3rd year in a row we've used this company. Went very well as usual.

The technician mentioned that there was 4-5 inches of shingle dust as well as pieces of shingles in the gutters. He told me he pushed the debris down the downspouts. I was concerned if he was pushing the debris down the downspouts that they would then become clogged. When I asked, he had the other gentleman check the end of the downspout. It was in a landscaped area, so some plants had to be pushed back to see where the soot was going. Had I not of asked, all that debris and soot would have still be clumped in that area. I helped them by giving them a bucket to collect it and a garbage can. I also asked the person on the roof, how he was picking up the big pieces that should not go down the spout. He said he had a bag, but the bag wasn't with him... the bag was a small plastic bag and it was on the front side of the roof. So, he wasn't using it appears to put the bigger pieces in it. Although, the gentleman did pick up some of that soot, there is still When they were packing up to leave, I told him the small bag was hanging from my roof in the front. He said oh thanks and brought the ladder there to take it away. Really, did I need to tell him where he left his bag? He had said he didn't know where it went, he thought it blew off. I saw it very easily... The gentlemen were very nice and polite, but without going on the roof myself, I cannot tell how clean my gutters are. I will see I guess when we have a major rain. I am not sure what I would have seen or what would have been accomplished if I wasn't home. I wasn't watching them the whole time, so I am not sure if there are any other issues. The pictures show the soot left behind in the area mentioned above, after I helped them with the bucket and garbage can. They had a blower which was used on my deck to blow away debris. A shop vac would have been a good option to clean this up.

The appointment was scheduled around june 16 because they were busy and probably could come within 2-3 weeks. Got a call from one of the workers and mistakenly had gone to different part of town that had the same address as I did. Next day they called and said they could not find my house? The office called again and we had to re scheduled. This went on for 5 weeks or more with different excuses mind you. Called once more and an associate said an ex employee submitted my home as a" done project?" You bet I'm more than frustrated!! This place has wasted my time and patience and then you send me a bill???? For work that was never done!! B. Klock.

We use them all the time. They're very nice. They're really good, we really like them. We've been very pleased with them.We use them now at least once or twice a year but the first time they came out was 2-2 1/2 years ago. I would say 2014 or 15. They clean the gutters they make minor repairs if need be and attach gutters.We like them.What's good about them is they give us a quote and they stick to that quote.

Everything went fine. I thought the price was a bit high, but I was satisfied with the service. They seemed to be a bit disorganized in regard to communication and scheduling. They did work hard when they were here though.

They were all good. After purchasing the coupon from Angie's List, they contacted me; they were not able to schedule on the day I wanted because this was a busy season for them. They came in, they cleaned up and left the invoice for us. It was good.

I filled out the requested form for 2/3 different days and times to have the work done- in this situation i chose the next 3 available time slots, Someone called and said they would get to it in the next 7 days, 3 weeks later after I had already cleaned the lower gutters myself the showed up to do the work, the upper gutters still needed to be cleaned and they did that work.

Just had the unpleasant realization that while my gutters weren't being cleaned my downspouts weren't being flushed as I paid extra for. I spent several hours this weekend unclogging a ver clogged downspout that was over a year in the making. Trust but verify if you plan to use this service. I will be finding another.

Quick service, professional technician, great scheduling. Didn't even need to be home and they put the debris in a bag by the trash can.

Very well. Liked the fact that I did not need to home when they came to clean out my gutters. Scheduling was simple and the price was great. I will be scheduling them again in the fall.
