Hired them to clean gutters on a multi-family building, including flushing the downspouts. Received report of rain water spilling over the gutter the first rain after they came to clean. After calling, they sent someone out to inspect within a couple of days and the report I got was "all clear", and that a gutter seam needed re-sealing. I got up on the roof to seal the gutter and the pic I attached to this review is what I found. Further, the downspouts were not flushed as there is no outside water available at this property in February (winter). When I questioned as to if the gutters were flushed I was told sometimes they disconnect them to manually clear them out. There is no way the downspouts were removed and cleared. After finding the gutters full and downspouts clogged I called to request a refund. I was not successful. I hired another company to clean the gutters appropriately on 2/21/19. Instead of a refund they sent another person out to check the gutters on 2/26/19 (3rd time) and sent me pics of a sparkling clean gutter. Thanks for that.

Fantastic! They were ahead if schedule and asked if they could perform the work today. I had a coupon from Angie's list, and they wouted the same price. They also asked if I needed a flush, but I decided not to. They were at my home in twenty minutes, and let me know they were there. The two guys were very pleasant, and got to work right away. They even nailed my gutter to my soffit, which was coming loose, and fixed it for me without charging me extra. How wonderful because water was running through to the house. They were done in less than an hour, and emailed me the invoice, which I used to pay online. The convenience, ease of pay, coupon use, kindness, thoughtfulness and thoroughness of their work absolutely deserves an A rating. I will definitely be calling on them again for another cleaning!

Our gutters were overflowing and we didn't know if it was the gutters or the underground pipe. We decided to start with having the gutters cleaned out to see if that would solve the problem. And it did. Communication with them was no problem. We made an appointment and they came when they said they would. They cleaned everything out. And gave us some ideas about what we might try next, if we still have some overflow problems. But, luckily, we have had no problems since they came. We would definitely use them again.

We had a back up of water overflowing the gutters every time it rained. They came out and cleared it out, all is clear and running smoothly! They were very easy to schedule and had it done within a week. Great work!!

I have used Cincy Gutter Boys for years to clean my gutters in the early summer and fall. For the last 2-3 years, I pay for the extra service of flushing the downspouts once per year. This spring, my neighbor noticed water was running over the gutters on the back corner of the house. Upon further inspecting, the downspout was completely blocked and full of dirt - about 3-4 feet of solidly packed debris. We had to use an auger to loosen it enough to clear it. There is no way anyone flushed that downspout in the last few years (my neighbor thinks it's unlikely it's been done since I moved in 14 years ago!) Will no longer hire or recommend this company.

They did a great job. Very happy would hire them again.

I was not home when the work was done, but according to my neighbor who actually watched the worker clean my gutters - neighbor stated that he did a thorough job.

Overall the final service was good. What was disappointing was I scheduled the appointment really far ahead of time and was told I was the first appointment of the day. I changed my work schedule so that I would be home. The person never showed up. When I contacted them (they never called me) and I was told that the first appointment of the day took longer than expected, and I would have to wait until another day. I was supposed to be the first appointment and changed my work schedule to accommodate them.

The cleaning went well. Separately, I asked to talk to a technician about my current rain diverters and the addition of gutter guards. That never happened. Months later, the job to add diverters and guards was scheduled without my approval. My phone calls and email to cancel the work were ignored. Finally, on the Saturday morning that the work was to be done, I got a call at 8:30 confirming that the work was cancelled. Customer service is not important to this company.

Very good. They placed the gutter brushes back into the gutter improperly, and left the gutters slightly dirty but they promptly came back out to fix the issues. I would recommend them again.
