It went well. They did the job while I was at work. I recently had an inspector up there to check for a leak, and he said it looks like they did a good job cleaning the roof and gutters.

Weather caused some delays in getting out to us - I had to reach out to them to figure out their schedule delays instead of the other way around - a minor inconvenience, but if they couldn't make it the week they stated, it would have been nice to get an update from them. Showed up 2-3 hours after planned time, but I understand how schedules can get backed up. Once here, they did a fantastic job and worked really hard to get the gutters cleaned out in the cold weather. Reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

The receptionist was very courteous and prompt with her response. Unfortunately they were so booked up that we finished the job ourselves faster than they could get to us.

They were a little late getting here, but they called and let me know and I was fine with that. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. There was one guy who completed the work and he did a good job. Everything was fine.

They were going to clean our gutters the second week in December, but couldn't due to snow on the roof. Without my calling them, the company emailed they would be out as soon as the snow had melted. Two servicemen came immediately once the roof was clear. They were polite, worked about an hour and removed all the debris in bags.

On time, with service as expected

Set appointment, performed service, cleaned up their mess, left me a note and all was well.

When I called Gutter Boys and explained the circumstances, that my gutters had already been cleaned by another provider who had been hired by my husband, they were very understanding and were immediately willing to refund the purchase price. I will do business with them in the spring.

Purchased the serrvice coupon to have gutters clean in mid November. Was sent a email that they would have someone clean my gutters the week of 11/25 and no one needed to be home. I like to be home whenever services are being completed on my home regardless if it is outside. Was not aware of when the service was performed. I know it was not done before Thanksgiving because I notice leaves in the gutter over the garage on November 29th. On December 1st while cleaning up leaves in my yard I notice a bag at the corner of my garage that was had leaves in them. I looked up and did not see any leaves in the gutter, I went and looked out the upstairs window and saw water in the gutter and a few leaves. I would have liked a note left and letting me know they was there and they was leaving the mess for me to dispose of. Now I need to call another company to come out and see why I have standing water in the gutters,

They came early in the morning on time. The gutters were froze up bec it was so cold. They were hammering the gutters to remove the ice. I asked them to put the trash and debris in my trash, but they put it all on the ground. The crew of workers seemed as though they were actually children (maybe 18). They didn't have tall enough latters to get to the high points of my roof. When I came out, I couldn't find them. They had climbed up the roof themselves, and I was in fear of liability for them falling. They worked hard, but I would be careful to recommend them to others, because they were not very professional.

We've used this group for years. They got the job done in the rain this year, in very little time.

It's worth it me cause I don't have to get on a ladder and do that. They scheduled the date that they're gonna come and I don't have to be here. They cleaned it out and leave the bag full of leaves. You can tell they were here cause the gutters are draining. They come out pretty quick after I call them, within a couple of days usually provided that the weather is okay.

The service provided was good. I've used them again since then. They were very professional, they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. It was great. The debris that they removed from the gutters they put into trash bags, they didn't leave anything lying around and they also checked underneath the gutter guards which we had on the second floor of the roof to make sure there was nothing clogging the gutters up there.

The two young men who arrived were very polite and told me how they were going to approach the job. They worked methodically and diligently. Afterward, they left an invoice for me and then several hours after they left a field-supervisor from the Cincy Gutter Boys showed up to climb a ladder and inspect the work to make sure the gutters were clean. I thought this was a great added touch in the overall service package. And the pricing was very reasonable. My only reservation about using this service in the future is their lack of workers' compensation insurance. They showed me proof of general liability insurance, but that wouldn't have provided any financial remedy if one of the workers had fallen and injured himself. I realize the overhead cost of workers' compensation insurance would probably bump-up the cost of gutter cleaning services, but in the big picture, it would bring me more peace of mind when someone is climbing ladders or walking around on the roof.

Gutter cleaning. I purchased this service as Big Deal from Angie's List. I scheduled immediately after purchasing and set up an appointment for mid-November. They came out and cleaned the gutters last Thursday and they did a great job. The gutters look good, they cleaned up any mess from the cleaning and now I'm not as worried about our gutters overflowing.

Called them on Friday and got an appointment for Monday. They showed up when they said they would. Did the job and were gone. They left invoice with my wife. I have a fenced back yard. They DID make sure the gates were closed before they left. Sounds like a little thing, but a lot of contractors forget this detail and the pets get out. Will use them again.

It was performed as expected.

When they originally did the job it looked like it needed to re-done so they came back out; however they didn't tell me what time they were going to come. I wasn't home when they came, so I'm not sure if they ended up doing anything or not. They said they could not find any areas that needed to be pressure washed again.
