They said they would call back with an appointment. They called me back and the girl who called said she didn?t mean to call me and was playing on the phone and then she was rude to me. She said she would call me back in a day or two but she never did. They were rude and lazy towards this business transaction.

This was a horrible experience. During my original call, I told them I would need my gutters and down spouts cleaned as well as a gutter fixed. They said they would have to give me a quote to make sure I was ok with the repairs required. They came when I was not home and cleaned the gutters, but skipped over the overhang that I have over my porch. I waited a couple days to hear back about the quote for repair. I never heard anything. So, I called them to get the quote and to request someone actually come clean my overhang gutter. Found out that they never inspected the gutter but would send someone out right away to clean and inspect the gutter. The inspector came out and said it would only require a re-anchor and it would be $95.00. I agreed. The man who came out to clean and fix the gutter then proceeded to tell me that I need something much more intensive to fix the gutter and that due to the type of roofing I have, there was no good way to clean the gutter unless I wanted to manually remove the overhang roof from the gutter and clean it myself. I told him to forget it. Bottom line, the service was never performed and I do not trust that the gutters were cleaned thoroughly because excuses seems to be quick to come by.

A very positive experience, both Tony who did the work, and Lauren in the office, did a good job. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Tony did a great job. The siding and gutters are white and 10 years old. The house looked new when Tony got done. Well worth the money.

All, I wanted to give you my thoughts and feelings on what has transpired after the service you all performed on our gutters on Friday August 5th. After the crew left I went out and noticed the hose attachment was broke. However, the gutters were cleaned so I thought I will just send them an email about the hose piece. After that my son and I walk to the driveway I was not very happy about the cleanup. I proceeded to jet spray the top of the driveway and sweep because there was so much debris to track in. My son had debris all over his shoes. It went downhill from there. After cleaning up, I went over to my car. I have a fairly new subaru and take extremely god care of it. I was horrified to see a scrap on the side of it near the top and then a big scrape on the hood. These were not there before the crew came. I was extremely upset and my husband came out to view these scrapes. It was after 5 on Friday so there wasn’t a whole lot we could do as you were closed. My feeling is there scraped it with the hose or some piece of equipment. I am sick over this. I asked the guy Nick Long 2 times if I should move my car and he assured me both times, it would be fine and they had plenty of room to work. I asked if there would be any danger to my car and he replied no and that if it go any dirt on it he would hose it off. In hindsight I WISH I would have moved my car and stood out there and supervised! I felt asif they were rushed and trying to get to their next job. I realize accident happen but there are 3 strikes in this situation:The car, the hose attachment and the cleanup was bad. I have had a few neighbors asked about your company as they saw the crew here and honestly I had to give them the details of what had happened. My husband saw one of the crew members using the hose attachment so its not as if it wasn’t being used. These things can break easily if throw around or dropped on the sidewalk. However, the car is a whole different problem. I hope the crew will do what is right in the future and tell someone if they do damage and own up to their mistakes. This is how I do business and this is how my husbands company does business.

He was on time. My garage is attached to a breezeway which is attached to the house. He argued about cleaning the garage. I told him he was supposed to clean up to 3000 sq. ft. and he agreed to clean the garage. This add is misleading. He would not clean the block foundation or the outside of the gutters. Now I have to hire someone to clean these. They also charged $35 in addition to the $179 charged with Angie's coupon. They should also have this in the contract that they charge if it's out of service area. I would never hire them again. I can't believe Angie's List have them listed. I feel ripped off.

I would give this provider an a plus. They were on time, fair and did a tremendous job. I would hire them again in the future and have already set an appointment for them to powerwash my house.

He did a great job at pressure washing the house but a terrible job at the gutters, we will have to have someone else come out. They are pretty responsive, we did not have to wait very long. He was on time.

It went great. The house looked brand new afterwards. I plan to use them again in the future.

