They did a great job. It was very easy and economical, and they were very professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

I've used this company regularly in the past for gutter cleaning and repair. The company rep calls 2x year to schedule seasonal gutter cleaning. When contacted for this winter's cleaning, I asked that it be delayed until the majority of the tree leaves had fallen. They called back after the leaves had fallen and were quick to schedule the cleaning during the week of my choosing. I do not have to have anyone home, in order for them to complete their work. After a thorough cleaning of all the gutters and unclogging of downspouts, they clean up and place all the refuse removed from the gutters into garbage bags, which are left at designated area out of yard and off deck and walkways. Invoice and contact info are left conveniently on door.

Work was performed satisfactorily. As a previous customer, we received a call from Cincy Gutter Boys asking if we wanted them to come in the following two weeks, which aligned nicely with the approximate timing I desired for fall gutter cleaning.

I received timely service and communication. I would highly recommend this company! They will definitely get my business again :)

I appreciated that they called me to set the appointment after buying the coupon. There was confusion on what day they would do the work. They ended up calling 1 day saying they would be there later that same day they called. Then they ended up showing up at the wrong address (they showed up at my house rather than where we told them we needed the work completed). Once the workmen got to the correct address, they did the work quickly and did a good job

We bought a big deal coupon from Angie's list to have Gutter Boys clean the gutters. Gutter Boys got in touch with us right away to schedule the cleaning. We asked them to wait for several weeks because we have a lot of trees that lose their leaves late. The gutters were cleaned during the scheduled week while no one was home. The yard looked good afterward, so we could see that they had cleaned up well and not done any damage. We only had one issue, which was that we noticed that one of the metal strainers that sit in the gutter over the downspout had been knocked out and was lying on the ground. We called Gutter Boys about it and they said that they would come back out and replace it in the gutter. However several weeks have passed and they have not done it. Perhaps they lost track of it, but we plan to call them again to ask that it be done.

All work was done cleanly and efficiently. There was a little delay in them contacting me after I bought the coupon, but once they called, the work was done as promised. They cleaned up afterward and did exactly as promised. One negative was that I asked for them to call me back after the work was done, to advise on the condition of the gutter (new house and I had not been up to see them) and they did not do that. The actual work was good though.

I purchased a Big Deal so the $75 price was lower than normal. I called for an appointment shortly after making the purchase in early November, and asked for an appointment in early December since all of the leaves fall by then. I forget who I spoke to but he said they would come out the week of December 3. A few days later I got a call from someone else at Cincy Gutter Boys--there was a mix-up and he didn't know the appointment was made already. No problem- both calls were pleasant and friendly. On December 3, I happened to be home when someone came out to do the gutters. I mentioned that there's an extra downspout that comes down from the corner of my metal carport roof. After looking at the carport he knocked on the door and said he had already cleaned the main gutters (so fast I hadn't even noticed it was done), but he didn't have the tool he would need for the carport. Apparently it's some kind of unusual gutter and there were parts that had to be removed so he could get at the gutter. He said he would let his boss know and they would get back to me. A week or so later I had a voice mail saying they would be out that day. The next day I found a note on my door stating the gutters had been cleaned, so I'm not sure when it was done, but it was taken care of as promised. So overall their service was good and I would use them again. They have a good website too.

Good. They came and cleared the gutters per our instructions, very simple. Only 2 mildly negative items - I had asked they call before coming so we knew when to expect them (not a specific time, just a day or range of days since our instructions were broad) and didn't get the head's up. Then we got an invoice which made it appear we still needed to pay even though we'd done the Angie's list big deal, so I had to follow up. But overall it was an easy/good experience and I would use them again.

They did a fast and great job. I would recomend and use again.

They were prompt in scheduling the appointment even though I did not want the work completed for a few weeks to allow all the leaves from my trees to drop. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work quickly. I checked the work afterwards and my gutters are clean - as promised.

Bought a Big Deal for gutter cleaning, and I had previously used them before to get some junk gutter guards off of my house and clean out the gutters then also. They did a great job, and cleaned up and took everything with them, left us no mess to deal with. See above. I hate to write this report but also hate to pay for a service that was never done.

