workmanship. We were impressed that they could fix their mistake and make the office work even better than originally planned. Make sure the measurements are correct on the original plan.

From the sales rep arriving to the completed job my wife and I were very satisfied. Amber, the sales rep, was excellent, and the price was fair. The installation guy was good, friendly, and explained what he was doing, thus allowing us to make a few minor changes prior to completion. Once done the installer cleaned up very well and left.

Cheryl came to the house and looked and measured the closet, and then looked at all the clothes and shoes that had to fit in the closet. She gave us some suggestions. She then set and appointment to come back with the design. She returned the next week and went over all the details of the design. Cheryl was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. We then set a date to install the closet system. The installers were prompt, courteous and neat.

Amber was very nice, professional, and helpful. She really knew how to help us design a closet that was useful to us. I gave them a C on responsiveness because after the work was done, I asked for a price for additional doors for some open shelving in the closet. It's been a week, and I still don't have the price. I did hear from Amber who said she was working on it, but I don't know why it would take so long to price doors. I gave a C on price because of their pricing games and because they're relatively expensive. Nonetheless, price was not my first criteria, quality was, and they did good work. Pricing games include giving three different prices; one for retail, one with the ''coupon'' price you can always get 20-25% off, and one with the coupon and a multi-room discount.

GREAT. THEY WERE PATIENT WHEN WE WERE INDECISIVE. OFFERED US SEVERAL VARIED DESIGNS TO GIVE US AN IDEA OF WHAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE END RESULT.
