It was all good. They showed up and said they had an appointment, but they didn't. They just came to my house one day in the afternoon and I happened to be home. They said an appointment had been scheduled and it had not. I am a new home owner and I never had my gutters cleaned before. Their responsiveness was good because they came out and I didn't even call them.

They were great. I heard somebody at the door, and I was busy, and then I saw the Gutter Boys truck, and I said that I would go and talk to them when I was finished doing what I was doing, I heard them up on the roof, and I thought I would go out and see them in a few minutes, but they were done and gone in about 15 minutes. I had back surgery and so I went up on the roof at a later time, and I looked at the gutters, and they were clean, as what I would normally do with my garden hose a little at a time. I don't know what they used, I called the lady, and she had no knowledge what they had done. They did a super job. I had purchased a big deal, and the price was good. I have a neighbor who has a lot of trees, so I will use them some time in the future.

There were two men who arrived on date specified, Informed prior to beginning work what they were going to do, Completed work in a timely manner including bagging up the debris from the gutter that they threw on the ground and notified me when they were done.

Very professional from first contact to end of job. Will definitely use them again.

They came when we were not at home, so we didn't observe their work, but all seemed to be completed as expected with no issues.

They came while I was at work. They cleaned all the gutters and bagged all the debris and left the bags on my driveway. I liked seeing the amount of debris they collected and it confirmed their work. It confirmed real need I had of their service since it's impossible for me to know how clogged my gutters were.

Their response was immediate andthey did a thorough job.

A crew of two showed up first thing on the morning of my scheduled appointment. I mentioned when I scheduled that I would like to look into having gutter guards put on the back of our house where we have several trees and the most problem with debris. I let the crew know that when they came just to make sure they could measure and let me know what I needed to do to take care of it. They said they'd get measurements and that once someone at the office had done up an estimate they'd call with it and schedule if I was still interested. The crew got right in and pulled out the ladders and set to work. They had garbage bags with them so nothing ended up on the lawn, patio or porch which was great. A few toys were hiding up there and they put them in a little pile for me. They told me one of the downspouts was fairly clogged and it would take a few minutes to get that taken care of but otherwise there weren't any big issues. I was inside cooking something for the kids and looked at the time. It had been a bit and I figured I'd see if everything was going alright. When I went to look outside they were already done and had headed out. I hedged a bit on deciding the overall rating I'd give simply because I never did get a return call about having the gutters covered. But that was my only issue. So in the end I decided on the overall A rating because I have their number and am just as capable of calling them as they are in calling me. And to be fair I haven't called to ask about it. The B for professionalism is really a B+ because of no follow up call and I would have liked to know they left.

Very professional, arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, price matched the quote, very good job for the cost.

We now have clean gutters! Thank you Cincy Gutter Boys... however, things didn't start out so well. They were supposed to be out to the house on Friday, June 28th between 8am-5pm (wish they make that window smaller), but they did not show up. Around 3:30pm I asked my husband to call them to see what time they were expecting to get to the house. He had to leave a message because no one answered; but when he received a phone call back (within 15 minutes) he was told, the team was not coming out today... Wish I knew that before the work-day was almost over since I did stay at home to make sure everything would have been taken care of. They told my husband that the team would be out on Saturday but did not give us a time - we just figured we would have to call again on Monday to have the service completed sometime the following week, similar to some of the other reviews. To our luck, Saturday came around and my husband was actually doing some yard work while I was running errands around town and the team showed up around 12pm. They wasted no time and got right to work. One of those summer-time pop-up showers hit while the guys were working so they did have to stop for a few minutes just because it was not safe. Once the storm passed, they were back to work; they took all the waste with them and then blew off the drive way and sidewalk - they even helped my husband with blowing off the sidewalk after his edging work in the yard. They're super nice guys and I'm really happy with the job they did and for only $95, you can't beat it! The only downside, 1 bag was left on the roof but they have already planned a day to come out this week to get it before we get more rain. I'm a big fan and plan to hire them again in the fall to help keep everything clean.

They took a lot of time to assure the gutters were completely clean. They noted a piece of loose roofing and we had them back to repair it. People were just great. It really was a and quot;dealand quot;.

