He did it in a very friendly, professional, and speedy manner. I was very pleased with the service. It went extremely well. I was very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreThey did the tune-up. I called them up the next day because the light was out. They diagonsed it over the phone as probably needing a light bulb replacement, but they would come out to look @ it. They were out later that day. They were right, the light bulb was out and they hadn't inadverently done anything to it during the tune-up. They were polite about it and didn't charge me for making a trip out to change a light bulb.

Description of Work: My garage door motor went out, so the door wouldn't open. When I called and explained my problem, the company gave me an early appointment for the following day. The technician arrived by 9:30 a.m., went right to work, and completed the job by 11 a.m. The motor has worked perfectly since then.

 + -1 moreSince I'd dealt with the company in the past and was pleased, I called them on a Wednesday to discuss my needs. (I could have used my Angie's List coupon, but their seniors discount was more!) We set the appointment for Friday, they called that morning with the expected time, and then even arrived early. The installation was done in one hour, after which he explained all the features, and they even took a credit card. All in all, it was an extremely easy and painless experience. And the door is so quiet now!

Our garage doors have been operatiing smoothly ever since (one of them kept opening by itself when we closed it prior to them coming out). And, the one door where the nylons are installed is much quieter,
Description of Work: We bought a big deal from Angie's List for Cincinnati Door & Opener to provide yearly maintenance on our garage doors and replace one set of rollers with nylon ones. They checked the safety features, adjusted the force (both down and up), and even re-attached a light cover that we couldn't keep connected. They did a really nice job, and we'll probably contact them next year to do the same service again.

He got right down to business, did the tune up and roller replacement and with my consent also replaced the 20 year old pulleys. He did it all in less than 15 minutes! It's now December and I have had no problems whatsoever and my garage door is quieter and runs smoothly! I just referred a friend to this company as well.
Description of Work: Got the tune up with lubrication of the track, replacement of my metal rollers with nylon ones. I also consented to new pulleys for a small additional fee, as that garage door system had not been updated in 20 years.

I can report that the garage door no longer sounds like a freight train when being opened or closed. Prior to being serviced, the garage door would not close completely. There was an inch gap between the bottom of the door and floor. After being adjusted the door closes completely. I am pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: This special includes a full tune-up and safety test of your garage door and garage door opener, AND a set of quiet glide nylon coated 11 ball bearing steel rollers with a lifetime warranty (as long as you own the home/door) on the rollers. Details: With this special we will fully inspect, adjust and lubricate all hinges, bearings, springs and opener. Check and adjust spring tension and properly balance door(s). Check and adjust track spacing, tighten and adjust all hinges, pulleys and hardware as needed, inspect cables and check for wear. Adjust limits for proper open and close points. Check manual disconnect feature for proper operation. Test and adjust all safety settings on opener. Clean and adjust safety sensors. Install 1 set of quiet glide nylon coated 11 ball bearing steel rollers with a lifetime warranty.
