When I went to open garage door in the morning, the spring brook and I was unable to open the door. I looked on Angie's list and called them. They had an Angie's deal that they told me I could use. They scheduled a time to come out that day. They came, fixed the problem quickly and were on their way. There were no sales pitches or pressure to add on extra services which normally happens when I have things fixed. Would use them again.

It was fine. They did a good job. I would use them again. They had good customer service. I just had one individual that came here to my property so I don't know the whole company but my experience with the one service man was very positive. Their responsiveness was great. They were able to delay until the weather warmed up and they took care of it. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

Very well; technicians were on-time and professional. Work was handled quickly and competently.

awesome job. My husband was reluctant to spend the money. When he got home from work the day the opener was replaced, the first thing he noticed was how quiet and smooth the 50-year-old door (very heavy) opened and closed. For seventeen years we had to go through hoops to get the door to open and close and it was very loud. He was very satisfied with the work, and so was I. Clicked on website from Angies list. Did a live chat. They more or less get the problem and your information and then have someone call you to schedule a date and time. They were the first to call the next morning among several providers i called and left message with. So early bird gets the business in this call. Scheduled an "appointment" between 11-2. They showed up at 12:30. Odd thing was he didn't introduce himself or identify he was the provider. Oh well. I showed him the door confirmed I did have a broken spring which I knew. I also mentioned loud noises the door makes and a roller that comes off occasionaly. He said he would take care of it and he went straight to work. About an hour later he was done. Spring repaired and door is quieter than its been in 6 years! Greg showed me his work, gave me some maintenance tips and I paid. Will use again and they might get my insulated door business in the future. Will recommend.

Great service, very helpful, very quick, thorough job. They came out faster than I thought I'd be able to get someone out - they were able to send someone within a couple of hours. The gentleman who performed the service was very professional and got the job done very quickly. I was never pressured nor did I feel as if I was being sold more than what I needed. Great job, went very smoothly. My doors work much better than before these guys came out. I'd definitely use them again!

As far as I know the garage doors are doing good. They didn't need much work because they're newer but they solved the problem I had. It was quick service, they came the next day. The charge was exactly the price of the Big Deal I paid, I had no additional costs.

Excellent! We thought for sure we were looking at a whole new door and system. They came and fixed it in no time and it is quieter than it EVER was.

The chain they repaired broke within two weeks of the original service, but they came back out and fixed it free of charge. I liked their attitude and their honesty.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked out okay. There were no additional charges. They did what was included in the Deal. The quality of the service was nothing special but it was fine. We were not disappointed so they were fine. We eventually got a new garage door.

Called Cincinnati Door and Window Co. to repair my chain driven garage door opener. Motor would run but chain did not operate. Service call was scheduled for following day. Josh called early the next a.m. and said would arrive in afternoon. He arrived at the beginning of the service window period. He checked the door and told me that the drive gear in the opener was stripped and should be replaced. After replacing the gear, he lubricated the opener, the hinges and rollers. In re-adjusting the torsion spring he noted that, although the spring was fully torsioned, it was not strong enough to keep the door from slamming down by its own weight. He replaced the spring with one of sufficient strength to hold the door. Through the entire service call, he worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Josh and Cincinnati Door and Window Co. and will likely be my first call if I need further work.

I bought the Big Deal, but when they came, they discovered that I already had the hinges I needed so they did not do that repair. He did do some other smaller repairs of which I paid out of pocket for. He informed me I should get a refund.

We were very impressed with the entire process from setting the appointment to the work completed. The young man that did the work was polite, and extremely helpful. He could have easily told us we needed a new garage door opener and we would not have known the difference. Instead he stated that it was a good opener and that it can be repaired. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this company to tune up a garage door and it worked out great. It worked out so well that we ended up buying another door from them for another house. We had to special order the door and everything was very prompt and professional. We will use him again and we will order from him again and again. If I need another door that's who I am going to call. They also put a garage door on a barn for us. We have had good luck with them and pricing is reasonable, frequently cheaper. Their service is prompt and the sales guy is great. They are very knowledgeable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. Whatever the problem was, he informed us that he could not fix it. He had to get this and that, but they did what they said they were going to do. Basically they just came out and inspected it, and informed us that our problem was bigger than whatever they did. That was not their fault. There were no extra charges. It was okay. I couldn't find any fault with it, but I didn't think it was anything exceptional.

The service went really great. They were very professional, they did what they committed to do and it worked out well.

MY WIFE'S VEHICLE WAS STUCK IN THE GARAGE, THE SPRING BROKE AT APPROX. 9AM, CALL AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 12-3. SCOTT TOOK APPOINTMENT AND SAID PROBABLY BE CLOSER TO 12-1. HE WAS WRONG, HIS TECHNICIAN JEFF WAS THERE BY 11:30 AND FINISHED BY 12. MY WIFE FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE WITH JEFF AND REALLY RECOMMENDS HIM. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE, PRICES WERE MORE THAN REASONABLE, WILL USE AGAIN!

Very good service! On the phone they were able to diagnose my issue an provide me multiple options. The repair was completed the same day. Have used them multiple times and they are always very helpful and prompt.

They came out and did that and there was a different issue that happened and they came and fixed that for me but then, the work that had dome had a problem but the supervisor came right out and he fixed that so it's all working fine now. They were very responsive and they came right out. Obviously I thought it was a good price because I paid it.

They told me that they didn't need to install something, and then they said that they did need a part. After they came, my garage door wasn't working as well as it was before they came.

They were awesome. They came out the very next day. The price was very reasonable as well.

Upfront about costs, easy to schedule with, installer called ahead and appeared on time, installer courteous and tidy, excellent installation job. Installer called a week later when battery-back-up that had been back-ordered came in and scheduled to install. Would highly recommend this company.
