I had to follow up with them to come out and perform the service.

They were very quick and did a good job. I was pleased with them.

It was easy. I just called them, made an appointment, and they put me on the calendar. They came out in a couple of days and did the cleaning. I think they did a nice job!

I have NO idea if the work was completed. I did a follow up call, thinking perhaps they did the work and either forgot to leave the bill, or the bill disappeared. Very nice staff said some crews didn't have bill tickets and she would look into it and get back to me, either getting us on the schedule or sending the bill. Never heard from anyone again. Called last week and left a message detailing the story. No response again. I have no idea what happened, if they cleaned my gutters, etc. They seemed very responsive at first and had a good price, but now the customer service has been truly awful.

The Cincy Gutter Boys had a difficult time assembling a qualified, competent and conscientious team of seasonal workers to clean our gutters. That is the only reasonable conclusion we could draw when they finished. They arrived in a dilapidated white van that gave no indication they were affiliated with the Cindy Gutter Boys. No insignia was displayed on their clothing. A trail of shingle dust carried in a leaking plastic bag (not a sturdy bucket) left a gritty coating on our back deck. A broom was readily available yet they chose not to sweep up their mess. They found some left-over rusty roofing nails which they did remove, but they left several behind on the driveway as well as on the roof. Upon our request, the owner and a helper returned a day or so later and inspected the work done by the first team. He said the gutters were clean. The helper didn't remove eight rusty nails from our sun room roof ... I did. Why not take the extra minute and pick up those nails when the gutters were being reinspected? We received a price break, given the uninspired job done initially ... $75 total. And the owner was quite personable. But given the inattention to detail (rusty nails left behind, sending the team in a ramshackle vehicle, not cleaning up the gritty dust on our deck) we can't give the Cincy Gutter Boys very high marks.

have used cincy gutter boys before. Both times we have used them they have been prompt, efficient, and professional. This past time, I didn't even know they had come to our house until I checked the mail and saw the invoice! They had come when I wasn't home, which is perfect because of the distance I am from my home for work. Makes it convenient that I don't need to be present.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. I filled out the form on the web site and was called back the same day by the owner, Justin. Justin was very friendly on the phone. He reiterated how their pricing worked and asked for a few details on my property. He told me when they would be by (they were a week out, so it was to be later the following week). Two weeks later, I hadn't heard any thing, and no one had stopped by. Normally, I wouldn't have worried, but I wanted to get a quote on getting new gutters -- and I felt my gutters needed to be clear to facilitate that. I called and learned that with their pre-existing customers, you can just leave a message and they'll stop by when they can and just bill you. I was pretty sure this was the case, but as a new customer (and needing to get other house maintenance done), I was concerned I'd dropped off the schedule. After a bit of phone tag, I was called back and told that they were extremely busy. Two guys came out to clean my gutters. Both guys were very nice. They asked if I had any problem areas, and I explained that I had a gutter that was poorly routed. There was a mis-communication about some debris removal, but it only took a phone call and they came back and fixed it. I had an Angie's List coupon (which I had mentioned when I first called) but I was billed for the full $95. I'm sure they would have fixed that too, but I had already paid the bill when I realized it was wrong. Hopefully, this won't feel like a negative review. I was prepared to be dazzled by Cincy Gutter Boys -- I loved the Web site and the no-nonsense pricing. Justin was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, and I was about as excited as you can get to have your gutters cleaned. My impression is that their business has really exploded and Justin is still getting his head around the logistics of it. Despite the few bumps, I think they did quality work and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The two man crew showed up at the end of the week and knocked on the door. I had my hand full at that moment so I couldn't get to the door right away. I was told that it wasn't necessary for me to be home anyways so I wasn't worried about it. They got their ladders and I heard them on the roof. Since they started working so quickly, I figured I'd leave them alone and head out to greet them as they were wrapping up. But after about 5 minutes I didn't hear them anymore so I looked out the window. To my surprise, they were gone. They did not return that day. It was a holiday weekend so I decided that I was going to wait until the next work day to call them. Luckily, I never had to call because they returned to clean the gutters first thing the next week. Besides making me a little nervous that weren't going to clean my gutters, they did a good job and I would use them again.

They were fast, reasonably priced and my gutters were no longer clogged! They were also very responsive during a pretty busy time for them.

I called to get an estimate. They said they would come out, but never came out to submit an estimate.

In the end, Justin was apologetic and remedied the situation of the work not being completed in a timely manner. I believe that he handled this a professional manner. I would recommend them as a good company that does professional work.

It was a very good experience. The gentleman who came was friendly, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. He offered to come back if I wasn't satisfied for any reason. I would definitely consider using them again.

Came out when they said they would and charged less than initial quote since the size of the job was smaller than thought (appreciate the honesty);Follow up phone call explained what they did.No problems with overflow since having this done.

I have two dormers on the third floor. I didn't watch the whole process, but I don't think that they cleaned those dormers because they didn't have the ladder up long enough to clean them. I was positive that they did the job that they were supposed to. It is very difficult for me to give them a good or bad review because I do not know for sure if they did the job or not.

This company was really responsive. I called to schedule an appointment late April. Justin said he could get out within 2 weeks, which was fine by me. The following week I found water in my basement - the first time that happened in the eight years I've been in the house. Water was in the general vicinity of where I have a downspout which goes straight in to the ground. It was supposed to keep raining over the next few days which had me worried. I called Justin asking if he could work me in earlier than my original appointment. He was out within 48 hours, and would have been out in 24 if we hadn't had another rain. Justin and Dave cleared the gutters and bagged up the debris. They poured water through the downspouts to see if they could uncover any clogs. Justin walked around the house with me, trying to help me brainstorm my next steps in trying to figure out the problems in my basement. I highly recommend them. Professional, personable, quick to respond in my time of need, and just generally nice guys.

One quick call, the job was done well and sooner than I expected!
