Description of Work: I had my gutters cleaned and my downspouts blown out. They were prompt and went right to work. I knew they had done their job well just a few days later when it rained and all of our problems had disappeared! I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutter, but did not repair the partially disconnected upper gutter (that was a "we'll see, no promises"). Marked NA for punctuality and professionalism because we were not home during the service.

Description of Work: Reattached gutter and downspout that had fallen off the roof. Removed a birds nest from an upperstory window and cleaned the gutters by flushing them with water. |Dealing with Gutter Boys was great. Staff was friendly when answering the phone. I did not have to wait for a call back; I received a very reasonable quote over the phone, since they accessed my house information on the internet. Luckily I did not have to be home for them to provide the service because there was no advance warning other than that they called about 5 days later and asked permission to come and do the work that day. This was a week earlier than anticipated. They left a bill in the mailbox. I was happy to deal with Gutter Boys because it did what it promised.

Description of Work: Power wash exterior. Some items requested for onsite quote were not completed. But they we timely in performing work requested. Would have liked 1 step up in evaluation of work and suggested work while they were on site. They could have done more and I would have paid for it while they were on site. Second trip seems costly for both of us. I don't do this for a living. Hand off from quote to completion of work could be better, but that's easy to fix. Work was solid and timely.

Description of Work: Power washed my house (price does not include gutters or soffitts). They do use a cleaner in the water. Leaves the windows a mess. Missed a few spots but did come out and fix it. The receptionist is very nice and made sure they came back out and that is why I am giving them high marks.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen came out and cleaned my gutters. They cleaned up after themselves and flushed the gutters out. Very pleased with their work. Will use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a $160 deal for a whole house gutter cleaning in June 2014. It turned out well. They were efficient and came on time. My one problem was that after they left, I saw there was a small bag of debris in a bag that they left in the side yard. They didn't tell me about it. They did do the job although I don’t think it was worth the amount of money I paid because it was simple job on a one-story home.
