Description of Work: They were supposed to do a roller replacement. It turned out they could not get the rollers for my door anymore. We compromised and had them put in a strip around the door to prevent the cold air to come in.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for nylon roller replacement. They came out but let me know that the Deal is not what I needed. I just needed a tune up and he charged outside of the Big Deal and let me know how to get a refund.

+ -1 moreThe experience was great. The rollers were replaced, the tension setting on my garage door was adjusted so the garage door didn't keep popping up every time after hitting the ground and they even replaced my light bulb.
Description of Work: I called about their Big Deal special because I had a couple of questions about my garage door. The Big Deal was offering free Nylon rollers for a more quite ride. I wanted to make sure that some of the issues I was having could be looked at while they were out replacing my rollers with the nylon rollers. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was great. He answered my questions and set up our appt. They came out the day after next because I needed an extra day to make sure my wife would be home and they got everything replaced that they promised to and made a few adjustments that fixed my garage door issues. They were professional from start to finish! Quick, easy, and affordable. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: They adjusted garage door that is on an automatic garage door opener. It was not closing correctly (sticking and ajar on one side). They fixed the door and replaced the rollers. When I called, they suggested I use the special deal they were offering on Angie's list. I took them up on the offer.

Description of Work: Overhead powered garage door did not function properly after another company had previously serviced the door. Major issue was if electric power failed the door could not be opened manually trapping the two cars parked inside.Technician phoned ahead with an approximate arrival time. He arrived as planned. Listened carefully to my problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Door has operated perfectly since. A great job. If I have other problems down the road, I will know who to call.

They called back and recommended a new mechanism. They arrived on time and were very quck on making the repairs on the low end of the estimate. It even came with a warranty for five years on the spring. WOW, great service and very reasonable price.