They did a really good job. They came when they said they were going to. It was very convenient. I would use them next year.

They did exactly what I expected them to do. I had no complaints. There were no additional charges other than the big deal. What stood out was that the fact that they followed-up. As soon as we used them last year, they called already to follow-up to see if they can provide the same type of service or any other additional services. They came out a week or two after I purchased the certificate.

They arrived on time and advised exactly what they were going to do. They were on the roof and done in approx. 15 minutes. They told me how the gutters and downspouts looked and advised I wouldn't need to have it done until probably spring.

It went awesome! Jesse and his team are very professional and very kind! Got here and went straight to work . Very neat and didn't leave any mess. Fix all my gutters now they are working like they should. They showed me that some of the my neighbor boys had shared some golf balls and softball in my gutters LOL But all is good now.. Totally would use them again!!!!

They did a good job. He just went straight to work. He was very personable and it took him a couple of hours. He just went to work, worked hard and cleaned the gutters.

They wanted an extra $40 because I had gutter shields on but, there was no indication of that in their ad. I was disheartened about that. They didn't contact me before coming and I was not home when they came, I have no idea about what they did and how the work quality was. They didn't even leave a note after finishing the job.

The communication process worked very we (A)ll!!! They did come were professional and courteous (A). They cleaned out the gutters as advertised. Total time was about 1/2 hour. The plastic bag that was used seemed to have some material in it when they arrived so it was hard to tell how much they actually removed from my gutters.For this I rate them a B. They also replaced a couple of flood lights that were located just below the gutter on the second floor (rated an A). Also I had a seperation of a downspout that they did insert a self tapping screw into (used my power screw driver) just before they were ready to leave. I did provide them a brush to help remove some of the material that built up on the gutter guard vs the twig they were using. Food for thought: Back in the day cleaning gutters meant the the all loose material inside of the gutters was totally removed from the entire length of the gutter. In most cases, one had to scrap the shingle type material, seeds from trees, etc from the bottom of the gutter then a flushing with a hose was performed to ensure the material flushed out and the downspouts were not plugged. In today's world, cleaning means we are armed with a pair of protective gloves and hand remove any leaf material that accumulated at the downspout preventing water from exiting the gutter. If you have gutter guards the cleaning process of the guard is a quick hand wipe off. I am sure if you are having your gutters cleaned every year, the latter method would be sufficient however at some point in time the cleaning as described above as and quot;back in the dayand quot; needs to be performed. This company did not do anything that was improper per their advertisement. In the future, I am checking to see exactly what and quot;cleaning the gutterand quot; is meant by the company doing the service. I am a and quot;back in the dayand quot; type of person and like to see the work being done.

Unfortunately this is not a good experience. They were supposed to come on Friday morning. I took off work as I like to be here when work is being done. I called the company mid afternoon as they hadn't shown up yet. I was assured they would be here and were just running late due to another job (fair enough, but communication would be nice). A service tech came up to the house just before 5:00 but never came to the door. He immediately returned to his truck and left ... Again NO communication. I called the office a bit later and was told she wasn't sure why the tech left and that he shouldn't have. She apologized and said they would be out early the next week. I requested to be called before they came so I could make arrangements to be here. Apparently they were here some time on Monday as I found a couple of garbage bags full of gutter junk in the driveway. My daughter confirmed they had been here but they didn't leave any notes or paperwork. Obviously they didn't call me to advise they were coming. I'm very disappointed with the communication. I can't even be sure all the work is done. I realize my grade on this company is poor but can't justify much due to the lack of communication.

My experience was excellent!! My home is 13 years old with trees on the north side of my backyard. About every two years, enough leaves gather in the gutters that they need cleaned out. I'm getting more and quot;matureand quot; so climbing up ladders, getting up on the roof and bending over to clean gutters is getting more difficult. They came on the day requested, cleaned out my gutters. In addition, I had an elbow that I know was clogged. It was taken apart and the clog removed. I plan on having them back in the late Fall, after all the leaves are down to clean out the gutters again. Thanks again!

Good for the price. While had to cancel the initial cleaning date (and only did so when I called to see why they hadn't arrived) their work was good and they were very efficient. Cleaned up well around the house when complete and discussed the overall gutter situation before leaving. Would use them again
