The whole process went very well. They explained ahead of time the different types of doors they offer and showed me examples. They even did this at my house so I didn't have to go to them. We scheduled the installation soon thereafter. They installed the door as scheduled. I had no problems whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are competitive - right in line with other quality dealers.

We had used them in the past for repairs and were happy with them. The technician swept the garage floor when he left. They did a super job. We would use them again.

Our garage door had been getting stuck and would only open with manual assistance. It finally stopped working on a Friday. I called Cincinnati Door & Opener and they scheduled an appointment for the next day, a Saturday, at no extra charge. While on the phone, I asked about getting a garage door opener with battery back-up in case of power outage door (our garage is a stand alone building with no doors other than the garage door). The gentlemen on the phone quoted a price, almost $400, but said that it would be cheaper and smarter to install a key operated vault release that would allow us to open the door in case of power outage at a cost of only $32. They called before 8 a.m. on Saturday to say they would arrive between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. A young man named Tim arrived around 1 p.m. Tim was a very nice guy. He did the work in 30-40 minutes. The garage door works better than it has since I ve lived in this house.

Was having trouble finding a repair representative that was reasonable in cost and time. A service call was made to Cincinnati Door and Opener, Inc. and Shane responded that same day and completed the necessary repairs within 30 mins.

They were wonderful! He was so nice. He ordered the piece that was missing, came back out, and put it in without charging me anything! They called ahead of time and were early! The cost above is for the first service call.

I was in a bind because I had scheduled service to be done by another company only to find out (after a week!) that the company does not do the kind of work I needed done. I was also going out of town later that day for the weekend and did not want to leave my garage door open. I called CD&O right away and asked if someone could come out that same day. The person taking my call-Tim-thought that it was very likely and took my address and phone number to call once it got scheduled. Turned out he wrote down the wrong phone number. But he came over anyway when he could squeeze me in, hoping I'd be home (I was) and did the work. For that I was very grateful. I knew the springs needed replacing (because one had broken), but he also alerted me to the fact that the wrong kind of pulleys were being used and so we replaced those as well. The only slight irritation I had with the work done was that when he lubricated the door, lubricant dusted onto my car in driveway as well.

Cincinnati Door and Opener arrived at my house less than 24 hours from my initial phone call to them. They called 30 minutes before arrival so I could come home from work. The representative, Tim, was a heck of a nice guy. I'm the "hands on" sort so I like to watch when repairs around the house are made. Tim was great at explaining how the spring and pulley mechanism worked. He repaired my doors quickly and efficiently. The previous owner of my house had rigged a dangerous fix to a broken spring on the other garage door, and Tim was able to fix that door as well. He took the time to make sure both doors ran smoothly. Start to finish in under one hour. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommended.

I noticed that the springs were broken, when I was going out the door to work. I called a couple of places, and Cincinnati Door had the fastest response time. We made arrangements, that they would call me at work about 15 minutes, before they would arrive at my house, so that I could meet Nick there. He was prompt and courteous and had the job completed in no time at all. I was very happy with their service.

Very pleasant experience. Tech called early in the morning to set his appointment time, and then called about 15 minutes before he arrived. He analyzed the problem (Metal scrapping sounds when the door was raised), and quickly determined that the rails were out of alignment, since the installation. The took the Angie's List coupon for $10 off of the $89.00 service call.

It went well. The tech didn't have his own truck that day so some of the parts he wanted weren't there. He called another tech that brought out the parts. He was very apologetic that it would take longer. Once he got the parts he finished the job quickly, and did not charge us for additional labor time.

The easiest way to say it is, Steve was fair, honest and accurate. Exactly what was said was delivered, the technician was professional from the call-ahead, to being on time, to doing the work promptly and explaining clearly in layperson's terms what was done. I was delighted with the work and would highly recommend Steve and his company.

