Great company & great service - Will use again

He did a great job. Was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Company was prompt about getting job on their schedule and stuck with the estimated date. Arrived home from work to find house looking amazing. Yellow vinyl siding was spotless and no signs of the green algae growth or years of dirt. White wood trim looked great and nothing damaged in the process. Nothing disturbed around the house - cleaned up after themselves very well.

They performed the work in the agreed upon time and did the work correctly.

Our appointment was rescheduled a couple of times, but other than that the services were excellent. The young man who performed the work was prompt, polite and did a great job. We will definitely use this service provider again in the future.

He called about 5 minutes before he arrived. He was friendly and professional and did his job.

They were really great. They responded almost immediately, were very professional, and I was pleased with them. My neighbor came and cleaned my gutters instead so I ended up not needing to use the coupon. The company was top notch with how they communicated and responded. I would use them if needed.

They did everything they said they were going to do: Showed up on time gathered up all the debris from the gutter and put it in a plastic trash bag left the bag so we could see what and how much they removed left an invoice on the door. Very pleased. Impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work Only thing that happened was I sent them a check for the cleaning and they didn't get it They waited some time and then let me know they had not received payment I hand delivered the check in the next few days since they were local to me Definitely recommend them and will use them again

Two very personable gentlemen showed up on time and did a thorough job.

They were just fine. They did exactly what they needed to do. I have used them in the past, staring with a deal. Then I have hired them since. They even helped fix my gutters once. They are really good.

Came while I was at work and knocked it out. Did a good job clearing off some mossy siding.

I am a regular customer of Cincy Gutter Boys and use them everytime I need my gutters cleaned. They are very professional and courteous. I love the fact that i don't have to be there for them to clean the gutters, they just call me and let me know when they are on the way. They leave the debris collected from the gutters in a trash bag next to my garbage can so that I can just throw it out. Really great service.

It went well as far as I can see. I was not there when they came. They were very clean--I actually called them to see if they had done the job because there was no mess. I couldn't tell that they had been there except for 1 bag of trash which I at first attributed to a neighbor trying to piggyback onto my trash pickup.

All went well. They were punctual and the job was done right.

They did a really good job and they were very thorough. They were very efficient and they ran water through the gutters to make sure that they were cleaned out.

Performed wash to the letter of the deal. Unfortunately that meant leaving black residue on trim around garage. Would have taken a minute to wash off whil they were there but they did not.

The men showed up on time, were very nice and did a great job cleaning my three story home and detached garage. I have no complaints. My only surprise was they left the bags of leaves with my garbage. Totally fine, just had not had that happen before.

They called when they were on their way and were very quick on getting the job completed.

The company was originally scheduled to do the work on 11/19. There was still several inches of snow on the ground, so I called the company on 11/18 to ask if they were still coming on 11/19. They said no and rescheduled the work for Saturday, 11/22. I checked with the office shortly before noon on Saturday for a status. Was told they were running behind, but would be there. Later in the day and the office called and said they could not make it, but wanted to know if they could come on Sunday, 11/23, at 8:15 am. It was an inconvenience, but in the interest of getting the gutters cleaned before the holidays, I gave them the okay. On Sunday, no one showed up and no one called to say they were not coming. I called the office, got no answer and left a message. I called the office this morning and relayed what had happened and asked for a refund on my Angie's List big deal purchase.
