Everything went perfect. The technician explained everything as he went and went through things he came across (and the cost) as he did them.

Prompt. Fair price. Polite. Good after sales service when called. Top class operation. I have had bad experiences with garage door repair outfits. These guys are great!.

I appreciated the service technician's effort and honesty. The previous home-owner likely installed the door opener himself and it was not done very well. The technician made several suggestions for ways to further address the problem if the repairs he made were inadequate. He could have pushed me to install an entire new system, but was honest about other options available.

Garage door opener was quite noisy this morning when my son was leaving. He noticed a broken sprocket on the garage floor! I called Cincinnati Door & Opener Inc. and Steve was able to schedule a service call for this afternoon. The service person was professional , personable, and quite thorough. He completed the repair quickly and even noticed that the door was not correctly sealing along the bottom. He readjusted the door to correct the problem, lubricated, and checked all hardware. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

All I knew was the garage door wouldn't open. Called Cincinnati Door and Opener and they sent someone out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. Cost was same as the phone estimate.

They were really good. I recommended them to my neighbors and they use them too. They cleaned the place after the work. They were professional. You have to order with them and it takes a couple of weeks to get them in. I was shocked on the day of installation because it was one man who arrived in the morning and he completed the work all by himself by noon. He cleared the place and there was nothing left. The doors were terrific and they worked.

They did a good job. They came quickly. They seemed to know what they were doing. The price seemed to be reasonable.

The person who came out to do the job was very friendly, and professional. He put a new cable on the door, fixed the springs, and greased it up a little bit. Overall, he just did a general maintenance. He did the job pretty quickly. My overall experience with this company has been good.

Great job. These guys get top rating and it's for a reason. I called them up and they scheduled an appointment on the next day. The repair was quite routine. My garage door opener system was no longer working. They arrived with common spare parts and an entire new unit. Quick inspection revealed the problem was the main plastic gear which they replaced. Replacement of the gear, instead of a whole new unit saved me some $200. While they were there, they routinely lubricated both of my garage doors, and checked both doors for position, etc. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Our old garage door opener finally quit working. We called Cincinnati Door & Opener and they were able to have a serviceman to our house within the hour. While he told us that he could repair the old opener, he did advise that he couldn't guarantee how long the repairs would last due to the age of the opener. We decided to purchase a new opener and he was able to install a new LiftMaster that afternoon. The serviceman was very polite, efficient and the job was done in a professional manner. We were very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend this company. By the way, we told him that we had found his company through Angie's List and he gave us the $10 discount without asking.

It was done in a half an hour. It was great work and a positive experience. They explained their one year warranty. My only disappointment was that I mentioned up front that I was an Angie's list member. When I clicked on the coupon on the Internet it just pulled up information about the product. At the end of the project the man asked why I didn't say anything about my coupon from Angies list. I think that was bogus.

They needed to repair a bar that was falling down that allowed the garage door to open. The door could not open with this bar being out of place. He repaired the bar and did some maintenance on the rollers so that they would not stick. Now the garage door works great.

Serviceman arrived very promptly on the same day that I called for service. He quickly identified and made the correct repairs and was very patient in showing and explaining the parts to me. What really impressed me was his very genuine concern that the electrical connection for the opener (the original set-up from many years ago) no longer met the safety code. The serviceman was able to switch the opener to a safer outlet and also advised me on the proper gauge of electrical cord I needed if I wanted to return to using the original outlet. He also gave me a few good tips on basic monthly maintenance.

Greg & Shane turned up precisely on time to remove the old door. Greg was then left alone to install the new door in sub-zero temperatures and freezing winds. Regardless, this was something he carried out with good humor and extreme professionalism. He was more than happy to answer any questions and explain elements of the install as the job progressed. He advised me on, and was then happy to carry out a tiny bit of extra framing that was necessary to make the job look a lot tidier. He did not break for lunch and he did not waste any of his time while on-site. Dare I say an almost perfect contractor experience?

They were the first company to respond to my estimate request. They gave me a competitive price, as I checked 2 other companies, on what I thought was a better door. My wife was home for the installation, and was very happy with the installer.

I called Cincinnati Door and they set up an appointment within a few days. He came on time and discovered that I would need a new opener as the motor was not working on the other and it was very old. He didn't have the opener with him, but set up another time a few days later to install the new one. He gave me a fair price ahead of time stuck with the price when he came back to put it in. He worked quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend this company.

It was excellent. They were late and called to say that they would be late, so the communication process was good. The tech was knowledgeable and he fixed the problem quickly. He was able to answer my questions and I thought the price was reasonable.

We were pleased with the service because the work was done within a few hours. They came on the day and time they said they would. This was one guy who was a very conscientious worker.

The representative showed us information on several models. We decided to have one of the doors that was of an intermediate price installed. It is of excellent quality, much better than the original door; and the work was also of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to buy another garage door from Cincinnati Door and Opener Inc.

Extremely responsive in setting an appointment. Arrived on time and did a complete adjustment of garage door tracks, lubricated mechanisms, and adjusted door opener.

Removed drive chain sprocket from existing garage door opener and replaced it with new one. Worked, but tended to get stuck when the weather was cold.
