They did a fine job. The door works great now. They have a fast turn around. They did a great job, no complaints at all.

I received a call the morning of the appt to confirm the time the service rep would be there. He arrived on time, was professional and curtious. More importantly, he took the time to provide me with an "education" on garage door maintenance.

I did pay extra but that is because the last guy that came out told us we only had about a year left for our garage door. It is an old heavy wooden garage door and the springs are really big and thick and they were deteriorating. He told us the springs were going to come off and we wouldn't have it anymore. We went ahead and waited a year and were going to have him come out again. Well, this guy came and he looked at it and he said, oh, all you need is a new spring, so he went and got a new spring. I said, you mean my garage door is going to work for another 10 years? And he said yes. I have very favorable feelings towards them. I would tell other people that they are very good and they understand their business. They were very nice and very helpful. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Called Cincinnati Door & Window Inc. to schedule a service call, and was able to schedule a call within the time window of 11:30-1:00 pm that same day. The service dispatcher was courteous, and quoted me an estimate over the phone. Immediately at 11:30 sharp, the repair technician arrived and greeted me to begin the repair. Upon inspection of the garage door, the technician noted that a prior repair had not been performed properly, resulting in the broken spring I experienced, plus two worn out pulleys, which we both agreed needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes, the technician had repaired and checked my garage door, with it now operating smoothly and correctly. This is my first time using Cincinnati Door & Window Inc. I saw their reviews on Angie's List, and I agree - they get an "A" rating from me! Prompt, courteous and professional, they're a company I will use again.

Very well. I called on Friday, and he came out on Saturday. He was incredibly strong. He did the job very quickly--less than an hour--and it cost much less than I'd expected. The door had been broken for about two years, and I wish I'd called earlier.

I had given this company an F previously due to my original problem not being fixed. They contacted me immediately, came out the next day and serviced my door. The tech believes he has fixed the problem, but I will not know for sure until the winter. I was reassured that if the problem re occurs next winter they would come back out. Very nice person. I am happy with this company and would recommend them

I remember that the guy showed up early, before I got home. My daughter said he was only there for 15 minutes. I told them I had a problem with my garage door stopping in the cold about half way up when I opened it. I was told "no problem" and that could be fixed. However, when it got cold, my garage door did the exact same thing. It was never fixed. It has been two years and it still is a problem. I have to get out of the car, in the cold, take my remote with me and pull the door up when I push it or it will get stuck. I was not going to write a review, but, decided I probably should.

After talking to the company a couple of times about the cost and options available, a representative came to our home and met with us. We decided on the type of insulated door and opener that we wanted to have them install. Our appointment was scheduled one week later. Within a few hours we had the new door, new hardware and new opener installed. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did for us and would strongly recommend to anyone.

The repair person was responsive and professional. He did a good job and looked over the door and offered some other issues that should be addressed. He told me what things would cost and was offering rather than pressuring me to do the additional work. I was very pleased with how quickly he worked and he took all the trash away with him.
