They came on a morning I was not home. My housemate called to be sure of my go ahead. Guy on the phone was very friendly. I did not see the work done, but found the plastic bags with lotsa wet gutter clutter as evidence they did the job thoroughly!

I bought an Angie's List big deal for gutter cleaning for $75. I booked it for 11/26/12 but all the leaves hadn't fallen so I rebooked it for two weeks later. There was some confusion so they came on 11/26 anyway. When I called to straighten out the problem, I was kindly told that it was their mistake and they would be back in two weeks to do it again. Wow! I would definitely hire them again.

Called me back after I called and left message about one wk later after I put order. not very professional honestly.

I told the Gutter Boys that I would be at work during the day, and they indicated that it was not a problem for me to not be at home. As far as I know they may have cleaned the gutters, but I have no way of actually knowing. I apologize - apparently I didn't understand when the cleaning would be done. It is now scheduled for sometime in December. I assume they will leave me some sort of indication of the work done. I am not unhappy with Gutter Boys - I look forward to clean gutters, and I will update the review after the work is completed.

They called and made appointment, arrived on time did a very good job. I use this company twice a year, very happy with the work.

I hired them as a part of an Angies List deal. I think that they were initially overwhelmed with the number of people taking the deal, but they did eventually contact me and set up a day to come do the work. I was not at home when the work was completed but the gutters are all clean and they put all of the debris into bags by our garbage. I will definitely use them again.

We made an appointment with them to clean our gutters. The first time they couldn't come so we rescheduled. They were supposed to come at 5pm the second time as that when we would be home but we got a call at around 4pm to say they were done. We were surprised they didn't call and cancel because that day was really windy and some of our gutters are up really high and they would have needed a ladder which wouldn't have been safe on that day. A few days later my husband checked the gutters. They hadn't been cleaned. They called once looking for payment but I guess they figured that the work hadn't been done so they didn't call again.

The company was prompt and performed the service as requested. There was a little confusion on the invoice. The office took care of the issue immediately and handled it very professionally, that’s the hallmark of a trusted company. I will certainly use this company in the future.

I used a big deal coupon. The experience was good. They were reliable, and they did a good job. I just kind of scheduled it, and they did it when I was not even there.

After purchasing the deal it did take several days for them to schedule an appt...actually only after responding to a email from angies list as to whether they had contacted me yet did i finally get a call from the company.....a few weeks later i recieved another call trying to set up an appt,,told them i already had,,,that person who called didnt seem to have a record of it,,,was scheduled to have it done wed the 15th but they finally showed up the 17th..

The company called to schedule the appointment and performed the services within one week of me purchasing the coupon. The staff was courteous and easy to talk to. I would definitely use this company again.

Since it is outside work, they had to re-schedule to coincide with better weather. They schedule jobs by geographic area, and as soon as they were in our neighborhood completed the work.

They were professional and courteous on the phone and promptly got back to me to let me know they couldn't do the work. Would use them again if I could!

You don't have to be home when your service is done. They came when they can and will leave the invoice within the mailbox. They provide a rough estimate of how much it would cost and when they would arrive when scheduling. They just show up, do their work and leave the invoice.

They seemed to do a good job. I had no problems. They scheduled on time and did it when I was at work.

Original date of Tuesday (6/18/12) was missed. I waited at this rental property for 1-1/2 hrs but they did not show up, nor could I reach a real person on the phone - only answering machine. Later that day I rec'd a call from a girl in their office and she was VERY apologetic. We made the new date of Friday 6/22/12. I told them specifically I would like to meet them at this property as I am the owner and want to be sure things are done correctly. They were to call me 15 minutes before they arrived. We made a date of 9-9:30. They arrived early.
