Closets by Design

They did a good job and the installation took much less time than I expected. The install crew was courteous and clarified everything with me before starting. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of their presence. I am very happy with the results and the quality of the materials. The sales person, Sharon Smith, was an absolute joy to work with and presented coherent and clear designs and reviewed all of my options with me in detail at the showroom before I signed the contract. As a result of the time she spent with me, I knew exactly what I was getting and there were no surprises at the installation. Everything works just as she explained/demonstrated to me in the showroom. The ironing board ended up taking a long time to come from the supplier, and I think they had to go through other channels to secure it. Then is is my impression that they dropped everything to install it as soon as they received it because of the delay. I appreciated that a lot and I would definitely use them in the future. In fact, I have already recommended them to others who have used them (or will be) based on my experience.

We met the closet designer at the Home and Garden Show. She visited our home soon after and then presented us with a very workable design. We met her in their show room and viewed the numerous options and finalize the plan. They were actually able to install the closet system a few days earlier than originally scheduled. The final product is outstanding!

I liked that they were easy to work with. I worked with the designer. She was very accomodating. She always returned my calls. She did multiple revisits and revisions.

Kim was on time & her estimate accurate. 100% She explained the process from start to finish and it (the process) went exactly as planned. What a transformation! Even my husband was quite impressed. Kim also worked through email, made my life much easier. Andy, the installer was on time, friendly, respectful. A wonderful experience!

After some delays on getting them to show up on installation day (two workers called in sick that day). The work went fast. Cleanup was good. There were some dirt spots on the closets that the installers didn't see or didn't clean up before leaving.

Tina arrived at the condo and spent a little under an hour drawing up the plans for the closet. We made an appt for the installer to come back at a date of my choosing. Before the install, I decided to add another shelving unit and some hooks for an additional charge. The installer arrived on time and did the work in less than 2 hours.

They did a great job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves well. Estimator was punctual and patient as I worked through design ideas and prices. I love the closet.

I was pleased. The guy that did the installing was very careful. He put padding on the carpets, not to leave marks. He cleaned up very well. The job looks good and like quality work. I would recommend them to others. I was very surprised when then designer came in to do the initial design work on graph paper. The design did take a while because it was done by hand.

We started working with Closets by Design before our move to Cincinnatti. When we finally closed on our home here, the master bedroom closet unit was installed without delay. Shortly thereafter, we decided to have units in the living room. We received an estimate from another company, but Closets by Design was less money and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. Bob Boberg came to our home to give us an estimate and arrived promptly on the scheduled day. He measured the area and came back with an estimate in a very short time with a delivery date. That date was the date the units were installed and they look great. Bob's professionalism and the expertise of the installers was exemplary.

we met with Laura Sigmon and ClosetsbyDesigns main competitor to get an equal bid on what we wanted to do - both bids were very aggressive and professionally done - we thought Laura was very professional and we were pleased with her presentation - we decided on ClosetsbyDesign because we really liked how they attached the closets to the ceiling as well as the wall (competitor did not do that) - we also liked the fact that ClosetsbyDesign product goes all the way to the floor, so that there is no "bare" space at the bottom of the installed closets (except the garage cabinets - they do have "bare" space at the bottom) - We felt that both companies had an excellent product but we chose ClosetsbyDesign for the above mentioned reasons. Everything went really well after we committed to Laura and her company - They communicated very well on how they wanted to be paid (1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion), they set a date for install (2 weeks out), and they accepted credit card (discover) as payment. It has been a month since they completed the closets (it has taken us this long to get everything back into the closets) and we are just thrilled with the product that we received. There are a couple of issues that need to be replaced but we have been assured by the owner that they be taken care in the near future We had a wonderful experience with Closetsby Design and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Very courteous and professional. Excellent install work as well.

Called for an estimate and the representative was on time and extremely professional. Michael made excellent suggestions and returned to go over the estimate. He was very detail oriented and pleasant to work with. On the scheduled date, the installer arrived exactly on time, did the installation with minimum noise and disruption. The new closet organizer provides double the useful closet space we had with the old wire closet system. We're thrilled -- my closet looks like a department store now!

The sales person was personable a nd helpful. due to the fact I was building one of the closets the installer had to come and remeasure and was a bit late because he forgot the appointment. On the day of install he was timely, professional and did a great job.

When we remodeled to add a walk-in closet I called Closets By Design to get an estimate. The salesman, Bob, was great to work with - very helpful and worked within the budget we gave him. He came over 3 times to help us come up with the best design possible. The installers were punctual, professional and extremely neat. There was one minor problem after installation, and the company responded immediately to resolve it.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Job was done as scheduled and in one day as planned. Installer was pleasant and neat. The end product is very nice and we continue to enjoy the increased space and organization every day

They were pretty professional. They took a lot of time with me. They sort of have a set of items, so they don't customize too much. Overall the system that they put in worked out OK and it was less then having a custom built closet.
