It was an excellent job. I’m happy with it. They did a fantastic and phenomenal job. I looked them up on Angie’s list and they were already an A’ so obviously they just followed through. I was really happy with it. When I called them initially my garage door was broken and would not open anymore. He fixed it temporarily and suggested to get it replaced. So we can actually open and close the door without an issue until the new door came in. I just can’t say enough good stuff about them.

The repair worked fine. Cost was quoted over phone at $165 but there was a $40 off service for $20 on Angie's list which brought net cost to $145. Bit pricier than I would have liked and I'm there is a decent mark up for the price, but for the time it took them to fix it and literally get their hands dirty it was worth it to me vs repairing myself. The guy knew exactly the issue, had the part, and fixed it. Person they sent out was friendly and helpful. Owner who I talked to on the phone was very helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgable.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a garage door "tune-up" that would include cleaning and lubricating the track and replacing the rollers. Cincinnati Door & WIndow contacted me promptly to schedule the service. I explained that, besides basic maintenance, I also needed to replace the rubber strip along the bottom of the door. They performed the agreed upon service and replaced the weather stripping at no additional cost. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with an Angie's List coupon offer. Here's why: 1. They did the work promptly. 2. They provided even more than the offer stated. 3. They never tried to upsell me. When the time comes for more extensive service, or a replacement of my opener, I will call this company.

Serviceman was prompt and very efficient. Even personable. He answered my questions and even helped me with my homelink in my minivan (to open the garage door without an opener).

Repairman was on time and explained the service. Let me know as soon as he found the issue. I would hire again and will when my garage door opener is replaced in the future.

They did the job well and generally kept to themselves. They were cooperative and did a good job. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work – I can definitely tell a difference on the door.

Service was on time and professional. While this was not a difficult job, it was done well and was shown how to replace rollers if needed in the future and how to maintain and oil spring and rollers. I would recommend Cincinnati Door andb Window as they did everything that was needed and explained the maintenance needed afterwards.

Same day appointment (Steve); Arrived on time; diagnosed problem through process of elimination; repaired & replace defective log board; re-programmed all remotes (2 cars & 3 hand helds & outside keyless entry pad); done & gone in less than an hour! The repair person arrived on schedule, was very polite and listened carefully to my needs. He then proceeded to take care of everything I asked for. When the second door didn't work right away, he kept at it until it was working, but he suggested the motor is old and not going to last much longer.

Excellent! I didn't realize how loud my garage door was until it was serviced! The scheduling was quick, I was contacted the same day. The service was prompt and took as long as they estimated. Very professional job. He went over what he services he performed and gave me tips on maintenance. It was a great experience!

The service turned out very good. From our stand point it was extensive, and he came and did more than what I had anticipates. I had given him a full description of what was going on, and so he came fully prepared. He was very competent and friendly too. We agreed mutually on a date that was convenient for both of us, and so he came out at the first opportunity available for both of us. I would love to have the cheapest price, but given the services that he rendered, the price was reasonable. I was satisfied all through, and I would call him in a blink. I would recommend him any day. He was punctual, professional, and courteous.

Service was performed as expected. Found and fixed several issues with my garage door open, some of which I knew about but was unable to get fixed previously. Found other issues I was unaware of, which they were able to proactively resolved. Did not up-sell on anything, but just provided excellent service.

They were on time and quickly fixed my problem. My garage door raises higher and is on track. I'm a happy customer.

We had used Cincinnati Door & Window (Opener) in the past prior to joining Angie's List. It was good to see that others in the community have confirmed our reason for continuing to use/reuse this excellent company. When the garage door failed to open, a quick assessment indicated that this was a job for professionals rather than a DIY approach. After reviewing previous work orders and confirming the "A" rating on Angie's List - a call was made to Customer Service. Within 90 minutes, a technician was on-site to assess the problem and take corrective action. The call with Customer Service was beneficial in providing us with the most 'bang for the buck'. They really do want to provide excellent and affordable service. While I can not forecast the next garage door/opener issue, I do know who I will call - Cincinnati Door & Window.

See above. They were extremely punctual and professional on all counts and very much customer oriented. I need a new door and he advised me not to throw good money after bad. The service only ended up costing $79, not 99 like I originally paid. Will probably be buying a door and opener from them and would absolutely recommend again for service! Angie's List was very good about getting the $99 refund process started - thank you, Angie's List!

My garage door would only open this morning about a foot. I couldn't get the car out and no one could go out the door. I checked on Angie's List and found them. They had a discount of up to $40 off a service call, so I gave it a whirl. They couldn't come until afternoon, so I had to cancel some plans, yet the service man came within the time frame they said. When the service man arrived, he came in and went straight to work. I was trying to put my granddaughter to sleep & had to take her with me in the car to move it, probably could have worked out better, yet with a one year old, it wasn't so bad. Pulled the car out & came back in to put her to sleep. Less than 30 minutes later, my granddaughter asleep, he was finished. Yeah for me!! I have a single 2 car garage door which is almost 250 lbs. The service man was able to lift it without the spring... strong man! I didn't really have any issues other than the service man didn't know that I had the coupon. He said they didn't tell him. Thankfully, I printed it out. I gave it to him and he deducted the cost. Otherwise, it was wonderful to have someone come and fix my door the same day & I didn't feel like I needed to stand over him. He was very secure in knowing what he was doing. Before he left, he showed me the stickers he place, (without my permission) and told me the spring has a 5 year warranty. Well, thank you for placing stickers on my house without asking. Yet, it is all good. My door now opens and I can get in and out with no worries! Thank you so much for their quick response.

Other than the fact that one of my garage door springs broke in the first place the experience was was quite nice. I have not had any previous experience with garage door maintenance so when the spring broke I went right to Angie's List. I was in a bit of a rush so I just choose the top provider 'Cincinnati Door & Window' and went with them. I called in the morning (9:30) and was greeted pleasantly on the phone. The gentleman asked me what I needed, I told him a spring broke and he was ready to schedule an appointment for that day! He was able to shift the maintenance windows to fit my schedule and provided a windows of 1-4PM. I received a call when the service professional were on their way and they showed up within the time stated. The service professionals quickly assessed the situation, and suggested to replace both springs, which we agreed to. They were in and out in almost no time compared to how long I thought it would take. Overall it was a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend them again to anyone in the area.
