They did front and back in just 40min and they also put a little filter on the gutter hole that goes to the downspout to prevent birds from getting in. All went great

Company contacted me after "Angi" referred my request to them. I was explained their services and I answered some questions about my home. Because their cost was appropriate, I hired them. Sincw their service is weather related, they contacted me a week later to schedule the work. When the cleaners arrived, they cleaned all gutters as requested. All work was explained to me prior to and after the service by the crew. "Cincy Gutter Boys" has an exceptional office manager and service crew.

They were extremely prompt, efficient , thorough and they were very careful on making minimal intrusions. They are very good at getting the job done without distracting your job. I would recommend them to others.

They did not do the job, it was still there, there's a bunch of leaves on the gutters which clearly means they didn't come. They're digging in and insisting that they did it and wanted me to pay.

They did a nice job cleaning our gutters and downspouts. They cleaned up all the debris as well. Our gutters now run as new.

BEWARE. Takes advantage of elderly clients. The gutter professionals spent less than 20 minutes on the job and charged $170. That is $8.50 per minute. My mother in her 80's lives in this home. I called management and they reported that they were not allowed to touch gutter guards. This is an important detail to share before you sell the job. I offered to pay them $80 and they refused. It is obvious that they were overcharging an elderly person who they thought they could breeze in and out. Management is inflexible and unreasonable. This company exhibits unethical practices and took advantage of an elderly woman. Be VERY careful when using cincy gutter boys.

Text messages from them show they were at my house for no more than 12 minutes. We have 4000 sft. 2 story home with 3 car garage, all side with gutters. Seems unlikely they completed the job in such a short time, so I called right away and asked are they sure they cleaned all the gutters. Yep, they replied. Within a short time the gutters full gunk again with water overflowing the sides. The job was done on Dec 19th...so Winter, not Fall, Leaves already fallen to the ground and removed. So leaves didn't fill-up the gutters after their service. Called for them to double check their work... it would cost another $90. No thanks.

They came annually to clean my gutter system. They were nice and cleaned up before they left. They told me that the downspouts were flushed. I had another company come two weeks later to exam the gutter leaking problem and they told me that the downspouts don't seem to be cleaned recently.

GutterBoys were great to deal with. I had a gutter leak. Scheduling was easy. The technician was on time. He did a survey of the gutters and noticed another leak (some wood issues). He fixed both/ I would highly recommend them They had cleaned my gutters previously and it was the same level of quick and good service.

Cleaned gutters and flushed out clogged downspouts. I was not required to be home. They called and texted before arrival and upon completion. Invoicing and payment was completely electronic and very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

I actually would give them an A-. They were pleasant and worked hard. Cleaned up before they left. I paid for the downspouts to be flushed and was told they were all fine. I didn't bother to look out the back of my house during a rainstorm until about a month later and saw that one of the downspouts was spewing water everywhere. They sent someone out within a few days and he found that the downspout had a BIG blockage that obviously wasn't cleared out the first time. He agreed it could not have clogged that badly in a month! I was told that because it was outside the 30 day "warranty" period, I would have to pay for services, but I have not heard back, so I am happy to say that it looks like they are not going to charge me. I would hire again.

Great! I received a text plus email with an ETA a few days prior to service. They were actually 3 hours early and I received a call and email telling me they were on their way. Team came and completed the work. They called and texted when they were finished and asked if I was happy with project. They emailed me the invoice and I was able to pay online. Quick and seamless. Great job!

the gentleman was on time, professional and completed his work and cleaned up after himself. I will use them again and will recommend them to others as well

This is the second year in a row to use Cincy Gutter Boys, there will not be a third. The first year, everything went very well and they did a very complete job, which is why we used them again this year (12/2019). This year however, their crew blatantly missed an entire side of the house (the side which gets the most leaves from a tall oak). I called the office when i received notice that the job have been completed without this portion of the house being done, they sent the crew back out immediately to complete the job. However, they still did not even attempt to perform the downspout flush. Thankfully I work from home, otherwise I would not have been able to verify any of this. The only thing keeping this from an F rating is the fact that they did not argue with removing the additional cost of the downspout flushing.

Great. They were on time, went straight to work and even tighten a gutter in the process. They were just what I was looking for.

Really good. Fast efficient and very, very professional. They have a good system where they come out and inspect, develop a proposal, then you can agree online and they will schedule and do the work as soon as they can. It took about four weeks from the time that I accepted, but it was not a rush job. They can move faster and said so if needed. A lot of roofing companies advertise that they do this, but when you call them, they don't.

I requested a cleaning and flush of the downspouts. Three weeks passed and I heard nothing. I called on June 11th and was told someone would be out the end of the week the beginning of next week. I later received a call indicating someone would be out June 14th. I then received a text three hours later indicating someone was in route to my house. When I arrived home, I could see debris hanging from the gutters and noticed the gutter guards were not reinstalled correctly. In addition, the service tech left my gate open which we did not realize until my neighbors showed up with our dogs as they had run loose. The time between the text indicating someone was on their way and the time on the e-mailed invoice was 40 minutes. I called the next day to express my disappointment. Someone was sent out 9 days later to finish the job. I will not use again.

Excellent job. Left the job really clean and tidy. Took away all the leaf litter. Very pleased.
