We needed the rails replaced on our garage door. The previous homeowner had installed a new door on the old rails and it would not long open and close properly. They were prompt and did the work quickly.

There was a fantastic difference between the before & after, it sounded like a new door! It has been working great ever since.

These folks came out and solved a series of problems with my garage doors. Originally bought the tune-up and roller replacement deal from them...a few days before they were to come out, the opener pulled out of the forward garage wall (mounting block had cracked / split, leaving the guiding rail to float and twist). I called them and they were out the next day and did all of the work. On the adjacent door, we mentioned that the threading seemed stripped as the door no longer opened. They took a quick look and were able to make a simple fix at no charge. Finally, we hoped that the roller replacement would quiet the door as it opened - while it did to some degree, the opener itself was still loud. Since it was above the bedroom of our new baby, technician offered to install a new opener, and quoted a very reasonable price. They came out a few days later and replaced that. Excellent service, helpful with solutions but not pushy. Would definitely call them for all future needs.

I purchased a voucher for a garage tune-up from Angies List, and the price was excellent. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of contacting the company. Glen arrived to do the work on-time, and proceeded to work through the various components of the tune-up in about 30 minutes. After replacing the rollers, the door came off its cable on the left hand side, which caused some concern (for me at least!) but Glenn quickly resolved the issue. I was very happy with the work and will use the company again for my next tune-up

Arrived on time. Inspected garage door. Determined torsion spring needed to be replaced. Gave me an estimate for the replacing torsion springs. Performed tune-up and replaced torsion springs.

Very well. In addition to fixing things quickly I got good tips on preventative maintenance for our garage door and opener.

I called and the repair guy was at my house within the hour. He knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and only charged me $99. He didn't try to sell me a new door or a new opener. He just came quickly, solved my problem and charged me a reasonable price. I have only 2 regrets concerning the service. The first is that I spent so much time trying to repair the door myself before I called Cincinnati door (lubricated, put in new rollers, etc.). My second regret is that I forgot to give him the 10% off coupon from Angie's list and so I paid full price. The second regret cost less than the first and in the end I was happy to pay full price for a job very well done.

We have a very old one-piece wooden garage door with an older model garage door opener. Have used Cincinnati Door since we purchased the house 13 years ago to help maintain it. Appreciate that rather than try to sell us newer equipment, they are happy to way as long as it is working, we should keep it. When the time does come to buy a new one, I know who we will call.

The garage door was jamming and thus not closing on the first press of the remote. It would close the second or third time and all of this was unpredictable. I contacted Cincincinnati Door after speaking with Angie's List about A rated companies. I spoke with Steve who was very professional and friendly. He scheduled a technician that afternoon. The technician attempted to fix the problem. He checked and lubricated all of the springs etc. and it appeared that he had actually fixed the opener. However just before he was ready to leaved he checked it onced again and it jammed. So. . . he reviewed with me what my options were and I selected a new opener system which was installed before the end of the week. I must add that my garage door is an original with the house. It is at least 40 years old, if not older, very heavy and 15 feet wide. The opener had been replaced 18 years ago. I did need to schedule a follow up visit as the door was squeaking when closing. So far that problem appears to be solved. I was very pleased with Cincinnati Door and would certainly recommend it.

This was a Groupon that I chose to purchase. My garage door was about 16 years old and never had service on the rollers. The company was easy to work with and the installer was pleasant. I felt I received a good value for the service performed. My garage door is quieter and works smoothly.

It went very well. The tech was able to uncover an initial installation problem that has saved me buying two new garage doors. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Just oiled the door and tighten a few screws. Lot of money for that "check-up". Needed to have bottom door seal replaced. Did not have on truck. Had to have another service visit. Replacement seal would not seal correctly. Another service call to replace with another kind of seal. Work was OK but just don't think it was value for money. Will not use Angie's List promotion again.

Great. Technition was on time, friendly and efficient. Completed the task promptly and without any mess. Check all operations of the opener and door. This was my second opportunity to use this company. Previously had replaced spring in garage door. Response was prompt and job handled well.

The service rep showed up on time, informed me what he would do and let me know what any additional services would cost, without any pressure tactics. He did the service as scheduled quickly and cleaned up any mess he made. He was great; we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Cincinnati Door and Opener was a good experience. We have never owned a home with an automatic Gr=arage door before. He told us what to look for as far as maintenence issues that we can handle ourselves. I would definately recommend this company and I will call them again if I need any repair work done.

Had some issues with our garage doors. Cincinnati Door was very professional, gave us a quote, showed up at the appointment time and took care of the matter. Previously used a competitor (Cincinnati Overhead Door) and they never had the parts and never returned with the parts (e.g. they never completed the job). Cincinnati Door is my go to for garage door issues.
