I had them out at my house a bit over a year ago to replace a broken door spring and at that time they did a great job, were here on a very short notice, on time. They also explained some of the other issues with the door setup to me and overall I could not have asked for a better job. Over the last weekend, our garage door opener started to develop its own life with opening and closing "at will". Maybe it was simply because it was 20 years old - so, it was time for a new one. I wanted one with all the gadgets like internet access, remote monitor, phone support etc. The Liftmaster 8550 was my choice and I remembered the great service I got from Cinci Door & Window. Called them on Monday, got a quote while on the phone and they showed up on Tuesday and by Tuesday noon all was done. Their price was in line with the "Angies list best deal" offerings, but honestly, for the quality of service they deliver, I would gladly pay a few Dollars more. On-time, good price, professional team, friendly and available when needed - what else can you ask for? I would highly recommend them if you are looking for work to be done in your garage.

Mark, introduced himself and started taking the the spring off the door that had to be replaced. He replaced the spring, then tested the garage door. He then tightened all the screws on the door and put some screw in where that were missing. He then tested the door several times to make sure it was working correctly and what a difference! It was so quiet going up and down. He did an excellent job. I will be calling this company to put in a garage door opener in my new home which has 3 single garage doors and I will specifically ask for Mark. He was very professional yet personable.

Salesman came and offered a price. I did not know if that was a good price so said I would call back. Looked at Lowe's, Home Depot and Cincinnati Handyman Connection. Lowest of the 3 was Cincinnati Door and Window. Cincy Handyman wanted 2800. Called and scheduled appointment, they put me on schedule within 2 weeks. Day of service, they called and gave a 2 hour window. Showed up on time, and got right to work. Install took about 4.5 hours. Doors look great but I need to paint and calk around doors as we could not match the color of my trim. I would recommend them for your doors. Small local company doing a great job.

Found a broken wire on the sensor, cost was covered by service call cost. Lubed up the door workings, sounds much more quiet now.

We purchased the Angie's Big Deal for this service. It was scheduled quickly and the technician arrived promptly. He was pleasant and professional and the garage door is rolling smoothly and quietly. We are totally satisfied with the price and the service performed. We hope we don't need garage door service again soon, but if we do we'll call this company.

This was the second time I had used their service. It was very easy to schedule and they arrived on time to the appointment. They completed the job in about thirty minutes. They did a great job! Everything was fine.

I contacted the provider about replacing springs on my old garage doors. I was told replacements were not available, therefore I could not use the coupon. Cincinnati Door did not pressure me to me purchase new doors, but said I could call them back and get a quote if I decided to do that. Seemed like a good company to deal with.

Technician arrived during the promised service window. He was pleasant and clearly knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was very conscientious. He offered to demonstrate the improvements that resulted from the work performed. Total time was less than one hour!

I wasnt able to use the deal because it turns out I need a new garage door. They will be assisting me with that service instead.

Scheduling with the office was fast and easy. They were very responsive to my needs and getting a technician out to our home. The technician that came back to finish the job was not very cordial but he cam in did his work and got out. So far so good with the repair work that was done. Hope I do not need to use them again but I would if the need arises.

The service guy was there at the time he told me he would be there. He went right to work and was done in hardly anytime. One of the cables was fraying, which is why I thought the door wasn't opening right. But he found the wire to the door eye was cut and repaired that. I got a service appt quickly, the service guy was professional, did the work promptly and to great satisfaction. Would use them again.

Technician was on time, friendly, and policy. Explained what he'd do and, afterward, gave me feedback as to how much longer the door would last (it's 25 years old). Said the door I have is no longer made, but that a similar door is available. Tech thought it would last another year. I appreciated that information. I had an Angie's List Deal Coupon, which made the service a very attractive price.

It was fine. They came out and took care of it. I paid an additional $69 on top of the $40 deal amount. They were prompt and he explained everything that he was doing to the door. It turned out to be a little bit more service that was needed.

It turned out fine. He determined that it was the circuit breaker that was the issue. He spent a lot of time and came up with the answer. He was also on time, very courteous, helpful, and easy to get in touch with.
