It went fine. There were no additional charges. This was the first time I've used them. The pricing is fair. I would use them again in the future.

They claimed they went to my house to clean the gutters while I wasnt home. I didnt notice any difference, and they even told mel that my gutters were fine, but I knew that some of them had leaks. I am not sure whether they actually did the work.

Cincy Gutters Boys did a good job cleaning my gutters. We just had EverDry complete an expensive waterproofing project in the basement this summer and they told us that in order for our lifetime warranty to remain in effect, we would have to make sure that our gutters were maintained so that excessive amounts of rain did not spill over the gutters onto the ground around the foundation of the house. Our gutters were clogged in certain places due to the close proximity of trees (and their rotting leaves in the gutters). I called Cincy Gutter Boys and booked a date. Two days prior to the job, I received a call from the office indicating that they were running behind and would need to reschedule. This was not a problem for me and I rescheduled. A two-man crew came out and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. They even installed a halogen bulb for me on my outside backyard light while they were up on the ladders. There was not a lot of fanfare with this company. They did the work as promised and I was pleased.

The serviceman arrived on time. He brought a ladder and garbage bags and plastic gloves. He cleaned the gutters and removed and cleaned the downspout protectors and replaced them. He took all trash with him, and was careful with his ladder when carrying it around the house. It took him about 30 minutes. The only concern I have is receiving a call telling me to schedule my gutter cleaning for this year, since I am a previous customer. I hadn't expected to get on a call list. And if they were making a list, it seems they should know I just had it done. It was left on my answering machine, so I can't comment on any response they would have made to my concern.

I was able to get an appointment on the day I needed - the guys arrived and got right to work. The gutters hadn't been cleaned in 8 years - and we live in a wooded area - so it was a really big, really tough job. They bagged and removed all of the waste - very little mess left behind. They showed me where I had one small damaged section that should be replaced - the damage was legitimate and preventing water from draining properly in this section. I did not get the impression that they were trying to sell me a new gutter system, which was one of my concerns when I searched for a service provider. I absolutely plan to use them again and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

I wasn't home when they came. But it seems what they did worked. I had backed up gutters that were overflowing and now they are better. The only reason for a B is because they didn't leave a notice that they came and did the work and I called them to find out.

They showed up on time, we're very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Discussed what they were going to do and how they did the work. I am very happy.

Scheduling was slower than we would have liked after we purchased the deal. They did an adequate job of cleaning the gutters but did not do an area of the roof my husband specifically asked them to do (we did not contact them to ask them to come back or voice concerns to the company). They left all of the trash bags; other companies we have used took the trash with them.

The young man came and cleaned the gutters out. Very nice guy.

They e-mailed me insurance information promptly upon request prior to scheduling appointment and they scheduled the appointment timely. I was not home when they arrived (nor did I need to be home) and they let my neighbors know who they were and why they would be working at my house. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up all debris on completion. I would definitely use them again.

Chris was on time, he explained everything he was going to do, how the process worked and how long it would take. I asked a lot of questions and he was very professional and courteous and answered all of them. I also applaud the company for offering the DEAL - this is what made me get the work done.

Cincy Gutter Boys did an excellent job and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends and the cost was also great.

No muss, no fuss. Always polite and efficient. They even pointed out where I had a missing shingle after a storm.

It went great. They came out and did what we asked them to do. There were really no issues. The only thing I can say was a little bit we had prepaid and it took a little while for them to come out. I would hire them again.

Technician came on time and perform task of cleaning gutter well. He collected about a quarter of a trash bag of debris. Technician was very friendly, offering advice on how to keep gutters from clogging in the future. I would use service again. I gave the Price a B because the Angie's List cost was not much lower than the regular price.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think I have had them out three times. The experience was fine and they came when they said they would. Either the first or second time they came out I came home, they had cleaned out the gutters and left the bag of trash in the front, but there was still a branch up there. However, when I called them they came back out and took care of it. The price of the Big Deal was good, but their regular pricing is a little higher than some others I have gotten. They were very responsive and came when they said they would.

The house looks beautiful, they know just how to handle the power wash. They always clean up after they clean the gutters out.

They were great. We appreciated them letting us know that they saw some minor damage on roof and giving us the name of another contractor to fix a minor problem. Service was as promised for a very reasonable price. Nice to deal with straightforward, honest people.

I would not recommend this provider. They came out within 48 hours of my request, but they missed and entire section of of my gutters that had a plant growing from them that was visible from street level. They also left debris from the gutters on my patio. I emailed their office regarding these issues, and though they promptly responded no one showed up until the next week. When they did, the cleaned the missed gutter but only left MORE debris on another patio area. While they do respond quickly, either they 1) do not own a blower, 2) do not own a broom, or 3) are just too lazy to use them - none of which is a good sign for a provider of gutter cleaning. I would not recommend them and will not use them again.

They were here for such a short time. I saw a ladder outside my window before they even came to my door. They handed me an invoice even though I had already pre-paid on Angie's list. So I called the company to say I did not owe them because I had pre-paid with you. Just as I got off the phone I looked outside the front window and their truck was pulling away. It couldn't have been more than 10 or 15 min. that they were there. Maybe my gutters were pretty clean and they did not find too much debris, but they never came to the door to tell me that, they just left! And I never did see their ladder go up on the backside of my house. I will never use them again.

They said they cleared all the gutters and drain. They did not run water through the gutters to make sure they were draining properly, which I thought would be a more complete job.

They have consistently done a very thorough job including removing our gutter guards - which help to a degree - to access the gutters and cleaned them out thoroughly. Since our gutters are 40' up I wasn't about to go up there! They come out when they say they will. You don't need to be at home for them to get the work done and they haul the mess away. They contact us at 6 month intervals to see if they are needed and weather pending are highly reliable. I give them an A+
