They also come out to perform their services very soon after calling to schedule an appointment. This is nice since you don't have to wait weeks. They are always professional and kind. I filled out the form on their website and was contacted within a day or two. They confirmed the size of my house over the phone and scheduled to come out for the cleaning. You do not have to be home for them to perform the service. When I got home from work, the job was done and they left an invoice on the door. As far as I can tell they did a great job cleaning the gutters, and cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing left laying around and they even took the leaves with them, and they did not mess up any areas in my yard/flower beds. The pricing is done by square feet of the house. This is probably to save time on estimations, and it isn't a bad way to do it. They were also one of the lowest priced services I could find, and I got an additional $5 off for being an Angie's List member.

Responded to my inquiry from their website. Scheduled us, showed up, knocked it out, and left. No complaints.