The large Garage Door spring broke late on Fri night. Saturday morning we called 4 other companies and left messages. Finally after no-one returned our calls, we called Cinti Door & Opener and Vince not only answered the phone in person, but it was 5 mins. until 12pm (their closing time on Sat.). Wow! He was courteous, helpful and efficient. He provided estimated costs and suggestions over the phone. He said the Technician would call us between 8:00am - 8:30am on Mon. to confirm his arrival. Jim, the Technician, called at 8:05am to give us an arrival window. He arrived right in the middle of the 2-hour window. He began work immediately and finished quickly. We asked him to look at the opener keypad (we didn't remember to ask about it on the phone on Sat), and he had it replaced and programmed shortly. He then serviced both doors and openers, picked up his gear, and had a reasonable bill in our hands before the end of the 2-hour window for his arrival. He was friendly and professional!

This was a difficult job as our garage door opening was extremely small and several competing door companies had refused to give us bids after looking at the job and determining that it was too difficult. CDO was extremely professional during the whole process, from estimates to sales to installation. The initial estimator indicated that our job was out of the ordinary, but that they could handle it. When we ordered the garage door, there was some concern from the manufacturer about the door size, but CDO kept working with them and eventually everything worked out. They made sure to tell us what they could do and what would not be possible, due to our door size. We appreciated the honesty. The installer was great! He was prompt, creative in getting the door installed and cleaned up everything. We were very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door.

I originally called Cincinnati Door to have a broken spring fixed and to get an estimate on new doors and openers. Greg from Cincinnati door arrived on time for the Service call and explained what needed to be done to fix the broken door but was also quite honest in the fact that our doors (which were likely the original 30 year old doors) were really not worth spending much money to repair (which we knew). After reviewing what Cincinnati door could offer and their pricing we decided to go ahead with all new doors and openers. Cincinnati door had pretty quick lead time compared to other local companies we contacted. All in all within 2 weeks we were installed and our doors are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Cincinnati Door to anyone in the market for new garage doors or for service.

Great! I called on Saturday morning and was told that a technician was in the area and would be by between 11:30 and 2:00. He promptly showed up at 11:40 and was done by 12:10. He easily identified and fixed the problem. I used this same company quite a few years ago and had the same excellent experience. The charge did seem a little high for 20 minutes work, but the $10 coupon helped.

Vince the salesman called to tell me he was on his way and showed up EXACTLY on time. After showing me the various products I decided to go with the best of the three garage doors with obscure glass at the top row. It was a special order item so it took about two weeks to arrive. The very next day after the door arrived, the installation tech came to install the garage door. He showed up between the hours he said he would and replaced the existing door, track and springs. The installation tech did a great job (without a helper) and actually left the garage cleaner than when he arrived! He was very polite and made sure that my wife was satisfied with the installation. He even took the time to lubricate the existing opener chain. The door looks great, the garage is better insulated and the fit along the sides and bottom keeps out the critters! Kudos for doing such a good job and (almost as importantly to me) showing up on time!

Steve answered my call pleasantly, asked for the opener brand name, offered a diagnosis of the problem based on my description, and quoted the total fee over the phone. I asked for a next-day appointment and the service tech called the next morning with the approximate arrival time. He came prepared with the right part and completed the repair in slightly less time than he estimated. In addition to replacing the stripped gear, he lubricated and adjusted the operating mechanisms, adjusted the speed and balance. The invoice was already filled out with the Angie's List coupon discount. It's an open-and-shut case of great no-hassle service for a fair price.

Thanks to Angie's list reviews and information we went with this company, Mike showed up as promised, and quoted, we went ahead with them on the spot and they went ahead and fixed the problem! We used the $10 coupon from Angie's list. After a couple of days the door started sticking again. We called and they were out the next day; this time added a couple of brackets to the rails and the door is as good as new. Cincinnati needs more companies like Cincinnati Door, thanks for making it right! (P.S. We just joined Angie's list; my first contractor and report, we are now believers!)

From the time Brad arrived to the time he left, everything went smoothly. I will definitely use this company in the future as I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past.
