Great. I called The Gutter Boys on a Tuesday and they were able to do the work the next day. When I called, I left a voicemail and Justin returned my call within a couple hours. He was pleasant and said that he could have someone stop by the next day. Since I work outside the home, he said after his team assessed the work, they would call me on my cell phone to let me know the cost before doing any work. If I wanted them to move forward, they would be able to do the work while they were at the house. The next day, as Justin stated, I received a call (I think it was Adam) stating that he was at my house and that the cost would be $80. I agreed to the price and when I returned home from work, I could tell the work was done and everything was all cleaned up with no disruption to my flowers or mulch. Great job! I will use them again.

Excellent - called Friday, they were on my roof Monday morning like we scheduled. Friendly, professional, would recommend them.

Very good. Immediate return of call. Had to wait for a warm day to work which was fine. Spotted an issue with perch of gutter and called. Followed up several times to ensure understood issue.

Just fine. I'm not going to get on the roof and look at the gutters, but could tell a difference the next day when it rained--that water was actually going down the gutters.

I called after business hours, at about 5:45 p.m., because I was in a panic over the state of our gutters, and I couldn't take it one more second! I spoke with Jessy and didn't bother asking for an estimate because of the positive reviews from Angie's List. I asked him when he could come over, and he said he could probably come by in the morning, but if not then the following week. He called the next morning to say he was on his way and showed up 20 minutes later. He quoted me $89. which was a super-awesome!! He and his assistant, Jeremy, cleaned out the gutters and the resulting mess and were gone in less than an hour. Terrific job!

Called several companies for estimates on a Monday. They called on Wed and came over and then gave a price, which was less than other companies. Gave approval to do job that day and they did it and left invoice for job to be paid by check. Looks good and they did not leave a mess as other people have in the past. I would use them again.

The service was good and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual.

Very briefly, CGB will probably do a very good job on most homes but those with more difficult jobs might want to consider someone else. We have a two story tudor home on a hill with walkout basement in back and have two large pine trees near the house. I know it is not easy to clean our gutters and valleys because I routinely did it myself for 17 years before trying to hire it out 3 years ago. The ground is steeply sloped on two sides of the house and the roof is steep. Both gutters and roof valleys contained a very large amount of needles and leaves from a 1 years of neglect. Jesse returned my call promptly, was very polite, and scheduled a visit for the following week to provide an estimate. He said they are insured but not bonded. He showed up as scheduled, gave a verbal estimate over the phone which seemed low but I approved based on the excellent reviews on this site. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job while I was at work. The quality of work was not consistent with other reviews on Angie's list. They left the roof valleys filled with pine needles, did not clean an upper gutter along the right side of the house which Jesse said was not reachable by a ladder, there were large amounts of pine needles left all over the ground and walkway on one side of the house, and there were a number of landscape rocks that outline beds moved and left scattered on the ground where I presume they had been used to level out their ladder. I called Jesse and he explained that they could not get to the valleys because the roof was too steep or get to the gutter that their ladder couldn't reach and he offered to knock $10 off of the price. I said the completed work was useless to me if I had to call out someone else to complete it because they would have to charge me much more than $10 to come out so he agreed to come back out. I did not mention the problem with the landscape rocks or debris as I could deal with that. They did come back out and clean the roof valleys but I have never had the opportunity to get up on the roof and check the actual quality which I question given the other more visible problems. I think for the majority of jobs where they don t need to get on the roof Cincy Gutter Boys will do a great job. But, I think for homes like mine they should decline the job. It s not apparent to me why they agreed to do the job when the problems with the valleys and side gutter should have been obvious from the start. I believe someone more professional/established would have quickly assessed that they couldn t do parts of the job and made clear what they could and couldn t do before starting work. As is, I still need to go up on a ladder to inspect and possibly complete what they didn t do which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place. Although I never met Jesse in person I give him an A for courtesy and responsiveness.

It was a very good experience. They showed up on time and did the job quickly and did a good job. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again.

We have a tall three story Victorian home in Clifton with a seed pod dropping tree next door and our gutters had been overflowing. After trying unsuccessfully to get other gutter cleaners to call me back, CGB answered the first time I called. We set up two tentative dates and they said that if we were home and approved the quote then they could do the job immediately. They arrived on a Saturday afternoon (the earlier of the dates we talked about) when we were home and surveyed the gutters, which are very high up. They had to check that their ladders would reach. There was one area that went slightly beyond the reach of the ladder but otherwise it was all good. After I approved the quote of $130, they immediately went to work. They did their job quickly and neatly (no mess left behind) and I could see by what they pulled out that the gutters REALLY needed it. They even got the area that was higher up. They were quick and professional and I would happily use them again.

They are easy to deal with because they're so responsive. I would use them again.

Two workers showed up on time, looked at the roof, and estimated $90 for the house and an extra $15 for the garage. After they finished I asked them to repair a loose board, which was tricky and took at least an extra 20 minutes.

They came and cleaned our gutters and left a garbage bag with the debris. I've had some people throw the leaves onto the ground, so it was nice of them to bag it.

I left a message for Jesse regarding gutter cleaning, and he called me back promptly to schedule a time he'd be able to come out. Once we had an established time, he came out and performed the work as agreed. Very satisfied and would recommend to others.

They cleaned all of the gutters on my house. They took apart the downspouts that were clogged with leaves and cleaned those out as well. They placed leaves in plastic bags so there was no debris on the ground after they were finished.
