Description of Work: Repaired drywall from a water leak. I had a time crunch with the repair and they worked me right in. They are the only drywall service I use now. This was the 4th or 5th time I had them do work for me.

Description of Work: In 2012 they came to repair a crack in the tape covering the seam in my two-story family room ceiling. Where the tape met the ceiling there was a split, making it look bad, almost as bad as having a split where the two come together. They covered the whole length of the seam with a great product called Nu-Coat (spelling?), but part of that length was over tape applied by a previous dry-waller's attempt to fix the problem. The part where there was no previous tape held up beautifully. The part where his crew just taped over the old tape came through again. When I contacted Mike he said there was nothing more they could do, that the product they used was the best they had. I had an engineer inspect the house, and there was no structural issue, and he suggested having an expansion joint cut into the ceiling as an intentional way to deal with the cracking. When I contacted Mike about doing this, back in Sept. 2014, and again in early Oct. 2014, he never responded. I wound up hiring another drywaller, and they just completed the work in Jan. 2015, and I think this time will be the charm.
