Description of Work: I bought the Angie's special for gutter cleaning for $99 since it is so hard to find people to do this. The company contacted me within 2 days of my purchase. I was told since I had gutter screens it would be an extra $10. I did not set a definite time, but the guys came within a week, they did a reasonably good job (gutter screens were not completely re-alligned). They were at my house for about 10minutes. I wish I had a job that paid $10 per minute!

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters & downspout under gutter screens. Threw debre onto back patio and didn't clean up. However, they did move furniture on patio in attempt to protect them. I prepaid Angie's List for service. Took 2 to three weeks to get vendor to show up. Angie's List unable to supply service/vendor. Two follow up calls to Angie's List were needed--in both cases Angie's List did not provide feedback on status, and during 2nd call Angie's List employee offered to refund my $75 payment which I prepaid several weeks earliy. Angie's List personel were lazy, lacked effort to protect client like me.

Description of Work: Gutter Boys came when scheduled and did a good job without anyone having to be at my home, which was helpful since both my wife and I both work. We will definitely use them again in the furure.

Description of Work: I liked the price of the gutter cleaning, but it took several weeks for them to contact me after being told on Angie's list it would only take a few days...not sure if there was a communication problem between the company and Angies list or not. They seemed to do a good job, although they left all the debris from the gutters for me to discard, which they had never done before (had had them do gutter cleaning before this date) And then after the gutter cleaning, they seemed to call alot for a couple weeks afterward about scheduling gutter cleaning again--I had to call back several times to let them know the gutters had already been cleaned...not a big deal, but just bothersome.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning. When I first e-mailed, no response til Angie's List got after them. Then they wouldn't give me a day, but said some time this week. So I called again on Monday, And they said they would try to get to it on Saturday. They were here today (Saturday) and all seems fine except they left a garbage bag of leaves on my driveway. I won't call them again - too much hassle. Back to Shamrock!

Description of Work: I had used this company in early December for gutter cleaning & was satisfied with their work. I received a call in early May asking if I would like a spring cleaning. Since our trees were still dropping seeds,etc., I said I'd call back to make an appointment in June. I later left a voice message requesting service after June 4. Shortly afterwards I received a call saying they would be out the first week of June. Just about the time I thought I had been forgotten, two gentlemen came on June 25. They were courtous and their work was fine, but I wondered why it took so long for the service when we were not in a rainy period that would keep them off the roof.

Description of Work: Gutter boys were very responsive - called quickly, explained the work and the costs. They had to remove guter guard screens which they did for the price agreed. Only negative is that there was some follow-up required. They were to send someone to reattach one gutter and to remove and re-attach another. Ii was told it would be in a week.or so and that was one month ago.

Description of Work: They were punctual and at a very reasonable price. There was no mess as they cleaned everything up as they cleaned the gutters. I will definitely use them again.
