Provider arrived on time. Examined damage and gave me an estimate. I wasn't expecting it but he said he could do the job right now. I agreed. He went to work doing several coats of mud, drying them in between with a hair dryer. He was in and out within an hour. I was totally satisfied.

I contacted Cincinnati Drywall to do some work in our new home (foreclosure). They came out promptly on time, estimated the job, asked about our expectation and said he (Michael) would send a proposal. We reviewed the proposal, agreed it was a good price and proceeded to set up the work appointment. Craig arrived on time. He did a thorough walkthrough, talked about the job and proceeded to get to work. Craig was polite, professional and went about the job in a workman like fashion. After the first day, we knew we had made the right decision. We called Mike and asked if we could add to the job. So we got to use Craig for additional work. Craig worked at a steady pace. He communicated with us as was needed. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing. We highly recommend this company. We used another company which was a disappointment. We are very happy to have found Cincinnati Drywall and will only use them in the future.

We are undergoing a bath remodel and desired help with drywall hanging and finish. Dave responded to our initial request and was available quickly for an estimate. He listened to all of our requests. He came when he said he would, was on time, answered all of our questions patiently. He works quietly, and cleans up when he is done. The work looks great and the finish is smooth. We are very happy and will invite him back again!

As always Cincinnati Drywall was on time, on budget and the quality of their work is top notch. I have been using them since 2003 for all my drywall needs from finished basements, remodels, additions and new construction.

Work was always prompt and pricing was consistent. They solved problems and repaired punctures on their own. Finish product was a little inconsistent.

They were neat, quiet and kept a clean area. they worked fast and effective. they did a very good job, lot's of compliments.

The work turned out very nice and we were pleased with the process overall minus the initial delay the start. They worked very hard to keep everything as clean as possible considering drywall is very messy.

All of the work was done well but the person who left did not do a good job cleaning up. The work was done promptly, on time, and within the cost estimated.

Wonderful response from owner - came to give estimate almost immediately after my call. he sent me estimate on the same day by e-mail. Work was scheduled at my convenience. Gary and Greg were great - they did a wonderful job - my ceiling looks more like artwork than a ceiling! - they cleaned up afterwards and were extremely nice and even tolerated my pesky dog! Everyone who sees the ceiling is amazed at the high quality work. . . I would not hesitate to use them again. The price was reasonable (I had other estimates and there's was the best.) and the work was superior! Thanks to all for the wonderful job!

Prior to having this drywall work done, I received estimates both from the contractor doing the kitchen expansion plus two other drywall companies listed at the top of Angie's List. The estimate I received from Mike Mott at Cincinnati Drywall was lower than any of those estimates - in some cases significantly lower. Mike was punctual with the scheduled appointment time and very thorough in his explanations of the process they would use. I was also very pleased with the quality of the work and the people who did it. In a couple of cases they noticed some areas that needed work but were not part of the estimate and they fixed them with no extra charge. There was one short wall in the kitchen which needed to be touched up after they were done, and they came back and redid the whole wall without complaint. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Cincinnati Drywall and would recommend them without reservation.

I interviewed several providers from Angie's list and thought them all to be reputable and qualified. All providers execute the work with their own employees. I selected Cinti Drywall because Mike Mott suggested re-texturing the entire ceiling rather than trying to match the existing texture & color at the drywall patch. I thought that was an excellent suggestion. A two man crew arrived as promised to remove the damaged ceiling drywall and replace. One person remained to tape and mud in the patch. He applied several coats then left for the day to allow the tape to dry. He came back the next day and was not satisfied that the mudded area was good enough. He added several more coats over the tape and left for the day to allow it to dry. The next day, he arrived bright and early to scrape the entire ceiling then apply the texture. The completed job one area at the repair was still visible. Mike Mott came back out to inspect the completed job and attributed the mark to the location of the overlap in the new plaster and the fact that the installer was working alone. I accepted the explanation and the job. I think re-texturing the entire ceiling was the correct move.

Mr. Mott met with me to look over the damage and made suggestions. He measured and let me know he would email me a proposals within a day. By the time I got home that afternoon, his email with proposal was in my email box. I signed the proposal and the next morning the guys were there to remove the old tile, and put up the drywall for part 1. The next day a guy came to do work and then a couple days later came and sanded and finished the job. The cleaned up after the job, and I couldn't be happier!

We own apartments and had a bathroom that needed to have the walls refinished. The ceiling and bathroom walls were redone with drywall, and ready to be painted when they were finished. It took a couple of times to come back to do parts at different times for drying ----as was expected. The work was excellent. The price was in the ball park of what is expected. I will definitely use this company again for any drywall work I need completed. The work was done and the job site was cleaned as well.

Cincinnati Drywall did an amazing job, and great follow up on the touch up items. Mike and Dwayne were great to work with. I will definately be hiring Cincinnati Drywall for all of my future projects. They offer fast, quality work at a reasonable price. The entire team we worked with was very professional, neat, and a pleasure to work with.

All parts of the their work was top notch. Walls are absolutely level, taped/ mudded joints are invisible, and no nail or screw pops a year later. All people from the company are professional from sales staff to the rockers.

The installers/finishers did a great job. There were several corners and angles. While we framed the space ourselves, some places were missed for attaching drywall. They fixed those as well. My only complaint would be with the delivery/cleanup crews. A mess of drywall pieces were left in the front yard, and the delivery people (we were short 8 sheets) tracked a lot of mud through the house. The cost however was about half of what we were expecting, and the job was done very quickly (approximately two weeks total).

Jeremy was the guy I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and flexible when it came to working around my schedule.

THEY WERE ALSO RUDE TO US WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX IT.

I WAS GIVEN A PRICE, NOT REALIZING IT WAS FIRM. I ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE, AND HE SAID 4 DAYS/TRIPS WITH THE FIRST PROBABLY LASTING 2 HOURS, MAYBE MORE. EACH ADDITIONAL TRIP WOULD BE 30 MINUTES OR SO. IT DIDN'T SEEM TOO BAD, SO I WENT AHEAD AND HAD THEM DO THE WORK, SINCE HE COULD START IN A DAY OR SO. THE ACTUAL TIME SPENT WAS 1 HR THE FIRST DAY AND 10 MINUTES EACH ADDITIONAL DAY, BUT ONLY 3 TRIPS, FOR A TOTAL TIME OF APPROX. 1.5 HOURS. I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE COST, SINCE IT WAS LESS THAN HALF THE TIME I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AND ONE TRIP LESS. HE WOULD NOT MAKE ANY $ ADJ., STATING THAT HIS QUOTES ARE FIRM PRICES, AND HE WOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME MORE IF IT TOOK MORE TIME. I FELT VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF. THE WORKER WAS ON TIME EACH DAY AND PLEASANT. WHEN HE WAS DONE THE LAST DAY, I NOTICED IT WAS NOT 'SKIMMED' AND ASKED ABOUT IT. HE SAID THEY DO NOT SKIM SMALL REPAIR AREAS. SINCE THE REST OF THE CEILING AND HOUSE ARE SKIMMED, I WANTED IT TO BE ALSO. HE WENT AHEAD AND DID IT, B
