I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. On the morning of the appointment date, someone called and gave me a 3-hour window of when the service man would be there. He actually arrived 25 minutes early, before I returned home from running an errand, but he left me a voice mail and came back within an hour. He completed the maintenance tune-up in less than 30 minutes. It was a good, no-hassle experience.

Showed up on time, did the work, and left.

They were proactive in pointing out things to look for, they were on time and did a good job.

It went well. They did a good job for the price. They gave great, prompt service.

Excellent. Arrived right on time and got the job completed very quickly. Also reminded me to lubricate springs annually.

The tech was easy to talk to, explained how we can maintain the door (materials to use, things look for, etc). Our door was so loud before the service and is now whisper quiet after fully lubricating the hinges and spring, tightening the spring, and replacing the rollers.

My garage door opener is old and temperamental, so I purchased a deal from Angie's List. They came and replaced and reconditioned. I had to purchase some parts extra from the deal price but that was fine. A few weeks later, the old chain on one side broke. They came out the next day and repaired that at no cost. The garage opens and closes easily. I'm very pleased.

The tech was on time. He explained everything to me concerning the garage doors. From top to bottom, how they worked, what he was going to do to adjust them. He was very professional. He finished the job in a timely manner. I had some questions about replacement of garage doors and he was honest to tell me with the adjustments he had made the doors were good for another 5-10 years. When we decide to replace the doors I will call this customer! Regular maintance is the key! Thank you Cincinnati Door and Opener...GREAT JOB!!

The tech got here right on time (I think his name was Mark). He was wonderful, He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. My door wasn't closing correctly and he knew what was wrong. I had to replace some other parts, which cost a little extra, but that was expected. The repair cost was very reasonable. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep the door maintained myself. I was very satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Called for my 84 years old parents. The service tech was so friendly and helpful my parents can't stop talking about him, Originally thought we may have to replace the doors but they said we should just tune them up and see. They adjusted everything related to the two garage doors. My parent couldnt be more pleased and also glad they didnt need new doors.

As stated, everything went great. They were very helpful, answered all our questions and even brought me a paint chip to match some exterior repainting I wanted to do.

Afer paying for the tune-up via Angie's List, I contacted Cincinnati Door & Window to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were very accommodating. When the technician arrived (Mike) quickly noted that the door did not need a tune-up but rather, a new spring. Mike replaced the spring (verified exhisting spring was broken), balanced the door and test to ensure all worked correctly. Entire repair took 50 minutes. Nice work Mike and CD&W.

They showed up on time, serviced both doors and were gone in less than an hour. The repairman was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain the work. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to use them again. FYI - I only gave them a B rating on the price because I have no prior experience to compare it with.

The overall experience was very good. I called Cincinnati Garage Doors on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for that Friday. The customer service rep told me they would call me on Thursday, one day before the install, and schedule a time frame a technician would arrive. They called on Thursday as agreed, and scheduled the service call for Friday between 11:00 to 2:00. The technician arrived on Friday at approximately 11:15. He removed all the old rollers on 2 doors, and replaced with the new nylon rollers. He oiled / maintenanced all the parts, springs, garage door opener rails, and verified everything was working properly. The enitre job took no longer than 30 minutes. The tech was prompt, professional, answered all my questions, and did what I thought a quality job.

The man was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He did the rollers swiftly. Checked everything else, made some adjustments. Garage door works excellently now.

THe service guy is very nice and very professoinal. He finished everything so quickly with a excellent quality. I love this company and will recommend to my friend and coworks.

They were prompt, pleasant, got the job done well. They were very informational, and cheap! When I called them I was in a rush, and had forgotten to tell them about the discount I saw through Angie's List. I mentioned it to the technician when he was out to do the work, and he applied it with no hesitation! The only oversite that I feel should of been done is looking to see if my garage door opener worked. A few days later I used the garage door opener and it did not work. When I called them they said it was not included in the general maitentance. I feel like this is a major oversite not to include this in the service. I had to have them out again to get the garage door opener to work and this also included an additional $44.00 for the cost of the opener. In addition, it created a continued extreme inconveience to exit and enter my home by the garage requiring pulling the car out, going through the garage, through the front door after the car was pulled out. This could of been totally avoided if they had checked the garage door opener in the initial garage door servicing.

The serviceman showed up when expected, quickly got to work, and the was finished in about an hour.

It was excellent. Prompt response. Did not expect same day service so I was exceptionally pleased.

Everything went well. The day after I purchased the Big Deal the company called me to schedule an appointment. I admitted that the garage door was not functioning at all and was frozen in place a few inches from the threshold. I thought in that circumstance there might be an additional charge, but that was not the case. It turns out that both chains had broken, which is very unusual. He repaired and lubricated them and told me how I could do it myself to avoid a recurrence in the future. He replaced the rollers and everything is working like a charm. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with this company.
