I called them at 9 AM. They arrived at around noon. The door was fixed and "tuned-up" by 1 PM. Perfect.

Everything went well and they included trim framing to the garage door install. I purchased the door from Lowes with anticipation I would install myself. After framing my garage for the door I decided to call and just have them finish the job. After calling I believe I was scheduled for install in a couple days. As Vince had spoken to me months ago about the project he included a price for the small amount of work I had left needed to mount the garage door. As the garage is detached and previously just had a 9 foot opening we arranged in advance that they could come out complete the job whenever they get there and I would be there at the end (so I wouldn't miss work). My only regret is that I didn't purchase the door from them as their price including a door was slightly lower than an equivalent door at Lowe's...plus I had to lug the 140 lb door home from Lowes on a rented truck :(.

Unfortunately had to get them back a second time when the first tech hadn't installed the sensors correctly.

I submitted a full review last October when they replaced my garage door opener, I don't understand why it wasn't received.

The service tech called an advise he would be at my house between 1 - 4 on the scheduled day. He showed up at 2:00. The Angie list deal was for service to my garage door, oiling and inspection. During the inspection he discovered a cracked hinge and brace. He advise how much those two items would cost to repair (because those repairs were not part of the prepaid deal). I was charged $15.00 for those items and now have a much quieter door.

Our experience with them was very good. They were very good and the door was great. We paid $129 plus $49 for the sensors, but that was fine. It is working fine. They are very efficient.

Very happy with the work performed. Great experience from start to finish. John the installer showed up on time, was very courteous, worked all day and left my garage spotless. The only issue we ran into was the seal on the bottom of the door was not big enough so the door did not completely seal. This issue was rectified the next day for FREE. I will be calling again for all my garage door needs

The service was fantastic. I have used Cincinnati Door and Opener in the past, and each time have had an outstanding experience. Nick arrived as promised at 9:30 a.m. and got right to work on the issues I had. He quickly reprogrammed my external keypads, and then verified that they worked on each of my cars. When it was discovered that one of the garage doors wasn't opening from one of my cars, he fixed the issue in about 30 seconds. Nick was very pleasant and explained how I could do some "quick fixes" on my own if I wanted to in the future. He finished everything in about 20 minutes. When I asked him if he'd prefer a check or credit card, Nick mentioned that there would be no charge - that they "take care of their customers". Wow! That sure doesn't happen very often anymore. Nick could have charged me $100 and I wouldn't have thought twice about it. It just goes to show you that there are some companies that still care more about their customers than making a fast buck. I will continue to use Cincinnati Door and Opener, both because they do OUTSTANDING work, and also because they really do care. It's not just a slogan at this company - they put their money where their mouth is. Great job, Cincinnati Door and Opener!!!

Called to replace broken garage door spring. Office staff very courteous. Technician on time. He was very friendly and completed job in a timely manner to my satisfaction.

very good experience. He arrived when he said he would, neatly dressed and worked quickly. He explained what he would do and why (replace all the little outdated rollers with those made of nylon which would be much more quiet and smooth rolling). He cleaned up after himself and carried away all the resulting trash. I would refer family and freinds to Cincinnati Door And Opener Inc.

I had a problem with my garage door not shutting all the way. I paid the Angie's List special on this kind of service and it wasn't that long before they called and came out and fixed the problem. They replaced the roller parts that went bad and tuned up the opener. It has been smooth and much more quiet since they did their job. I am very pleased with their service and will call them again when I need this type of service done.

We had them come back to install a new garage door opener as well. The service worked out great. They are really quick and they came out and did the rollers one day and I called them about the garage door opener and they came back the very next day. They were quick and clean.

It was a busy Saturday, and when I used the garage door remote the rollers came off the track, leaving half of the door hanging. This is a heavy, metal, double door and I was afraid the whole thing would come crashing down. We propped the door up with a ladder and called Cincinnati Door & Window. They came out years ago (before Angie's list) and did a wonderful job. The repairman came out within the time frame provided to us, and quickly got everything done. Being a Saturday I was worried about additional charges, and I happily found out there were none. We felt $99.00 was very reasonable for the urgency of the repair and what had to be done.

Everything went really well and the door works much better than before.

The service turn out fine, I was very satisfied with the service. I was happy with them but I don’t know anything probably just ordinary or just the things that I expect people to do a job when they came out. I would recommend hem to other people.

Nick was the technician. Showed up at the appointed time and was very personable and went right to work. Very efficient and competent in replacing all the rollers, aligning the tracks, lubricating the door and opener, tightened the hardware and made sure the opener reversed properly according to safety standards. He even figured the terrible squeeking was coming from the torsion spring area and fixed that. Told me not to try and insulate the door as it would not bear the weight and not work properly and may damage the opener.Very satisfied with his work and professionalism. Would definitely use again.

Scheduling was friendly, courteous and straight-forward. Technician arrived within projected time period and was friendly, professional and quite willing to answer all questions as well as provide advice for basic DIY servicing in the future. The job , including cleanup, was done in about 1/2 hour. Overall, very satisfied with Cinti Door's service..

I phoned Cincinnati Door and Window, and they sent a man out within the hour! He changed the springs and pulleys and lubricated the door parts. Was done within 20-30 minutes. Can't believe how fast their friendly service was.

They did what they advertised they would do. I haven't had any problems with the garage door since.

Those guys were fabulous. They did their work quickly and efficiently. The guy clearly knows what the heck he's talking about, which was a refreshing change of pace. I'd never used them before. If I needed it again, I certainly would call them. They certainly understand the complexities of garage doors, etc. He was able to speak to the issues that I had. He recommend or do the repairs and/or adjustments and of course he quickly replaced the rollers. All of this, in my mind, was done very, very efficiently and very effectively. They worked quickly, effectively, and efficiently. Money well spent. The guy showed up like he'd run a marathon. He's probably working hard. A guy in t-shirt and shorts but I guess you don't judge a book by it's cover. Whereas, Service Pros were in a uniform and obviously knew what they were talking about.

Cincinnati Door & Opener was great to work with. I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal but waited a while to make my appointment. My coupon was expired but they still honored the sale price. Their customer service over the phone and in person was prompt and professional. The work was done quickly (between 1-1.5 hours) and they left the area very clean. Our garage door was very old and the motor was completely broken. The new motor is great. It is very quiet and much slower. He explained this was better for the door, providing less wear and tear (and of course helped with the noise). He tuned up the door and we got a new keypad, 2 remotes, new sensors, the new motor, and a new external keypad which was a nice surprise. He showed me how to use everything. We had some cracking on the concrete on the outside of the garage where he installed the keypad. He didn't see the crack (since it was on the side) and when he drilled into it to install the keypad it cracked even more. He was honest about this and showed me what happened. He apologized and said he wouldn't have drilled into it if he would've noticed the crack. All in all, no harm done and we are very happy with the new garage motor and accessories!

The technician (Mark) arrived at 12:50,on time, introduced himself and immediately went to work. He was very polite and courteous and explained while working what he was doing and the benefit of the new rollers which reduced the noise along with the lubing and greasing of spring and gear shaft. When he was done with the service I had requested I ask if he could replace the bottom seal ? He said yes and gave me a price which I said was good and he then replaced the seal. After he was done I ask about new systems and he explained what they carried and gave prices for unit and installation. He finished up at 1:25 and thanked me for allowing them to service my unit and departed.
