I think it was fine. I think the silicone wheels will make it more quiet or something and I really haven't done that but other than that everything seems to go fine. It was as expected, that's why I bought the Big Deal and they did the work that I wanted them to do. I didn't expect to be paying anymore, I thought what was included was included so I was a little surprised to pay more money.

They called the morning and let me know when they would be at our house. Came in on time and finished all the tune-up in about 20 mins. Overall their service are good and professional.

On the overall it went pretty well. The person arrived on time (I think the appointment was 10:00 am), was courteous and friendly. He did the work in good time and answered all my questions. He also tested the garage door before he left. After he left, I opened the garage door and when I tried to close it, the garage door wouldn't close. I think I called their office and they said they'll send someone in an hour or two. The person came and did an inspection of the garage door. The rollers were going off the rails, which was a little bent, causing the door not to close. The person hit the railings with a mallet and inserted some metal pieces between the railing and the piece that holds it in place to help the railings go straight. After that the garage door was opening and closing fine again. In the evening I saw some bearings on the garage floor and suspected it came from one of the rollers that were replaced. I was disappointed a bit to see this because this may cause an accident, especially for my 4 year old. So I swept it right away and was no longer a problem. I'm a bit picky when people leave something behind after they do their work, especially if it can cause an accident. I gave a B on quality because of that. Aside from that, I was happy with their service and I'd call them again.

One of our garage doors was dented from having a car back into it and wasn't closing properly. I was able to take off the panel and repair it but couldn't reattach the wires since they are under high pressure. Called Cincinnati Door & Opener and they came right out and ensured that the door was working properly. Very competent and efficient service.

Went fine. The only negative thing was communication with the employee doing the work. The work was to be done on our rental property. That information and address were given at the time of scheduling, but the worker showed up at our billing addresss had my On my mom not been at our house babysitting, they would have done the work at our home and not known differently. My mom went out to see what they were doing and told them they were at the wrong location. Everything else was great. Quick turn around scheduling, professional workers. Wrk done quickly but effectively

An Angie's List "Big Deal" came through just as I was thinking about getting a company out to check out our double-wide garage door (original to the house, built in 2001) because it seemed to be getting noisy & creaky - especially in the dead of winter. This company contacted me promptly after I purchased the Deal - within hours! - and we arranged a day/time for the service a couple days later. The technician arrived promptly, he was friendly but professional, and he had the work done in only about an hour. The new nylon rollers were amazing - I couldn't believe how much quieter our door was when I pushed the button for the opener. In fact, sometimes our dogs don't even hear it from inside the house - and they're usually in the family room that's close to the door out to the garage! I definitely would hire this company again for any garage-door needs - service or replacement.

They did a good job. They said the garage door was mounted too close to the garage wall so he moved it for me. He did forget to secure a bolt, but I am willing to look past that because they did do a good job.
