They were responsive to my call for service and appeared to do a good job. They actually got to the job faster than they had originally told me they would be able to. The price turned out to be less than quoted. They informed me of some minor repairs that were needed. Overall, I was happy with their service and will use them again.

They did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters and downspouts.

Have really enjoyed working with the Cincy Gutter Boys. They come twice a year, for a flat fee. They call us with a semi-annual reminder for scheduling, which is very helpful. They simply come, clean and leave an invoice for payment. Very impressed with their phone service and prompt assistance.

I still have to check the third floor to see how those gutters are but everything else was fine. I contacted them online and they contacted me the next day. They came in two days. The gutters I checked were very good. The price was in-line with other companies I've used. I usually spend about $100 and they charged $125, which wasn't out of line because I have a great big 3-story house. I would certainly call them again.

Cincy Gutter Boys had to come out twice to clean my gutters. The first time they came out the job was not done thoroughly. There was a rain shortly afterwards and the problem was not fixed. We realized they didn't do a good job and had to have them come out a second time. The problem was fixed after they came out a second time. I would give them a "C" as an overall experience.

After my husband sliced his hand open trying to clean out our gutters, he said never again. We considered having some kind of gutter guard installed, but then we found the Gutter Boys. I contacted the company through its website. The Gutter Boys called promptly with a few questions on the size of the house and gave me an idea of when someone could be out. A Gutter Boy came out as scheduled, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, hauled the debris away, and now rain flows freely through our gutters. Yea! I am so thankful for the Gutter Boys.

Great experience - easy to schedule with and so friendly. Gutters were cleaned and debris picked up/blown off our driveway and sidewalk. 2nd year using them and I will definitley use them again.

The Gutter Boys were very punctual, friendly, polite, clean and efficient. They cleaned my gutters quickly and quietly, did not leave any mess whatsoever on my premises, and called me to follow up and again when it was time to empty the gutters again (I gave my permission for the calls). The crew returned for the fall gutter cleaning. The work was completed quickly and I wasn't even aware that they were here. I was very pleased with the work and will be using this company's services in the spring. I had recommended Cincy Gutter Boys to my cousin and she, too, was pleased with their work.

I emailed the company and was amazed that within an hour I received a phone call from the owner. He was very professional, answered all my questions, gave an estimate for the gutter cleaning and I accepted his offer. Because November is the "high season" for cleaning, he said his company would do the work within two weeks and I felt this was reasonable. It actually took three weeks, but due to the unusually high number of rainy days, I had no qualms about this understandable weather delay. I wasn't home when the two workers came, but my husband said they collected a large bagful of debris from the gutters. I found that all debris that might have fallen during the clean-up process had been removed from the ground, except for some leaves left on our deck. Except for that minor occurrence, I was quite pleased with the company. The esitmate I had received was the same as the total on the bill. To my delight, during recent heavy rains, our gutters did not overflow. I would hire Cincy Gutter Boys again. The company met my expectations.

They were great. They came in one day, did the work and cleaned up themselves; infact they came in early than what we expected. We were very happy with them and will use them again in the future.

I had water on the inside of the bedroom window that bubbled the plaster, after a big rain, and I knew it had been a while since the gutters were cleaned. I called Cincy Gutter Boys on a friday to see if they could come the next day, as we were expecting a heavy rain again on the following Monday. They added my name to their Saturday list. As they ran out of daylight on Saturday's work, they came on Sunday morning and cleaned the gutters! A nice, neat bag of leaves, etc that they cleaned out was left at the corner of the house. What service! I'll be sure to call them again next year.

Everything went incredibly smoothly. I called and several days later I came home to find that the work had been done!

We spent $95 on that service. We have been using them for a couple of years and they do a good job. We would use them again.

Great job as usual. Will continue to use them. Since it was raining they were unable to evaluate whether the gutters needed to be sealed, but agreed to come back when they are in the area and seal them. Justin returned my calls promptly.

Cincy Gutter Boys responded quickly to my request for gutter cleaning. They even agreed to match the price I had been paying another company. The weather prevented them from making the first appointment but they did come the next day even though it was sprinkling rain. They were finished very quickly and didn't leave a mess but later that day it started raining fairly hard and one of the gutters is still overflowing. I can't tell if they just didn't get that gutter and downspout cleaned thoroughly or if there is a clogged drain, which they could not have corrected.
