I think it went fine. It took them a while to come out to do the work. They did the work while we weren't there. The service was convenient and they didn't leave a mess.

I have used them twice now. They were responsive and did a good job. They were relatively inexpensive. I figured I could get a lot of gutters cleaned before I have to get my gutter guards replaced.

The company responded immediately to my call, gave me what I considered a reasonable rate, scheduled appointment, showed up within the time frame stated, went about the work,the workmen were polite and professional. I was happy with the service.

They were great. They very prompt. It seems like what I paid for was pretty minimal. They were there very quickly, did the job. They did it so efficiently.

I used their website to get a free estimate for services. I estimated on the high end of house size just to be conservative on the price it might cost. The online generator said it would be $160 for gutter cleaning and gutter flushing. They responded to my online request via phone call within 24 hours, which I appreciated. When I initially spoke to their office, they quoted me a price of $125 for my gutter cleaning and flushing, which was much less than $160. They made it seem that the $125 was more specific to my house since they were looking it up online. Everything seemed setup and ready to go, they quoted me a timeframe of about 10-14 days, which was more than fine with me. About an hour later, though, another office rep called me and asked how I got the price of $125. I said that it sounded like the guy had looked at my house online (perhaps google maps) and said the price was representative of my house size. The second person then told me that price was wrong and I should be given a price of $160. I was very confused and irritated at this, but it caught me so off guard I agreed to a compromise of $145. I found the fact that they even called back very off-putting, but I went ahead with the service anyway. They showed up within the quoted timeframe and performed the service as expected. I got the bill for the and quot;agreed uponand quot; amount of $145. I would have paid this amount without question until I spoke to a close relative who had the same service on the same day with this provider. They have a nearly identical home and were given a price of $130. This seemed really suspicious to me, so I called their office and asked why the difference in price for a seemingly same house. They had no good response to me and said their process of setting prices was very inexact and often depended on the whim of the actual worker who shows up at the house. Obviously, this was a less than desirable response, but they did agree to give me a price of $130 for my service. Part of their response was that next time, though, I would be charged a price of $160. All in all, I was left very confused by their pricing scheme and their unwillingness to honor their price from my original phone conversation. My advice would be to underestimate the online calculator so they don't have a conservative estimate to start from. I'm left thinking that's why I got charged $160. I'm very uncertain if I would use this provider again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it okay. It was not great, but it was not horrible. Although they cleaned the gutters they did not do a couple of other things I asked them to do. It was just above freezing the day they were here so we asked them to detach the hose and that did not happen so we had the potential for some flooding issues.

Honestly, hard to tell how the work went since we weren't home. As far as we can see, the gutters are clean. Were prompt with scheduling and fixed a broken portion of gutter for an added cost. Returned to do the garage after I called to ask why it had not been completed.

It was a good job. They had to come back out and do part of it again because there were certain areas that they didn't cover. The owner came back out to complete the work. Overall, it was a fine experience however he did charge more for the gutter screens which was not originally quoted. I'm not sure if I would use them again in the future. There were still leaves around the gutters so it didn't seem like they did as good as I'd hoped.

We weren't home so we didn't speak with anyone or witness the work taking place. It seemed the end result was fine.

They did a good job. I have gutter brushes up in a part of the area that they cleaned and they took them out and cleaned them. They cleaned the gutters too. That was something that I was concerned about because I know that the previous people that I had did not touch the gutter brushes so that was an issue. The only concern that I had was that I had specifically scheduled the service for a day when I could be present and the first time that it was scheduled, they did not come and I anticipated that they would not be able to come because of the weather but they did not call to reschedule so I had to call them to schedule it for a day that I wanted, otherwise, they would have shown up the next day which was not what I wanted. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal price. The only thing that I would recommend them to do is to improve their communication on rescheduling appointments when they cannot do it because of the weather or whatever.

The workman was both polite and competent. He even found where some nails had pulled away from the wood holding my gutter to the roof and nailed it back in ….. no extra charge.

He worked hard and did a great job.

Every contact was responded to in less than 4 hours. We cancelled on them several times. The office and service men remained very polite and professional when we made their jobs more difficult. The service person was very nice. He came and did the job and I barely knew he was here. We thought it would be impossible, but somehow he got the black stuff/stains off the gutters. Now we don't have to paint them. Very, very happy.

The two man crew were exceptionally professional and did a great job. I also appreciated that they were willing to work around the old gutter covers. Made a big difference on the drainage this wet season

I scheduled an initial appointment, which was cancelled in 2013 by the onset of early snow and ice. They helped me to reschedule for a date when the ice was gone and the gutters could be cleaned. They showed up when promised, did a good job, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I was satisfied with their service.
