This is the third time we have used this company. They are always punctual, professional, courteous, and mindful to not damage any property even unintentionally. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

We have a steep roof that can be tricky to navigate. The crew was on sight the same day I called, and did a thorough job on a rainy day. They're the best gutter crew I've had in 20 years!

I hired Cincy Gutter Boys on Sept. 24. They never showed up. I sent them an Email on November 5 asking what happened. I received an answer that they thought the job had been done (interesting, as they didn't submit a bill and certainly didn't receive payment), but would and quot;investigateand quot; what had happened and get back to me. Today is November 15, and there's been no communication from them. Update on June 10, 2012: I just found the company's response to my bad review. I was particularly surprised to read, and quot;We are terribly sorry for this oversight and will contact this member to see how we can correct the situationand quot; as I've still not heard from them since the last contact I made on November 5, 2011. and quot;I hope prospective customers, reading this review, will look at all the other rave reviews we've received and see this incident as just an unfortunate exception.and quot; At least we agree it was an unfortunate experience.

I e-mailed the company on Sunday, the 9th. I received a call from Justin, the owner, the very next day. The work was started and competed on the 12th. The workmen came and very quickly completed the gutter cleaning. I was extremely pleased with their work and the clean-up. If I hadn't seen them I wouldn't have known they had been here. I WILL be using this company again and certainly recommend it.

I emailed for an estimate on the weekend, and was called back promptly on Monday morning. They were able to get me in the schedule in a timely manner. They were very efficient and did good quality work, as our gutters were way overdue to be cleaned. I could tell immediately after the next rain what an improvement they made, even cleaning the down spouts. They also cleaned up all debris, so I was pleased with the job and will use them again.

Did a good job cleaning the gutters for the first year I used them. However, the last time they came to clean them they noticed a leaky downspout. I instructed them to come back out to fix the downspout issue. After waiting over a month for them to come out, I called and spoke to a gentleman who apologized for the poor service and said he would personally come out the next day. It has now been over a month again and nothing has been fixed. Update: Cincy Gutter Boys came out and sealed my leaky downspout. While they were there, they also cleaned the gutters out on my house and garage. I feel like they have gone the extra mile to retain my business after the oversight occurred. I will continue to use them for all my gutter and downspout needs.

I left a message via their website regarding an estimate for gutter cleaning and they called the next day. Even though they were only working in the mornings because of the heat, I explained I was having some water issues...he put me on the schedule the very next day! I'll definitely be using them again as as a routine provider! Great job, cleaned up after themselves.

The Cincy Gutter Boys did a great job. They arrived on time did the work and charged appropriately. This was last fall. I told them I would use them again. This spring, they called and left a message to see if I might need them again. I do, so I just called to make an appointment for next week! What's the point of paying thousands of dollars for gutter covers? I'll just get the "Boys" to clean our existing gutters a couple of times a year. The savings is Huge!

They are always very good. They communicate very well. They are good at keeping their appointments. If the weather prohibits them from taking care of the work, they are always in touch to let me. I would use them again in the future too.

Very friendly and positive telephone customer service. Easy to work with because I did not need to be home. They cleaned up very well.

Great service! The removed our gutter guards free of charge, cleaned up their mess. We weren't able to be home when they were available, but they did their job and left the invoice in the mailbox. I recommend to anyone I know and will be using them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company and they are great. They do the work when they way they will and it is done effieciently and effectively. I will continue to use this company.

I called to schedule an appointment and found they were available to come out immediately. However, the person who took my call suggested that (if my need was not urgent) I could wait until after May 15, when there's a much lower likelihood of any stuff falling out of trees. That way I can be more sure that my gutters won't immediately fill back up with junk. That sounded great to me, so I schedule a cleaning for the 16th. Early on the 16th, one of the Gutter Boys came to my house. He quickly and quietly cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts. When he finished, he slipped an invoice into my door. I happened to be home when they came, but you don't need to be. They just do their work, and leave a bill. Really convenient! We haven't had any really hard rain since they cleaned the gutters, so I'm not able to comment fully on how well the cleaning worked. But at least in lighter rain they're working well. I fully expect the gutters to work well in hard rain too! The Gutter Boys are easy to work with and do excellent work. Highly recommend!

I bought a house and apparently the gutters hadn't been cleaned for a long time. When it rained, the water would pour over the sides of the gutters and down the sides of the house. It caused some minor interior damage. I called the Cincy Gutter Boys to come and clean the gutters and downspouts. They have cleaned my gutters twice now (once in 2010, once in 2011) and have done a great job for a fair price. I even got on a ladder to check and see if the gutters had actually been cleaned, and they had. The rain water now drains as it is intended to. I highly recommend the Cincy Gutter Boys.

I called in the morning and a crew was on my roof that same afternoon. They were fast and efficient and explained exactly what they did and even had some suggestions about how I could improve the water flow in my gutters. They cleaned the gutters AND the downspouts (which with other companies, is not usually part of the deal) As promised, everything they cleaned out was bagged, so there was no mess to clean up. They delivered everything that was promised to me and the cost was really reasonable for such short notice. I will definitely have this company back on a yearly basis and would recommend them to anyone!

Received a flyer in our mailbox from them last fall and gave them a call. I left a vm and was promptly contacted. The gentleman I spoke to was courteous, professional, and quoted a great price for our home - which has a TON of gutters and steep pitches on the roof. He scheduled me for the same week, which was great. While they were working, he called me to ask if I would like to have the old mesh covers removed (a few were left) as they didn't appear to be doing anything to keep the leaves and debris out. I said yes and they did it for free. When I returned home, the only way I could tell they had been there was from the invoice left in the door. Super clean, great job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again this fall.

Cincy Gutter Boys always does a great job and is reasonably priced. We first used them in the summer. After calling, someone promptly came out, gave an estimate, and were able to do the job right away. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They called after all the leaves had fallen to see if we wanted to schedule again before the winter. Due to an early, unexpected snow, they weren't able to make it again until February, but someone called to assure us we were not forgotten about, they just needed to wait until the snow/ice was off the roof. As soon as it was, they came out and did the job. We will definitely continue using them for all our gutter cleaning. I highly recommend them for their work and price!

This is a good company that needs to improve its communication with customers and stop overpromising. I was given several different dates/times that the crew would show and was disappointed that the excuse was always, "Well, the storm put us behind" to "we won't be in your neighborhood until Saturday" to "the previous job lasted longer than we anticipated". I just need a date/approximate time that the company is willing to honor. Delays from weather happen, but repeated delays are a result of poor scheduling. The job performed was good though a bag was left sitting on my lawn after clean up.

Submitted an online service request via the Cincy Gutter Boys website and received a phone call back from them just about an hour later. The very next day they were at my house and did a great job at cleaning out my gutters - just in time for 2.5 inches of rain that came the next day!

The proprietor was very helpful over the phone, explaining the services his firm could offer and the price for our size house. His crew came the next day. They were very pleasant, seemed thorough and conscientous in their work. Two downspouts were clogged and they spent more time than expected getting them cleaned out. We have a slate roof with heating cables, a little trickier to maintain than some houses would be. A few of the heating cables were knocked out of place by their work. The one that I noticed during their time on site they corrected willingly. This company is much more reasonable than the one we've used in the past. I would definitely have them come back, and have recommended them to family.

Received an answer immediately to my phone call. Received instant quote based upon the square footage of the home. Called back that day with a day that they would perform the work, which was within a week. They completed the work and left a bill for the services.

Great! Stopped by, gave me a figure for the service, came home a couple days later and the job was done. A day ahead of schedule if I remember correctly.
