No complaints -- work was professional and prompt. I will say, they never sent me an invoice -- I guess they sent it to the wrong email address -- so I received a call from them a month later saying "hey where's our money." They sent me a new invoice and it was all straightened out. Would definitely work with them again.

Perfect. Their website is outstanding and very simple to use. You can get an estimate of the work you want done, on their website. They communicate with you however you prefer (phone, text, email, etc.) I received a text, when they were on their way and also received a text when they were finished. The job was scheduled as soon as the weather permitted. And my house is basically a 3 story house because it has a walkout basement. Not an easy job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service performed was completed in a very professional manner. Showed up on time, completed the work, explained what was done and why, and put in extra effort to improve the outcome.

First round not so good as the back side of the house was missed. Informed Gutter Guys and they scheduled a second friendly crew that finished the job. Not sure why the backside of house was missed. That said they're worth opportunity as past experience has been painless and well worth the cost.

Cleaning went well and the downspout replacement was very good. The only issue we had was the first technician damaged several slate tiles on my roof, which I am now awaiting to hear if Gutter Boys will repair. If they repair that which they damaged, I'll be a very satisfied customer.

The young man who came out was very nice. They called immediately after I placed the angie's list order and mentioned I would get a call the night before / en route to the house. I don't recall getting these calls, but I prefer action versus inaction--so I'd rather have them show up quickly than to waste time trying to contact me. I did want to be there when they arrived, however. They used a good cleaning agent on the house which got rid of all the mildew spots. Missed a few old wasp nests under one of the eves. All in all a good job and consider this to be a very good value!

I received a text that the Gutter Boys employee would be arriving at noon but he didn't show up until 1:30. I was told that the text was actually a "window" of when he would arrive, but it wasn't worded that way. Once he did show up he did a great job though.

Great! Tony Briggs did an awesome job! The gutters look great. Were dirty and dingy before they were cleaned. Now look almost like new. He also told us about some areas of the gutters were dented and may hold water. We had not told him about the leak issues we were having. The gutter damage is in exactly the spots we were having leak issues. We will be looking into that. Tony cleaned up any mess he made and the yard looked great when he left.
