My garage door would not open using the automatic opener. I had to manually lift it to open and close it. Justin came out and figured out the problem and fixed it. The door opens and closes fine now. Justin was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

We have used them a couple of times. It was awesome and a good experience. It was timely, did the work within the day and during the bidding process they were upfront on quality. They talked me to the right product that is available in my range. The only concern i had was the left gaps in the trim of the door. The person who did the estimate was profession and on time.

I called Cincinnati Door and Window to ask about getting an estimate for repair of the top panel of my garage door. I talked to Steve (the owner who answered the phone!), and he said I could send him a picture of the damage via email. I did so, and he called me within 30 minutes of receiving the email. Unfortunately, they don't service my type of garage door, but Steve provided a list of companies (with phone numbers) that do service my brand of garage door. I will definitely use them for any possible future needs.

I couldn't even open my garage door and I was in a bind. They were very good and very prompt. They got out here and did the job well. They were friendly and helpful.

It was great. Very punctual. They do more than what you ask them to come and to do and if you have any other issues that you may not have known about, they can fix them on the spot.

Very well. Technician was prompt, courteous, helpful. Originally had out to replace broken garage door spring, but I asked him about the bottom seals on the doors. I told him the problem we were having getting the old seals off and new seals on. He told me he could get the new and better seals in and replaced quickly and gave me a quote. I scheduled an appointment for the next week, another techician came out, replaced them for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service.

Everything went well. Cincinnati Door and Window was very responsive by sending an e-mail right away and when I called to set up an appointment they were able to come Saturday morning. The tech know exactly what the problem was when he walked in, fixed it, and my garage door is as good as new. The whole process took about 30 mins.

They were prompt, courteous and fixed my problem. They had better pricing than anyone else I called .The work took longer than anticipated and their price covered the repair - whether it took half an hour or two hours. They made sure everything was in working order before they left and guarantee their work. They were very thorough. I will use them from now on for any problems related to my garage doors and openers.

He came out and the service was performed quickly. He knew how to fix it very easily. He also performed a 16 point check, which was part of the deal.

Great! I was able to make an appointment quickly. I was given a narrow window of time for the repairman to come. He arrived right on time and fixed the door which works great. I was very happy with the whole experience.

From the very beginning the process was easly and simple. The sales guy came out. We knew exactly what we wanted. He helped us and didn't pressure us or try to "Upsell." Felt very comfortable working with them. Installer came out less than 2 weeks later and installed it completely by himself. He was very curtious and swift, even though it was a sweltering day oustide. I am very pleased with the new installed door and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Top notch from beginning to end. I had just had the door serviced by PDQ less than 90 days previous when the same part PDQ replaced failed again. PDQ failed to properly diagnose the problem, and wanted to charge me again for the same repair (apparently they only provide a 30 day warranty) PLUS over 30% more than CDW to replace the spring, which was causing the issue. CDW diagnosed and fixed the entire problem, including replacement of the failed PDQ part and charged a very reasonable fee PLUS warranted the work for a year. Excellent, customer service at a great price.

New nylon rollers were placed on both garage doors and the tune-up made them work like new. The service was done very professional and prompt We will use Cincinnati Door & Window again.

It went great. The company sent a repairman the same day! He came and did the work and was gone in less than an hour. We have had no problems since the repair.

I don't remember. My husband dealt with him and it was 2 years ago.

I bought the "Big Deal" to replace nylon rollers and perform a tune up on a single garage door. Our house has 2 single garage doors on a double garage, and one of the doors was not closing properly. I think Mark performed our work. He was polite, professional, and punctual. He inspected both doors and only the one not closing properly needed the rollers replaced. The spring was broken on one side, which is why the door didn't close properly. He repaired the spring the same day for a nominal fee. He came back the following week to replace the rubber seal at the bottom of both doors, which was very worn out. The cost was $90 to replace the 2 seals, which included parts and labor. It was a decent amount of labor as our old seal was nailed in. I think the cost broke down to $3/ft, which seems quite reasonable. He was super nice and while he offered additional services, he was not pushy and didn't try to sell me things we didn't need.

I called Steve because the spring and cable on my garage door broke and I was unable to operate the door. Steve was friendly and professional on the phone, asked a few pertinent questions to make sure he understood the nature of my problem, and told me he could get someone out to my house the same day. We discussed the coupons I had seen on Angieslist and he advised me which would be the best deal for my needs. I have a two car garage and he recommended that I should have his technician service both doors while he was there. I was at work and unable to be at home when Justin, the technician, arrived and so my daughter dealt with the situation. She had nothing but praise for the work he did and the manner in which he did it. He carefully examined the broken spring, replaced it with a new one, serviced and lubricated both doors, he even replaced a split bolt and a missing one to ensure stability. He took the time to carefully tighten each bolt, as they had all become loosened over the years. He carefully explained what he had done. Just like Steve, he was very professional and friendly. The price was exactly what I had been quoted, and the technician arrived within the given time frame. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again without hesitation. Just as an aside, he also took the time to answer some questions for my next door neighbor, and I wouldn't be surprised to see them working on her garage door soon.

Great job, responsive, on time, fair price. Only odd thing was the garage is on the side of our house and I had the door up. The service guy apparently went in and did the repair then finally came to the front door (which he had walked past and to get to the garage. He rang the bell and told me he had been "knocking forever" on the interior garage door (going into the house) and he was all finished. I would suggest ringing the bell/ going the the front door before working and letting the homeowner know you are on the property in the future. Beforehand. I was working in the house near the front door waiting and wondering why he hadn't arrived!
