Nate (N Ky.) did a fabulous job. __ He is very knowlegable and I would ask for him again personally in a heart beat. __ Nate pointed other possible projects (objectively) as they also offer a 5" bottom seal for doors versus a 3"; if some need that to optimally air seal to the floor at other houses. Reinforcing the door center horizontal rib with metal was a great idea he shared.__As a mechanical engineer I have very, very high standards: so this is truly a superior technician (customer friendly) and superior co.___I was also pleasantly shocked they could get to the task within a few days (as companies this typically are slammed with customer calls this time of year). One of the Best Vendors I have ever used!

Miracles do happen. To the eye, our garage door panel was crushed to an almost impossible repair. We thought we were looking at a complete garage door replacement, because our insulated steel and aluminum door was outdated and no longer available. Jake's talent and skill proved to win the day with some elbow grease and a few adjustments. The panel was leveled and bent back into shape with little to no appearance of an accident. The garage door works beautifully now and seals shut the way it should. Thanks folks. Great job!

After the cable break, I called Cincinnati Door and Window after seeing the reviews on here, and the company representative said that someone would come the next morning. The fellow who came was on time, installed new cables, and instructed me how to care for the older springs. He also mentioned several options if I ever wanted to upgrade the door. He was quick and thorough, and the cost was fair.

We have used this company for years. They are always prompt and professional, and this was no different. Nate called that morning (as promised) to give us a window when he would arrive. He called back later (during the 'window') and let us know he would arrive in 18 minutes. He noted that springs usually have 5000 opens/closes per spring. With that in mine he suggested that we do both. Otherwise we would have to pay another $100 for them to come out if the other spring broke. We agreed and he did both. Nate was cheerful, fast and professional.

TJ arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to explain exactly how the new opener worked and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He made sure I didn't have any questions before he left & also went over the warranty on parts & labor.

My spring broke on my Garage Door and I called Cincinnati Door and Window to replace. The phone was answered promptly,courteously and the correct price was quoted. They came out the same day of my call within hours. The Technician, Adam, could not have been any nicer! He was courteous, efficient and informative. He went over exactly the price, the warranty etc. I was very very appreciative of him and the service this company provided me. I would call them again without hesitation.

Adam and Mike were the repairmen. They did a great jod explaining and fixing the problem. I felt they were trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Professional and easy to work with, from scheduling to on-site work. Technician (Jake) took the time to answer questions and asked repeatedly if things were done to my satisfaction. Did tune-up and also fixed misalignment, at no extra charge. Would definitely call again. I have two single-car garage doors. Price covered both doors.

It went great! We called and they sent someone out the next day. Adam called that morning to confirm the 3 hour window and then called us when he was on his way to our house. Adam was very informative, was punctual and very professional. We were very pleased with this service.

Adam showed up on time, and same day as service booked. Very pleasant, did a great job, doors are very quiet now and new rollers really improve running. We used Angie's voucher so job reasonable. VERY pleased with Adam and the company.

Adam and Isaac were prompt and professional. When they were done I couldn't believe how quiet the door was. You just don't notice the gradual increase in the noise and jerkiness. Works like a charm now!

Jake showed up early and was quickly able to troubleshoot the problem. The garage door sensors were not working properly due to an issue with the wiring. He fixed the issue, oiled everything, and programmed a new remote for us. We purchased their deal for garage door tune up. Highly satisfied and would definitely use again!

The job took about 30 minutes and Adam had both doors working like they were new! Adam was very pleasant and professional.

Adam, the service person, recommended a new automatic garage door opener be installed. I agreed and was very happy with the results. The garage door no longer creaked after he made appropriate adjustments. He was able to complete the job within a few hours which I greatly appreciated. Adam presented as an affable, very capable young man. He made this experience very pleasantly.

We did some research on several companies in the area and we ultimately decided on Cincinnati Door and Window, Inc. I'm very pleased with our decision. David, our technician, was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was in perfect working order once he was finished. We ended up needing new censors and I never felt he was trying to upsell us, but was honest with providing a solution. Our new garage doors look amazing!

Project went very smoothly. Adam was on time and professional. He also provided some additional information on garage door maintenance that was very helpful.

The door came off track fri. Night . We called and left a message and were told they would call us sat. morning.We were contacted and told tech. was on his way. Adam was very courteous and went right to work,he put roller back in track and serviced door in no time. Very pleased.

Came when promised, completed job one hour later. Very reasonable and good service. Also had bottom seal replaced on door. Adam was our technician and very good.

Went well, replaced the rollers and added a brace lengthen the life of the door.

It went great! Adam and Jake came out and assessed my garage door. They showed me why it broke and gave me a couple options for fixing it. They fixed the problem and serviced the entire door. We had a garage door spring break Friday night and were easily able to get Cincinnati Door and Window our the next morning. Adam was extremely punctual and replaced 3 springs in under an hour. He was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why and we are very satisfied. We would definitely hire again if need be.

Very well! Nate called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time! He was conscientious about my home, my time, and my shih tzu! Nate is definitely an asset to the company and I’m fortunate he was my serviceman.
