They did a perfectly good job cleaning as far as I can tell though I can't see the gutters. They offered to come back and clean up the mess which was considerable. I had them clean it up and they offered me $20 off on future service. They tried to make it right but the problem was, they shouldn't have left the mess in the first place. They left the stuff that they got out of the gutters around the house. I wish I had known about their cleanup policy. My feeling is that if I had been home, they would have cleaned up. They either didn't have a supervisor or their supervisor decided that since I wasn't there, they didn't have to be careful. It wasn't a cheap job, you can pay less for gutter cleaning than that. They were very responsive. I assume they were on time, I wasn't here but it was on the date they said they would do it. I probably wouldn't use them again in future.

Let me start off with the positive: Once I was able to make an appointment with Gutter Boys, I was very happy with the service they provided. I think they were thorough: one or more men were up on the roof cleaning out the debris, by hand for the larger debris, and with a hose for the rest. They took extra care with the problem areas I pointed out to them. I would definitely have them back again in the future. The only problem issue I had was actually scheduling the appointment once I purchased the Angie's list "Big Deal" for gutter cleaning on December 4, 2015. The receipt instructed me to contact the service provider to make an appointment. When I called Gutter Boys on the same day, I was told they hadn't received proof of my purchase from Angie's List, but to wait a few days. After waiting another week, they had still not received notice from Angie's list. I called Angie's list twice and was told both times that I should be able to schedule the work because I had my own receipt of purchase to show Gutter Boys. I was anxious to get quick service because we were having unusually warm weather during that time frame. Once I called Gutter Boys expressing my frustration with the process, they sent workers over the very same day to get the job done. All told, the time between purchase and service was only two weeks.

Excellent to work with! We had just moved to a new house and forgot to update our address on Angie's List, so they cleaned the gutters at the wrong house. However, when we called to tell them this, they offered to clean the gutters at the new house for 50% off! Wow, once we discovered what had happened, and that the mix-up was our fault, they had no obligation to offer us a deal, but they did anyway. Great company, great service!

They came and did a good job. I would consider using them again if the price was right.

They came promptly. I use Gutter Brushes because of the numerous locust trees. The Gutter Brushes have to be removed, cleaned and replaced in the gutters. A messy job. There were no problems. I'm pleased with the work done.

They did an excellent job with the cleaning and with the elbow replacement. They were punctual and performed the service while we were out as promised. The only thing was we had discussed them resloping the gutters in our garage but that didn't get done. We didn't get charged so it's no big deal, I'm sure it was just a miscommunication. Plus I would have just pressed further if it had been urgent.

Everything went perfectly as expected.

Very simple and painless. I gave them permission to do the work while I was at work. Two days later they came and it was done by the time I got home

They didn't do the work and tried to bill me for the cleaning. They put a sticker on my door saying work had been done, but when I got up to look at the gutters - it was obvious it hadn't been done. I called them and they said they may have had the wrong address, but yet they placed a sticker on my door. I took pictures showing that work hadn't been done.

They were good. I was satisfied with them. They weren't excellent. Young men with ladders did the job and since the gutters are way up, we couldn't see what they had done. I think they should take pictures of the before and after so that we can see the difference that they made. They told me what they were doing and when they would be done. They were here on time. We went with them because the whole neighborhood was using them. I checked out other companies and I found cheaper ones.

The cleaning part went well but the guys walked on our slate roof breaking multiple tiles after we specifically mentioned about our roof. We had to call back and complain and now we are paying to replace the tiles. The customer service was great. After we complained, the supervisor agreed to chip in for the cost of repairs. But the damage has been done.

On time, thorough, experienced.

They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

I found the team that came to clean our gutters to be a bit less than professional. They left a layer of grit on the deck, and dd not put our garden hoses back where they were found. They also left the back gate open, even though they knew we had dogs. The price was right, and the work completed, but if I have to clean up after hiring professionals, I would probably not use them again.

A discount deal for a power-wash was offered by the Gutter Boys on Angie's List, and I took advantage of the offer. The deal did not include the front porch, by I added it after they gave me a quote, which I found very reasonable. After a few hours of work, my house looked great. Jimmy, the representative from Gutter Boys, was courteous and professional, and got all of the dirt and pollen off the house. Because of all the rain and humidity this summer, I had a lot of algae growing on the vinyl siding and Jimmy got it all off.

I was only there for the "clean up". Workers left trash bag with collected debris, and upon my inspection deposited in trash can. Hosed down the driveway to leave premise clean. Waiting for next heavy rainfall to judge performance of job.

I called to get an estimate and arrange a date for service. Their estimate was good, but they could not schedule a specific date/time that they would perform the service. That was one of the two, albeit minor, negatives. In about two weeks, they called and performed the service that day. I would have preferred to schedule a specific day/time, but since I did not have to be home during the service, it all worked out. They performed the cleaning as required. They even took apart a downspout to remove a clog. I appreciated the fact that he checked the system before leaving to ensure that it was clear. I had given the scheduler permission to have the service man repair a gutter that was missing a bracket and hanging at one end. I received a call from the service guy before he left my property and it was a good thing we connected because he was about to leave without repairing the broken gutter. He fixed it, charged me the agree-to rate, and all was well. I don't know why he was not aware that he had permission to make the repair All in all, they did a good job. The price was fair ($120 for a fairly large roof + $30 repair). The price/value equation was good. My rating would have been excellent except for the aforementioned issues. I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

I thought I was purchasing a complete gutter clean including the dirt and grime on parts of the exterior as that is the description I read on their website. To me that made sense as other gutter cleaners in the past have charged us 80-99 dollars. However, I was wrong. This deal was only a basic gutter clean. The technician was here a max of 30 minutes. Pretty pricey for only 30 minutes of work. I contacted the company and they were very professional in their response, however, it was ultimately my misunderstanding. I will not use them again. Nor will I pre pay for an Angie list deal without discussing the details with the company first.

All went well - our gutters were overflowing whenever it rained and we really needed to have them cleaned. We used Gutter Boys last year and we were glad to have them back again this year! Great workmanship!
