It went extremely well. The technician was Josh. He was not only very professional but took great pride in a job well done. While cleaning the gutters, he noticed my pipe boot had dry rot and a gap where water could enter. If I'm honest, I didn't even know I had a pipe boot. Josh took the time to explain in great detail what it was and how it worked. Josh left it up to me - no pressure at all- if I wanted to have it replaced. I was impressed with his work and decided to have Josh replace it.. I would recommend Josh to anyone needing gutter cleaning. Josh actually took before and after photos even though I told him it wasn't necessary.

Went great! They came out, cleaned the gutters, and left the leaf bags on my driveway. They had to reschedule a couple times, but since you don't need to be home it didn't really matter anyway. I'm sure it was a busy time of year for them so it's not unexpected. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need.

Work was good and unobtrusive but showed up 2-3 hours after the time scheduled.

Good. The gutters and roof were clean. If you want your roof cleared, be sure to tell them up front. There is an extra charge. They put the debris in many garbage bags that were not too heavy for me to pick up, rather than filling a smaller amount of bags that would be full and heavy. I appreciated that!

Very Satisfied. Dave and his crew arrived early in the morning. The two worked quickly and well, cleaning out the gutters, bagging the refuse and then flushing the gutters. I would using Cincy Gutter Boys again for other similar projects.

I've been using them for about 10 years for a rental property, so I have a long history with them. They do good work and are a good company. I did notice that they left debris all over the sidewalks and porch, but I don't know if they've always done this and I just didn't notice because my last house wasn't hardscaped. Their office staff is excellent, and the workers are always pleasant to work with and very thorough. I will definitely ask them to make sure they clean up the next time I use them.

The team introduced themselves, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and placed trash bags with removed and flushed material in front of the garage door. They explained what had been done before leaving.

Josh did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and fixing the slope. He pointed out that some of my anchors were pulling away so he fixed those on the spot. He was professional, nice and on time! Recommend Cincy Gutter Boys!

Some of the cover on my gutter was bent up when they were done. I called them and they straightened it out some. Other than that it was always an "A". I think I would use them again.

Very good. I started with a discount coupon for just a section of the house, and ended up having them do the whole house as the price for additional work was very acceptable. They showed up on time and did the work quickly and (more importantly) safely. I will have them back.

I first had Cincy Gutter Boys come clean my roof. They did an excellent job, removing algae or growth from tree residue that someone else had not been able to remove after two times of just spraying something up there and letting the rain "wash it away." Then, the person cleaning the roof saw that our one gutter was full, and removed the debris clogging a downspout. He also explained that the "cone shaped" downspout guards were doing more harm than good and why. We then had Gutter Boys out to assess our gutters and whether we needed guards and/or any new downspouts. They were super honest about our needs, and said we did not need new gutters, and only one downspout needed to be replaced. While here, he reattached a downspout that was disconnecting from one of the gutters, and he also said the same thing about the cone shaped downspout guard and removed them all for us. He did not charge me anything for this assessment and service. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Next time to clean gutters and downspouts twice a year! And would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Extremely well. These guys continue to set a high standard when it comes to customer service. They are excellent communicators, on time, do excellent work and communicate when they are on their way, when they arrive and when they finish. They take online payments and make are super easy to work with. Double thumbs up!

They got the job done in two stages, making sure that there would be no leaks between sessions. What impressed us the most was the professionalism of the crew, Rob explained everything, and made sure we understood what he was doing and why, but even more were the small things that they did that were totally unexpected. An example: one of the days that they were working on the roof was trash day. When they arrived, they carried our empty trash can up the driveway to the garage.

We've used them repeatedly for like three years. We're very pleased with them.

The guys who came out here did a very good job were very professional.. has some issues setting up the appointments.. had 1 missed appointment and I had ti personally follow-up to reschedule. Was expecting Cinncy guter boys to call me to schedule an appointment since I had purchased the deal from Angies list and that did not happen for over a week either.. Finally I had to make the calls.. Overall - Work is well done and good.. - Front office operations has a lot of scope for improvement..
