Left a voice message over a weekend for company to call to set up estimate and appointment. Company called back on Monday morning. Estimate done via phone based on house square footage. Emily, the scheduler, was honest that this is their busy season, and stated that depending on the weather, they would not be able to come out for about 10 days. And true to her word, Dave and Daryl arrived the Wednesday of the following week. Both were very nice, professional, and prompt. The day before their arrival, I received a message that they would be arriving the next day and I was the first call of that day. Loved the company's responsiveness and attention to detail. The quality of the work was excellent. Gutters clear of all debris. Downspouts clear. Debris bagged and put into garbage can. Much rain has fallen since and no issues whatsoever! Thanks to Cincy Gutter Boys! Will use you again!

They did a good job: they were so fast they came and went while I was at work

They called me after I had bought the Angie's List deal to schedule an appointment and were very courteous and professional on the phone. On the day we had scheduled, they came out to the house and cleaned out our gutters. We had no problems at all with the service.

The provider was performing the service and the ladder fell and hit the window, damaged the frame and side of the house. He was then stuck on the roof. Returned the next day to finish the job and forgot tools to complete the job. I asked him to leave, due to the damage to the house from the previous job. The owner came back out on the 17th to look at it, and we got it all straightened out. The customer service after that point was absolutely wonderful! We will actually be using them for another job. While there were some problems in the beginning, the customer service made up for it.

It is hard for me to check if the gutters are clean but I assume they were done thoroughly.

Called Cincy Gutter Boys to schedule an appointment and let them know the days available for them to come since I wanted to be home while they performed the work. Didn't get any calls but when I called them back, I was informed that they were doing the work that day. I wanted to be home while they did the work but that was fine as long as the gutters were cleaned. Overall, they did a good job, didn't expect them to clean the gutters on our detached garage but I was happy about that. They did mis a small gutter, like a 3 ft gutter, not a big deal, it's not too dirty.

Showed up on time and was very professional. Clean-up before he left. Refreshing to have a company actually do what they say they are going to do. Will definitely use them again.

There was some debris left in a gutter, so I wasn't sure they had come. Upon further inspection, they had been. I called several times to confirm they were here, but NEVER, received a call back after leaving several messages. I've used this company previously, but will search for another company next time that is more responsive.

It went as promised and they were dependable

They showed up when they said they would. They left a notice on my front door telling me they were there to complete the work. Could not be easier to do business with them.

It was fine. Actually, I've never seen them: they just left a bill, and I could tell they'd been there because the leaves from my gutters were in my garbage. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves afterward.

They came while I was at work. so really I didn't see them do the work. I mean, I looked out and my gutters were empty, but they weren't clean. So I guess what they really do is just get the leaves out. They don't really like clean them, they just get the dirty leaves out. They clean them out of debris, but they don't clean the gutters. I'm sure no one is going to get in there with a brush and clean it, but I kind of though that it would be more than just like getting the leaves out, because they still look filthy.

They were there within 48 hours.

A bad experience with another company had me a bit skittish and I wanted to be present when this work was done. Rain, however, forced us to reschedule to a day when I could not be on site. I actually forgot they were coming, but came home later to find the job had been completed. The debris was in bags at my garage door. Sure, they could have taken it away, but by leaving it for me to set out with my weekly trash pickup was no big deal, AND it was a way to confirm that the work had been done, as well as the extent of the cleaning. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

This company did a great job of actually cleaning the gutters but there was a little snafu getting the work done. I scheduled the service after buying a special on AL. Even though I indicated when I made the appointment that we had a three-story house, when the service-person showed up, he had a ladder that was too short. I saw him pull up in front of the house, sit there for a while, then he pulled off without knocking on the door or calling. I had to call the company the next day to reschedule. The person who answered the phone at this company was very pleasant and helpful, and the work was good, so I think that I would give them another shot.

Made an appointment and then they showed up and did the gutter cleaning. it was very stress-free.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use the service due to a roof repair. Angie's List was able to give me a full return with no hassle. I am very pleased with Angie's List.

I purchased their whole house deal and they came out without me being there to complete the work. My leaves had just been blown and the beds cleaned up so I was concerned about them leaving the gunk down below. But they bagged it up and carried them over to my garbage area for disposable. Would definitely call them again!

I purchased an AngiesList special for gutter cleaning for $99 and called Cincy Gutter Boys. They were very courteous on the phone, and scheduled me at the earliest convenient date. They verified about gutter guards (since removing them costs a little bit extra) twice and I appreciated it - since I don't like after-the-fact additions. The workmen showed up on time on the scheduled day, informed me that they were going to be cleaning and dropped off the invoice once they were done. They were very thorough (ours is an old, tall house and I was amazed at how there was no drama about height of the roof, effort involved etc) and very clean -- they bagged up all the leaves and left them near our garbage cans. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Caught a good price on Angie's List, prepaid and enlisted provider for the job. Communication as to when service was to be provided could have been more punctual; likewise, I prefer to know more precisely when someone is coming to do work rather than a broad window of time. Work was done well, though follow-up emails to me requesting payment were off putting as I had paid in advance via Angie's List.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a $75 gutter cleaning. Shortly after purchasing, I called the company to schedule service. In that call, I asked them to leave a note or invoice on my door, or otherwise provide some verification that they had come, in case I wasn't home when they performed the service. After the initial service date passed without this verification, I contacted the company to inquire about the status. There seemed to be some confusion on their end, and they noted some computer problems they had been having. They set up a follow-up date at that time. It was necessary to go through this same exercise again a few weeks later, and there was still confusion as to whether the service had been performed. after I posted an initial rating describing my frustration, I received a call from them the next day. They told me that the work had in fact been completed. While I had asked for some written verification at the time of service on multiple occasions, I do appreciate the follow-up and will take their word for it that the service was completed. I have updated my review accordingly. I think they are a professional outfit and are interested in pleasing their customers, but I did feel pretty frustrated at the uncertainty and number of contacts required to get some clarity.
