I called to get a power wash to remove some of the mold that had been growing on the home and other dirt on the siding. They scheduled within a week and did a nice job in power washing the exterior.

siding looked great after service -- all of the green algae on the north side removed. power washed the gutters as well. only one small spot on the chimney they couldn't reach. nice work!

Excellent job. I have a very high, steep roof with over 300 feet of gutters that had not been cleaned since we moved in to our house eight years ago. The gutters are covered with screens, so some of these needed to be removed and replaced to allow access for cleaning and access for sealing some seams that were leaking. The two men that came out were very hard working, polite and professional. Although we have not had any significant rain since the cleaning, I feel that based on the amount of time they spent and the amount of material they removed, that they did a great job with the cleaning. I will need to wait for a significant rain to assess how well the leaking seams were sealed, but so far, so good.

They came when they were supposed to and did a good job cleaning the gutters and downspouts. My only complaint is that they left both of our gates open, which gave me a scary moment when I let my dog out not knowing the gates were open.

They were fast, friendly and professional and did a thorough job.

Everything was good. I definitely noticed a difference with the gutters as they were previously blocked.

Showed up a day late without a call but it worked out OK Missed a place and left without talking it over with us so I called and left a message shortly after they finished. I had not herd back from them then they just showed up about a week later to make it right. They did a good job but they need to work on their communication skills

Service, quality, value and professionalism was excellent. Stained areas were completely removed. I will be using them every 2 years or so for this service. Scheduler got dates wrong twice but I think she was just filling in for someone. Highly recommend these guys.

They seemed to do a good job. They are coming back out to repair parts of the gutters. We live next to an Oak tree and some of the branches started growing into the gutters. They gave us a 5% discount for being Angie's List members. They will call before appointments if you want them to which is nice.

It was my first time using the company. The staff was very professional and did a good job. Two technicians came out and completed the job I about an hour. They were very nice and they had a great secretary. I had no problem scheduling the service.

It was OK. Scheduling was easy. My only complaint is that they didn't clean the garage gutters or tell us when they were finished, so we were unableto confirm what was and was not done.

We were outside of their area, so it was an extra $35, but I read the other reviews and kept the big deal purchase. They promptly let me know of their service area and gave me the option to cancel or proceed, we scheduled and they were very prompt and courteous. They did a great job! The siding on the north side of the home was very dirty and up where we could not reach, but they had everything looking sparkling! So glad I kept the appt. as they did a great job!

I purchased this as a deal from Angie's list and they came out and did a very good job on the gutters. They had said they would call and let me know when they were coming but I didn't hear from them, they just came one day when I was at work. On the day they came, my son was home from school sick and it scared him quite a bit to see someone walking around the house in an unmarked van. We figured out who it was, but would have liked them to call ahead so I knew they would be there

Great work, professional and responsive customer service. Will use them again in the future without hesitation.

It was fine. Everything is running smoothly. We weren't home when they came.

It went well. The communication with operator went well and these people were quick. The moister from the rain water does not create an odor in my basement anymore. Happy.

These folks are what you hope when you use Angie's List . . . reliable, prompt, good quality, can definitely recommend to others!

Great, he took out everything. I gave him a C on professionalism because I could hear him yelling outside to himself about the hose not reaching. He was pretty loud. He also admitted to me that he was very new so he couldn't answer a lot of my questions which was fine. One other thing- he nearly knocked down my door every time he knocked. It's fine but again, a small lack in professionalism. At least he got the job done, that's all I care about. And he was nice, just a little rough around the edges

It was difficult to pin down even a vague time that they would come due to weather. When they did arrive they barely spoke to us but then got out their ladder and went to work. I believe that they weren't even here for 15 minutes and we never saw them go to the side of the house that has the highest gutters so we don't think that those were cleaned. They were about jump back in the truck when they'd finished and leave without saying a word but we stopped them for a quick chat to see how it went and how we would be invoiced. Overall very poor communication, very unprofessional and we were dissatisfied with the job done. Will not use again.

They came and cleaned my gutters when I was gone. The yard was clean after they left. They did have to change the date due to the rain. However, they came when they said they would for the rescheduled appointment. I do wish they would have left me a note saying they were there.

The experience was really bad. They did the service in February or March, and at that time it was snowing, and I understand that they could not have cleaned very well, and we had to get another company to do it again, and they said that it was very bad. People told me that they probably didn't even unscrew the gutter protection to clean the gutter. Maybe it was too cold, so they didn't want to unscrew it and do it. They should have said that they couldn't do it, and so they would come back to clean it, instead of leaving it just like that. The weather was not good, but they should has said that they would come back when the weather was better. I had purchased a big deal, and if they are thinking that the service needs to be discounted through the big deal, they should not provide the big deal. The price was good, because it was a big deal. They were polite.

I scheduled service two weeks ago and prepaid $160. Service was scheduled to be performed on 6/23/2014. I made arrangements to be home that day and no one showed up and no one called. The next day I called them and left a message. A couple hours later they left a voice message (never acknowledged my VM message) and said they had some people out sick and would try to come out this week but there was a chance they could not. They also said Mondays are usually bad. I had told them I wanted a full refund and they accepted my request and told me to call you.

I was not contacted by this company with a message on Angie's List as required by Angie's List. In my order, I had stated I needed to be contacted to set up an appointment, because I wanted to be there. I also was awaiting the arrival of painters to paint the outside of my house, and I did not want my gutters cleaned while my house was being painted. I had also requested that my gutters be re-nailed with better nails, because the gutters keep coming loose. I had just arrived home when Cincy Gutter Boys arrived without an appointment. Two nice young men did the work. They said they did not receive my message that I wanted my gutters re-nailed with better nails. They did not have better nails or even a hammer with them. They thoroughly cleaned out all of my gutters, and nailed all of my gutters tight with my hammer. They were very polite and professional. They explained the company does not make appointments, because they work by area and do all customers in an area. I do not think the company was being professional in that it did not contact me prior to coming. The young men were very polite and professional, but the company was not. That is why I could not rate punctuality and professionalism above. Since there was no appointment, I could not rate punctuality.

This is a great company to use if no-hassle relationships are key. I called them up, they put me into their neighborhood queue, and performed the service when my area was next up. The company is easy to work with in that they will leave an invoice in the client's door as opposed to scheduling a time to meet and pay. This makes it easier on those who would rather not take time off of work to interact directly with the company. That being said, it would be nice to receive a post-work summary or synopsis of the work performed and the overall shape of the gutters. When making arrangements with Cincy Gutter Boys, I asked them if they could look into fixing any apparent leaks. I was told that I would be called in case any repairs were needed that could cost extra. Apparently, no extra repairs were required, however it would be nice to hear that directly from the company. In addition, it would be great if the company offered a recurring scheduled gutter cleaning for their customers. They may have this, but have no proactively marketed it to me as their customer. Those two reasons above are really the only issues which keep them from being an A overall. Great job on the actual cleaning and timeliness overall.
