It was a great experience. They came when scheduled and were very professional.

The initial repair only worked for about two weeks. When they sent the second man out he found another problem and repaired it. On the second trip they only charged me for the part since they had just been out and they felt the two problems were related. They came out the same day I called both times and even installed a touch pad control which I had not thought to mention when I called. Both technicians were clean and courteous and called a half hour before they came so I didn't have to take an entire afternoon off work. I would use them again without any hesitation. I do feel that perhaps the first technician might have looked a little closer and at least checked the gear that failed a couple of weeks later. But they fixed the problem and made it right.

Came day after call. Replaced two sensors on either side of door. Door was not getting signal. Job done quickly and competently. Also checked batteries in remotes and made suggestions to replace. We've used this company for about two or three years. Before we found them on Angie's List, we were replacing pulleys every year with another company. Turned out garage doors were not their area of expertise and they were putting in inexpensive plastic pulleys and not stretching the wires tight, so it paid to switch and call a company that only does doors.

The rep was nice but Cinci Door could not give us exactly what we wanted. We wanted well-insulated doors with windows in gray for a basement garage. Cincinnati Door could only provide a white door in the best insulation, or a gray door with less insulation. Other companies could give us exactly what we wanted.

They did a very good job. The installer was very professional. Good customer service.

Went very well. Showed up when promised. The door and install went great. Hauled all scrap and old material out. A+

Quick response from representative when I called them. Assured us we would be taken care of by noon. The field man called to let us know he was on his way a half hour later and arrived in 15 minutes. Pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. Advised us that the wheels were shot and needed to be replaced. Since one was shattered it seemed the prudent thing to do. He told us it would be the service call charge ($89.95) and the cost of the wheel set ($70) plus tax. This seemed very fair to me. He was quick and as one can see from what he did above extremely thorough. It is like a new garage door now.

Our door spring snapped with a tremendous crack late on Friday evening. We called the answering service at 7:00 on Saturday morning and received a return call by 9 am. We were told that Monday morning was the earliest a technician could arrive. The technician arrived around noon on Monday. We weren't able to meet him, but he contacted my husband by cell phone and explained what needed to be done and the cost. The repairs were completed by the time we returned home that evening, and a bill was left in the garage along with the replaced parts. We received a $10 discount with the coupon from the Angie's List website. Our door is now opening easily and quietly.

The service person was very friendly, polite and efficently went about his work. After he explained exactly what he found after inspection, he told me the service he was going to perform and the needed parts. The repair cost was very resonable. I was completely satisfied by this service experience.

Greg the installer was there at the agreed time and worked in a timely fashion. The job took 4 1/2 hours. He did beautiful work that actually exceeded my expections.

Excellent experience. Vince, the salesperson, brought samples of the various types of garage doors CDO carries and explained the characteristics of each very clearly. I did get another bid from a well-regarded company, but they didn't even want to bother coming out to see what I had. That made my choice easy. Steve was able to schedule my install for just three days after I called to make arrangements. Nick was very helpful in arranging the 90 day SAC financing on short notice. I was glad that Greg did the installation, since he's received many glowing reviews on Angie's List -- here's another one. I hope I don't need garage door work again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

I called the company on a Friday. The following Monday, a representative came out to give me an estimate. A technician installed the tracks and garage door opener 2 days later. He explained the different controls and cleaned everything up before he left. I was very pleased that both men were on time and pleasant.

Installer was prompt, fast, and thorough. Assisted me with programming homelink car remote and exterior keypad. Explained the controls and how to program a new number for the keypad if desired. Provided knowledgeable answers to all questions. Completely cleaned up debris when done. Very satisfying experience. Would hire them again.

The sales person come when he said he would, and the garage door wizard-Greg, came on the day and time promised and basically custom-made the door for me. The work looks excellent and Greg was most knowledgeable and considerate in his work. I will definitely use their services again!

I called on a Saturday and they were willing to come out that day. When the service man called we agreed he would come on Monday instead. He did not show. I subsequently called and the issue was resolved. They came out the next afternoon. They gave me 20% off for the trouble. The service man that they sent was very friendly, polite, and professional. He adjusted the door, fixed the spring and replaced the badly worn rollers. I am very satisfied with the work he did. I would recommend this company even after the problem with the first appointment.

These guys are great in every aspect. They are polite on the phone when scheduling, they show up on time and follow up to make additional appointments when needed. The repair person was very professional and worked fast. The estimate process was also smooth. I have not decided whether I want to replace the door but I will use them if I do.
