The team was fast and efficient. They were gracious and professional when we needed to add on an area that wasn’t in our original quote and billed appropriately. They cleaned up everything after the job completion, leaving hardly ANY debris or dust to clean up. The ceiling texturing they did matches perfectly to the original texture. Would hire again!!

Everything went well. Clean up could have been a little better and a few patches needed spakle but overall a good job.

We were generally satisfied with the work and the price was great. They were not the neatest, but did good work at a great price.

I don't have anything negative to say. They completed the work that we wanted done.

Well, they were here on time and worked with me to change some of the scheduled times to my needs. I was especially suprised at how well they cleaned up after all the finishing work.

As usual, this job went very well. Cincinnati Drywall provides great work at good prices. For this job I just used their time and labor rate and when I use that option my job gets put on the schedule immediately. They were at my house very promptly the next day. Job done in 2 -2.5 hours. They are professional, reliable and very good at what they do.

Work went excellent, done quickly, cleaned up all debris finished all areas ready for sealing paint coat.

Greg did an EXCELLENT job and I was very pleased with all the work that was done. After waiting 48 hours I began to primmer the repairs and found a hair line crack in one of the ceiling patches that could not be seen from standing on the floor. I called Cincinnati Drywall on the next business day and Jeff was out the same day and repaired the hair line crack immediately. Needless to say I was very impressed with such quick attention to such a minor problem and no questions were asked. I would HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Drywall.

The estimator and finishers were very polite, courteous, and respectful throughout. The work performed however was merely average at best with inadequate feathering at many joints and lots of pin holes.

The serviceman was very professional. He did the work quickly and it looks like there were never holes there. The basement ceiling has that textured look to it and he matched it perfectly.

Cincinnati drywall responded within 24 hours and were on site (on time) the next day to do an estimate. A week later, two specialists arrived, on time, to perform the work. They completed the work in much less time than the estimate and the work was not as extensive as estimated. Therefore, the price was reduced accordingly. They performed the work in hours instead of days. They did a very good job matching the "pop" texture of the repaired area to match the ceiling. They cleaned up the area properly, vacuuming the carpet in the process. This was a good experience. I would use them again without hesitation.

I met with Phil for proposal. He seemed professional and this seemed like a good company to work with. Then the "work" started...that is where I realized choosing Cincinnati Drywall was a terrible decision. Day 1: I couldn't be home so I instructed a family member to observe the job to ensure damaged insulation and drywall was properly removed and replaced to specs/proposal. Luckily I had someone watching over the job. One of the employees, Mike, did not like to be watched while they worked in someone elses' house and therefore began developing an attitude with the family member I had instructed to watch over the job. The rude employee, Mike, developed such an attitude that while my family member was observing the other individual and inspecting the drywall/insulation being removed, he asked my family member something along the lines of "What, don't you want to watch me work anymore?" as he worked in a different room. Very unprofessional! His attitude got so bad that the other employee (two man crew) had to tell Mike to sit in the truck while the 2nd individual "finished" the work that was to be done that day. One issue on the work performed on Day 1 was that the drywall in the ceiling was supposed to be replaced with R-38 insulation and R-19 (one layer) was used instead --which is not even code in Ohio. Also, Damaged insulation in the wall that was to be replaced wasn't replaced until I notified the company that this was not done (the contract said that insulation was to be replaced). Some of this work was drywall work around the bathroom. Relying on Phil to be an "expert", I assumed he would recommend that I receive some sort of cement board around the shower stall, rather than drywall. The workers that were out on day 1 began to replace the damaged cement board I originally had around the tub with standard drywall. While Phil noted that the proposal indicated that drywall was to be used, I told Phil that I wanted them to put it back to original condition (which is what I said when he came out to do the estimate). Phil did end up using cement board; however, I feel that Phil, being a drywall professional, should have been able to tell the difference during the estimate process of whether it was standard drywall or cement board. I discussed the issues with Phil who made a special trip due to the problems that occurred on Day 1 and Phil promised to have them remedied. After Phil met with me at the house, he later called me to ask me to not have my family member at the house the next day because the new worker whom he was sending out was "soft" and would pack up his tools and leave if there were any disagreement/"confrontation" with my family member over the work performed. This was after he apologized for the way his employee acted. At this time, due to the job being relatively small and already started, I debated whether I should fire them and find someone new -- I decided against this due to job size and just tried to me amiable to have the job completed with some satisfaction. It should also be noted that after the first day of work, a light fixture in the room where ceiling work was being done was broken. What should have been a 2 day job took three or four (I can't remember exactly) which required me to make work arrangements these three days. I wish I could post a picture of the updated insulation job that Phil said would be fixed. The batts were not placed orderly but rather thrown around in the attic. I asked for a price reduction due to the experience I had and the issues I had with having to take off work which was originally declined. When I finally got into the attic and saw the insulation job, I demanded a price reduction as I have to purchase and redo the insulation work myself. This was agreed upon (although if you saw the picture, you would have to agree). I would never work with this company again and never recommend them. It seems that most of their Angie's List reviews are for smaller jobs (around or under $500) which were positive. My job which was larger went terrible. Also, if you get Mike as the worker, beware of the attitude and the fact that he might not like to be watched while working in your home.

Cincinnati Drywall, Inc. responded to my email quickly and Mike came to my home and gave me a free estimate for the cost of the repair to wall and ceiling. Mike was very professional and assessed the issue and gave me a reasonable price to have a company worker complete the job. Greg arrived on time and went right to work on repairing my wall and ceiling. He listened to my past concerns regarding the repair of my wall and gave me reassurance that the wall and ceiling would be repaired correctly. Greg took his time to complete the job "right" and I am more than satisfied with the job completed. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to have plaster and drywall work done professionally. Thanks Cincinnati Drywall!!

Estimate process was fast and easy. Crew came to do the job as scheduled the first day. Drywall was installed and coated perfectly according to the design requested. Last day there was some confusion as to when the sander would show up. The crew leader told me first thing in the a.m. while the employee told me the day before he would not be there until 1 pm. Working third shift, I remained awake waiting for them to come at 9 a.m. but they never showed up until 1. There was also some issues with the employees communicating with me regarding the status of the job and their response to my request to protect air vents, chandelier, and hardwood floors. Overall, I am very pleased with the job. The final invoice came and there was not an Angie's list discount listed. I contacted the company and was told that the coupon was not valid since it was not presented prior to the bid. I told them that I specifically told the estimator when asked how I heard about them, that I came from Angie's list and had a coupon. After a few go rounds, they did finally deduct the coupon from the total due. There were a few hiccups during the job, but Cincinnati Drywall did work to alleviate any of my concerns professionally and in a timely manner. They are customer service oriented, and employee very talented drywall installers - and for this reason I would highly recommend their services.

They were on time, got the job done quickly and well! I couldn't have asked for better.