Top marks. John was very pleasant, thorough and neat. Because he bagged the muck as he went, the area surrounding the house was spotless when he finished. As an on line bank user, I particularly appreciated being invoiced rather than having to settle on the spot, a practice followed by a number of small service providers. I will definitely use these folks in the future.

Excellent! The provider came out and got to work right away. My husband spoke with him and explained how some of our guards were flipped open and needed to be either replaced or secured - we had replacement screens with securing clips available. The representative was on the roof cleaning and assessing the needs! It was hot and humid out and work was completed to our great satisfaction! Great job along with suggestions on how to remove any moss that was growing - he had removed what he saw and recommended a spray solution to prevent recurring growth! Excellent job - we've used Gutter Boys multiple times and if we've had any questions or concerns, everything has always been promptly addressed! This is a provider who is eager to delight their customer!!! Thanks Gutter Boys!!!

Gutterboys did an amazing job pressure washing & cleaning the exterior of my house. I am very impressed with their quality of work. My house has vinyl siding which was thoroughly cleaned. After pressure washing i had couple painters come in to paint the outside, they also seemed very impressed with the job done by Gutterboys. Even my next door neighbor asked about their contact info. I would recommend them to all my friends.

The company insisted that they cleaned gutters without people home despite my selecting a few dates and times. I came home and there was a doubled garbage bag next to the garage. The gutters aren't overflowing now, so I believe they came and cleaned the gutters. I did not receive any feedback about any issues or concerns, just a garbage bag of stuff presumably from the gutters. Can you tell I would have preferred they schedule the service when I was home? If that is your preference, be prepared to be much more insistent than I was.

They did a fantastic job, as usual, and everything looks great. All the mold and dirt is gone from the deck, and the vinyl siding and gutters never looked better. Jimmy, the technician, was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with, as is the office staff. It is such a pleasure to work with this company. For a busy family like ours, the key is how easy it is to do business with them: they gave me my quotes over the phone since they had the house specs on hand ready to go; they texted me on their way; then they texted me when it was done; I received my invoice by e-mail and then paid it online as well. I literally took care of everything without ever having to leave my desk at work. In my book, that ease of access (in addition to the great quality results, of course) is what will keep me coming back. What a smooth all-around operation!

I have no issues with the quality of the work. My low rating is given due to poor communication and customer service. The provider did not show up at the arranged time on two consecutive days. The first day they were 1 hour late the next day they showed up at 4 PM after promising to be there "first thing in the morning". The reason they needed to return the second day was due to not having the proper tools on their truck to complete the job the first day. We were told when they left the first day around 11 AM that they were going to get the need tool ( a drill bit) and would return that day. As noted above they did not return till 4 PM the next day after calling around 5:30 the first day to say they would not be returning till the following morning. I talked with the owner about my concerns and there were some extenuating circumstances that contributed to the above. They had a break in at their shop and tools were stolen from their trucks. The owner forwarded a copy of the police report to support this. But, in my opinion, this does not explain making promises regarding service times that were not kept or why techs were sent out to do a job they knew they did not have the tools to complete. I do believe the owner felt bad about how the job had been handled. He apologized and did not charge for reattaching the six feet of loose gutters.

My gutters look amazing! Easy to schedule. They gave me a window of 7-10 days, but it was only 3 days before I received a text letting me know a technician was on his way. I happened to be home, but it was nice I didn't need to. He was nice, professional and did a great job. They send you a text to let you know the service is complete and a receipt to your email. So easy! Will definitely use again (this time in the fall before the gutter falls off again).

The whole side of my house that faces the north was covered in algae. Within 3 hours my house looked like new. I will pay for the services again the next time I need it.

I've used Gutter Boys in the past to clean my gutters. They did a superb job cleaning my vinyl siding, as well as patio and front walk. The concrete looks terrific. The staff member was very polite and explained what he would be doing before starting. Also want to compliment Lauren, who fielded numerous changes to the original work order. She was great to work with.
