Excellent work, done quickly. The new doors are much quieter, and the openers labor much less. The openers now make more noise than the doors; before it was the other way round! Best price we found ($1300 for two doors with windows); ask for Greg as your installer, he's great.

The technician arrived on time and performed the required work in an efficient manner. His maintenance work revealed a failing part on one of the garage door openers and he replaced it. Overall it was a good experience with a company I had not used before. I can't comment on price competitiveness because I didn't get any other bids.

The company arranged for service on a Saturday. The service was polite and efficient.

Because of the broken spring, the door could not even be opened manually. When I called first thing in the am, the were going to work me in between 12 and 2pm. He then checked and found he had a man in the area & could work me in within the next hour. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone (I think it was the owner) was VERY professional and extremely helpful. The service tech was on time, professional, polite and explained in detail what he was going to do. He wasted no time and completed the job in 40 minutes. Most importantly, as a female, I did not feel taken advantage of by either the tech or the owner. I'm very happy that I chose this company and will highly recommend them. The bonus was the coupon from March's Angie's List booklet!

Very responsive to my phone call. Despite snow and icy roads, arrived on schedule and on time! Mike, the technician, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had the needed parts with him and worked quickly to resolve the problem. I am very satisfied and will definitely use these guys again. I highly recommend them.

I called and they came the same day. Brad, the service guy, was prompt and knew what he was doing. I was thrilled with their responsiveness!

APPARENTLY, I HAD MOVED THE LOCK FEATURE ON THE TOP OF THE UNIT. BY THE TIME I HAD GOTTEN DOWNSTAIRS THE UNIT WAS WORKING. SINCE THEY HAD INSTALLED THE DOOR AND DONE MAINTENANCE BEFORE THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE NORMAL $89 FOR REPAIRS. ANSWERED MY CALL ON A SATURDAY AND CALLED ME ON A MONDAY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME DAY.

Company scheduled appointment same day to service call. Because technician discovered acute problem so quickly, he used the allotted time to perform a full inspection at no extra cost. Also 'leveled' the door tracks. Gasket replaced at my request. Seals better, but still has an intermittent gap.

They were top notch from start to finish. The product seems to be of excellent quality, comparable to Clopay, which I had priced elsewhere at about $200 more for the entire package. Steve, the salesman in the showroom, was great about helping me narrow down which door would suit my needs & directed me to additional $20 coupons I could find on their website. When I told him I was a member of Angie's List, he offered me the $10 coupon which was coming out in the March issue of Angie's. Brad, my installer, was right on time, extremely polite & very informative about every detail of the installation & operation of the opener. He did a beautiful job installing a door in what is quite a "crooked" garage. I'm very happy with the results!

We're very impressed with this company. The price was one of the most reasonable we found, the service was prompt and scheduled for our convenience, and they thoroughly inspected the door and opener. I'd recommend them to anyone, and will use them again.

Service call for same issue of garage door not opening/shutting all the way. Company was called out last year to resolve the same issue after I first moved into the home. Changing of temperatures have caused the door opener not to work again, so I called them out to service the door opener again, and the company warranteed their work, even after a year, due to it being the same problem! Three days later, garage door stopped working properly again - within an hour of calling back, the service rep was onsite and made sure it worked. Staff is very personable, polite, and aim to make customer happy. I highly recommend them!

JIM, THE TECHNICIAN, ARRIVED IN THE WINDOW OF TIME THEY HAD INDICATED, INSTALLED THE UNIT (WITH MUCH DIFFICULTY DUE TO MY ALL CONCRETE WALLS IN THE UNDERGROUND GARAGE), AND EVEN RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO BRING ME A BETTER WALL OPENER UNIT. HE KEPT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE JOB (IN A JOKING MANNER) DUE TO ITS DIFFICULTY AND THE VERY COLD WEATHER, BUT HE WAS PLEASANT OVERALL, AND GOT THE JOB DONE.

They responded in a timely way to my initial phone call, worked efficiently and left the area clean. The product they supplied is working well and the workers were polite.

SERVICEMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, ASSESSED PROBLEM, AND DISCUSSED IT WITH ME, AND MADE REPAIRS. I HAD THOUGHT THE RETAINER AND WEATHERSTRIPPING WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO RE-INSTALL THE EXISTING PARTS. HE RECOMMENDED THAT WE UPGRADE THE BEARINGS FOR LONGER WEAR, WHICH WE MAY DO IN FUTURE.

WE CALLED THE COMPANY WHEN ONE OF OUR GARAGE DOORS STOPPED OPENING. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CAME AND DID THE REPAIR ON THE SAME DAY THAT WE CALLED. MIKE WAS THE TECHNICIAN AND HE WAS COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. IT TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR TO IDENTIFY AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM. WE FELT THAT THEIR COST WAS QUITE REASONABLE.

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CONTACTED ME RIGHT AWAY. THE REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED UP BETWEEN THE TIME THAT WAS GIVEN. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. GREAT JOB, GREAT COMPANY. WOULD USE AGAIN.

OUR OLD, HEAVY (400 LB.) WOODEN GARAGE DOOR CRASHED DOWN ONE SUNDAY AND WOULD NOT OPEN. WE HAD TO PRY IT UP AND JAM THE MECHANISM TO GET ACCESS TO THE GARAGE. WE CALLED CINCINNATI DOOR & OPENER ON MONDAY. SOMEONE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK. JEFF, THE INSTALLER, COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS AND TOOK AWAY OUR OLD GARAGE DOOR. THE WORK WAS WELL DONE AND COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

UPON CALLING, TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE NEXT DAY (THIS WAS OK FOR ME, DOOR WAS CLOSED AND I DIDN'T NEED OPEN IMMEDIATELY). HE SET THE DOOR BACK ON THE TRACK AND RESET THE SPRING. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM A FEW MONTHS LATER. THEY RETURNED WITH NO ARGUMENTS AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR FOR FREE. I HAVE SINCE HAD NO PROBLEMS.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE; AFTER REVIEWING THEIR REPORTS ON ANGIE'S LIST. I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE THE FIRST TIME. SO, SINCE WE MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE, I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY THEM AGAIN. I CALLED STEVE PENN ON A MONDAY, AND HE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONSULTATIVE IN HIS DEMEANOR. I APPRECIATED THAT. HE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR TWO DAYS LATER ON A WEDNESDAY. JIM, THE TECHNICIAN, CALLED IN ADVANCE OF HIS ARRIVAL, JUST AS THEY SAID HE WOULD. HE DID A NICE JOB INSTALLING THE GARAGE DOOR OPENERS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME PROGRAM MY CAR AND TEACHING ME HOW THE NEW SYSTEM OPERATES. HE DID GET SOME GREASE ON MY NEWLY PAINTED GARAGE ENTRANCE, BUT IT CAME OFF WITH WATER AND A RAG. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

THE SALES REP CAME AND EXPLAINED, IN DETAIL, THE OPTIONS FOR INSTALLING NEW GARAGE DOORS. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO INSTALL THE DOORS WAS FRIENDLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF KEEPING US INFORMED AS TO WHERE HE WAS IN HIS PROCESS. THE TECHNICIAN CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS DONE, AND GAVE A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF WHAT HE HAD DONE AND WHAT WARRANTIES THERE WERE ON HIS WORK.

THEY WERE PROMPT FOR THE APPOINTMENTS FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE AND THE INSTALLATION AND DID A GOOD JOB COMMUNICATING. WHEN THEY LOOKED AT THE AUTOMATIC OPENER REPAIR, THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT PART FOR A VERY OLD OPENER, SAVING ME QUITE A BIT OF MONEY. OVERALL I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT AND THEIR WORK.

THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY AFTER MY INITIAL CALL. I WAS TOLD THE SERVICE PERSON WOULD CALL TO CONFIRM THE TIME FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WHICH HE DID. I WAS GIVEN A WINDOW FROM 12:00 TO 3:00 PM. THEY ARRIVED AT NOON AND PERFORMED ALL SERVICE WORK REQUESTED.

HE INSTALLED THE OPENER WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT WAS WHAT I WANTED.
