They cleaned up the trash but they left it in the bag and they did not take the bag with them.

It was just okay and it wasn't great. They could only schedule it when they wanted to schedule it which was not necessarily convenient to us. We were not here which we would have like to have been. Actually, it would have been better for them if we were here because you can kinda make a relationship but it didn't happened. They did the job and it wasn't bad, it's just a decent job. I don't know my husband felt like he was gonna hurry up and call them back.

The services worked out very well. They came on time, they cleaned up everything, and they did a fine job. They did a good job. I had to set up an appointment, and then they came over.

They did okay but didn't clean a window inset.

To clean the amount of gutters that I had, I was pleasantly surprised of the cost, so to me it was well worth it. I have a relatively large house with quite a bit of gutters on multiple levels, so for me to pay $100 to have them come out and do it, it was well worth every penny.

The Gutter Boys were very professional. They were prompt and communicated well. All of what they cleared from out gutters was put into a trash bag so we could see what they did when we got home. We were very pleased with their service.

Looks great - no debris in the gutters than I can see, and there had been a significant pile-up because the house was vacant for several months.

The promised to call prior to the service, and they did. We were out of town, so I was not able to observe them working. Also, with gutter cleaning, it is a bit tough to check the quality of work, but I did scan some places I thought were trouble spots (where I had seen small sticks emerging from the gutters, etc.) and all seemed clear.

They do the job, leave a bill, and the whole experience is simple and satisfactory.

We were given an estimate for when they would be able to come out during the week leading up to Thanksgiving. We were not required to be at home for the service. We had several days of snow and ice, and they were never able to come out. They never contacted us to say so, until I emailed them. They simply replied that the bad weather was causing them scheduling issues. Understandable, but I was a little disappointed that it took me reaching out to them instead of them following up, especially since it was pre-paid through a Deal. In any case, they recommended I request a refund via Angie's List and we'd try again during better weather. Many thanks!

Scheduling was easy - I just called and made an appointment with them. The gutter cleaning took about an hour and a half.

They responded quickly to my request and they were able to get in sooner than I had thought. They called the day before our scheduled appointment time and told me they were on their way to do the work. I did not have to be there when they showed up which was nice.

There was absolutely no evidence on the ground that they had been there. Highly recommend.

I wasn't here when they did the service. The company was okay but there were a few things like were having bad weather, ice, and snow. I know that a lot of it was because of that. They called me on the day that they were supposed to come. I thought they were gonna be giving me heads up. I couldn't be here but my husband was here. They went without even talking to him. One of the things we wanted it cleaned out for was because we were having a leak on the inside of the house and we wanted to talk to them to see if they found any damage to the gutters. I'm assuming they cleaned the gutters out but I don't think there was really anything in there. My husband said he didn't think they had bags or anything. I told them why we wanted this done. I was disappointed that they didn't give us any feedback. They guys came and were gone within 10 minutes. I've been here for 20 years and I've only cleaned the gutters one time. So I don't get a lot of stuff in there but I wanted them to tell me if there were things coming out because they do that, too. They told me that if they saw anything, if the gutters were hanging down, that they would make another day and come back to fix them because they didn't have to tools with them. They cleaned the gutters but I didn't get any feedback from them. I was assuming that if they were damaged, they would have told me. They should have rang the doorbell and told my husband they were there. They saw my husband's car so they knew somebody was home. I'm upset about that. Their pricing is pretty comparable to what other people are charging to clean the gutters.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was a little hard to schedule, but the work was really good. We had some weather issues while trying to schedule. They cleaned all the debris from my yard and hauled it all away. I think the price was great, but they were a little slow.

We didn't have a set appointment so they worked us in. I have been using them for 3 years. Emily in the office is vigilant, thorough and keeps on me about regular cleanings. They call the day before, the morning of and when they are on their way. They called me on a Sunday to come out after we had had bad weather.

My gutters were leaking pretty bad when we hard a storm com through. Actually anytime it rained it would not go down the gutter it would spill out. I checked the gutters myselt and I couldn't see anything. They looked through everything and found a large amount of old shingle dust, leaves etc... stuck in the elbow of the gutter drain coming from the second story to the first floor. They unclogged the pipe and verified that the roof and gutters were in good shape. Now I don't worry about the rain getting into the house.

Scheduling (and rescheduling caused by me) was a snap and very professional. The guys who showed up to do the work didn't have much to say, and didn't let us know they completed the job- just left an invoice in the mailbox and drove away. If we'd reviewed the work first, I'd have asked them to clean up some leaf piles knocked down from the gutter and left behind. And nothing against them, but does anyone run a hose to clear possible downspout blockages anymore?

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They got delayed because of all the weather with the ice and everything. They were good at keeping up with me to let me know that they were delayed and why. As near as I can tell, they did a good job but I didn't go up on the roof myself. They were very professional and very quick. They covered my whole roof as best as I could tell. I never had gutters done before but I thought they did a good job. There was no additional charge.

The service was good. They booked the appointment quickly after I purchased the deal and came out within a week. They did leave some of the leafs on the ground but I was pleased with the service.
