They did and completed the job in one day. They did an excellent job. It turned it out very nice.

She came in and measure the space, design a great closet for the master bedroom and pantry.

The designer was great. The office staff were extremely rude. The woman interrupted me talking then proceeded to laugh at what I had to say constructively. The manager dismissed any rudeness and was defensive. The office rescheduled many times. The workers who installed are over worked. It's like this office didn't care about any customer service what so ever. I definitely would tell you to stay clear of the Miramar office.

Mike Hood, my designer was very professional and efficient in measuring out everything. He listened to my ideas and offered his own too. We came up with a perfect plan for both closets. He drafted out the design and went over the measurements and materials right there. The end result was EXACTLY AS PLANNED. The installers John and Chuck were also very professional. They took care to cover my carpets and clean up and vacuum the work space when they were done. They got both closets done in about 2.5 hours. I am thrilled with the way my closets look! I actually have MORE space now.

It took maybe a month to do and it was easy to deal with them - even when I hired my own painter to have him paint. I didn't have any issues at all. They took care of the old closet debris and removed it for me.

Mike Hood was our designer and his service was excellent! This was our second experience with Mike. We were so pleased with our master bedroom closet last fall that we called him back for the rest of the bedroom closets. We plan to have him design and install a garage system this spring. Mike provided all the information and options we needed to choose exactly what would work best for us, but never used high pressure tactics to get us to buy more than we needed. The installers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves....absolutely no problems. Very happy with the results.

Excellent design and workmanship. More expensive than others but higher quality. Final product exceeded my expectations. Very reliable and professional. I would certainly use this provider in the future for any similar work.

The lady was very nice and helpful. I wanted shelving in my pantry, bedroom closet, and laundry room. She gave me an estimater of $4000. To rich for my budget, but I believe it's quality materials and service.

This Company did an outstanding job right from the beginning....the sales consultant was prompt, professional, and followed up after the installation to make sure everything went smoothly; our installer made sure everything was done correctly and worked efficiently and finished in several hours.....we are really happy with the overall experience!! Dan, the installer, was very pleasant and worked quietly. It was a long time from date of order to installation, six weeks.

Designer worked with me to create system that utilized all the space in the area. The floor based system was recommened becasue of the age of my home and the plaster wall's. Other systems could have created issued long-term, which was not communicated to me previously in the qouting process. The installers were professional and tidy. My son loves the new closet and mom is happy that all his clothes and sports gear are totally organized now.

They set up a closet system for us. We met with Jennifer at the house where she measured the space and gave a rough estimate. We were instructed to measure the length and widths of clothing space we currently use and give those numbers to her. There was a followup appointment with the explanation of what costs would be. We were able to see all the available design materials and then signed up. The workman were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a very nice job. We are pleased.