My overall experience with this contractor was OK in general, after an initially confusing start. A comedy of errors of sorts. Things were sorted out in the end. The advertised price for the gutter cleaning was posted as $75.00. I thought this a real bargain, and so signed on for the service. After receiving contact information, I called to schedule an appointment. That's when I encountered an issue over pricing. The scheduler asked if my home had gutter guards or screens in place. When I replied that I had screens, I was told there would be a $50.00 charge to remove the screens to clean the gutters. I informed the scheduler that is up-charge was not mentioned in the information I read. In reply the scheduler told me it should be in the fine print of the ad. So while still on the phone, I checked the fine print and advised the scheduler there was no mention of that, and added my view that I would not have signed up for the service had I known that. I was told this information should have been in there since that's how the ad was transmitted to Angie's List. Clearly, it was not. So, I asked the scheduler for an agreement of sorts, and asked that there be a visual inspection prior to removing the screens; no debris-no-removal, and no up-charge. I asked for this because from where I could see, there were no leaves in the screened gutters. So the scheduler agreed, and the deal was struck. Later on I decided to cancel the service, and so contacted Angie's List and explained the situation, and my reason for wanting to withdraw: were I charged for needed screen removal, the cost would exceed what I typically paid for gutter cleaning. Angie's List confirmed the ad made no mention of an up-charge for screen removal, and offered to contact Cinti Gutter Boys to see if it would honor the service agreement at the price stated in the ad. That was agreed upon, and so I kept the appointment. Angie's List and Cinti Gutter Boys would resolve the way the ad was written up later. All's well that ends well. I will consider Cinti Gutter Boys for future work, pricing considered, and can recommend it's service based on it's actual performance. As a side note, it rained heavily later the day of the service and I noticed I could hear water cascading through the downspouts; a good thing.

It went very well. We scheduled a time when most of the leaves would have already fallen off the trees and the guys came out and cleaned the gutters. They were quick, thorough and very courteous. I will definitely hire them again!

Great service. Took time to answer my questions and educate me over the phone. Then showed up on time and did a great job.

I agreed on a date in advance for the job. They promptly showed up on that date and quickly did the work without any other requirements.

It was quite a while before I heard from the Gutter Boys after I purchased my and quot;Big Deal,and quot; but eventually they called and were very flexible with the time that they offered to come out to perform the service. They came when they said they would, and had two people working for about an hour - one guy on the roof, one guy with the ladder. I do not know if they did any unclogging of the downspouts. I have not gone up to check their work yet, but I will. They scooped the gutter debris into plastic garbage bags, and deposited the garbage bags (open) by our garbage cans. Get what you pay for, I guess. I'll check the cleanliness of the gutters this weekend. If they're clean, then I guess it served its purpose, and was certainly inexpensive.

The Guys let me know when they arrived and asked if I had noticed any issues. I told them no, asked about payment and they told me I would be sent an invoice. They did their job efficiently and quietly. I didn't even know when they left. I have used the Guys for a few years and have always been happy with their work. I had an issue with overflowing box gutters once shortly before they cam to clean them. I told them about the issue and they told me they would take care of it. I have not had a problem since. I have no idea why someone would hire them and them feel a need to check their work. The easiest way to check the work is during a heavy rain shortly after the cleaning. If the gutters overflow all the person needs to do is call them back and they will take care of the problem~

We responded to an offer which Cincy Gutter Boys had placed on Angie's List. As promised, we were contacted by phone within two days. Since this was for gutter cleaning, and there were still leaves on our trees, we waited until all the leaves were down before having the service performed. Cincy Gutter Boys was very accommodating about this. The technician arrived on time. He was professional in both attitude and appearance. He got right to work and had our gutters cleaned out in a timely, but not rushed, fashion. He was very thorough. He bagged up all the debris he collected, leaving the landscape neat and clean. We are very impressed with this company's service, and plan to use them, again, for gutter cleaning in the future.
