They scheduled for the same day I called. Adam arrived on time, made some friendly and clear recommendations and was complete under an hour. They offer flexible payment options. They earned my business and are my door company now.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me select a door to meet my needs and price range. The door I selected was in stock and able to be installed almost immediately. The installer did a wonderful job and thoroughly explained what he had done and showed me all the features.

It went well, I called and scheduled the appointment. They were able to come in a day. The jod was done well.

David arrived exactly when he said he would and finished the job in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable and demonstrated the new features my old opener was lacking. The price was exactly what was quoted to me to the penny. Such a positive experience!

Everyone was great. Old opener broke and they came to repair. Gave me the option of repair or replace. Opener was 15 years old so I replaced. Highly recommend.

It went very well. I chose them for the Alside siding and loved being able to email for communication. The work was actually done by American Wethertech LLC but I worked with this company to order and they gave me a great service. Only challenge was it took over 3 months to schedule the update but I was not in a hurry so it wasn't a problem for me. Good companies are really busy!

They did an excellent job. They replaced the door for less than $800.00 and hauled away the old one.

Work was done well and efficiently. Both David and Adam were very professional and helpful; answering all our questions and explaining the new system. They ensured our cars were set up properly to open/close the doors.

Adam called ahead to inform exactly when he's arriving within the scheduled time window. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showed which parts had worn out and needed replacement, and did the entire job in about an hour. The door's working fine now, but still creaking due to the age of the panels and joints. So, at my asking, he took measurements and provided me with a quote and a brochure for a new garage door, and he did so without any sales tactics, focused on providing me with just the information I needed.

GREAT! Adam was wonderful; he didn't try to sell me a new door but provided the service needed in order for the garage door to work better. If I have to replace the door in the future I will call them again. He explained everything to me and took his time making sure I understood everything.

Cincinnati Door & Window is fantastic to deal with-- from the pleasant person who set up my date of service to the knowledgeable technician sent to my home. Lonnie was the tech sent to address my malfunctioning garage door opener. He called to advise his estimated time of arrival; arrived on time; was thorough in assessing the problem and exceptionally patient in explaining what he had found. Lonnie was very professional and easy to talk with. While my door opener had to be replaced I have every confidence it will continue to work correctly for years to come. Their service price was reasonable (especially since the opener they had installed quite a few years prior had a life-time replacement warranty so there was no additional charge for the new unit) .Also the time-frame for getting a technician out to me was very quick. The whole experience very positive.

Adam was our technician. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to trouble shoot and make minors repairs to our old squeaky door as well. The work was finished correctly, well and within the estimated time slot. I would both recommend and use them again.

It went great. Dave came out and replaced my garage door opener. I have never had such a nice guy do work at my house. He was polite and very honest about what I needed. I did not feel like he was here to sell me additional things. If something was required he showed me why and explained it all to me. If I didn't need something, he said I didn't need it.

They did a tune up on the garage door, but said the it was "close enough" to level to worry about. This was the sole reason for purchasing the tune up. This is now a problem that it is real cold. I can see daylight underneath the door, and can feel the cold coming in.

They did a "tune up" and roller replacement, but didn't do the one thing that I was really concerned about. I called them prior to purchase and was told the door leveling was included in a tune up.

I called on Wednesday and they were able to schedule me the next day. Lonnie called me at 8a.m. on Thursday with an arrival time frame between 12-3. Lonnie and Justin arrived at 1p.m. and were friendly and engaging. They explained the work they were going to do and approximately what time frame they would be there. They did excellent, efficient work and were a pleasure to deal with. They both had great outgoing personalities and seemed generally happy doing their job and dealing with customers!! The pricing was fair and explained prior to the job taking place. I would definately recommend Cincinnati Door and Opener for any project you have involving repair or door replacement.

Adam was able to do it on the spot. He was super helpful and professional. Answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

The company service tech, Adam, was able to ascertain that the button's inner panel had been damaged. Adam was able to fix the problem without having to install a new one. Although he didn't have to, Adam completed a thorough inspection and service(oil, grease and adjustment)of all moving parts of the garage door for the price of a service call. Adam was a very personable and professional technician who went over and above for a very satisfied customer, me.

David and Lonnie were an impressive team. They arrived within the time window I was given, and worked all day. I had been told prior to today's installation that I could expect the work to take a full day. They were so focused and dedicated to completing the work today that they didn't even take a lunch break (I wish I had had some lunch food around to offer them). They carefully removed two huge, unwieldy, older-style garage doors that were from another era, which was a serious job in and of itself. They also informed me that they might need to remove one piece of moulding around the outside frame of each garage door at the entry point because the seal on the new garage doors might not mesh properly (this turned out to not be necessary). They were careful to ask my permission to make that adjustment if required. They also carefully installed the frames for the two new doors so that the door to the attic garage can be opened. They worked very efficiently given all that needed to be accomplished, but were not so hurried in a way that would have hampered the quality of the work. They did careful, patient work and the new garage doors look lovely, and operate very smoothly. I realized just as they were finishing that the control pads for the two doors that are attached inside the garage area, had been attached too close to the frame of a door that is soon to be replaced; they kindly reattached those in a location that would not be problematic. They also cleaned up the area very carefully after their work, and actually left it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Even at the end of a very long day for them, they invited any questions that I might have. They were both pleasant throughout the day, and seemed to enjoy their work and each other.

David showed up on time and performed the job quickly. He answered all of my questions before leaving.
